Guest Reviews
- Metehan (2/5): Not worthwhile to stay - I’s a house. 1. Don’t answer your question even if my cot request approved.
2. There was an awful scent in house maybe with dirty mopping whole week.
3. There’s no washing machine even though it’s on the photoes.
4. Beds were uncomfortable.
5. Furniture were broken (both couches two sides and some windows there were paper on it- broken).
- Marie (9/5): - The location was central and the house itself was very spacious and family friendly with the park close by as an added bonus. Bed were comfy and the kitchen had everything we needed to make breakfast as we ate out most of the time An extra bench at the table to accommodate our family of 5 would have been helpful as only 4 could sit at the table and as mentioned in previous reviews an upstairs toilet would also have been beneficial
- Dominik (10/5): Excellent - It was everything what we need. Excellent location. Close to railway station Few min to get to city centre London First floor bathroom.
- Bjørn (2/5): - Close to train station Cleaning terrible
- Monika (8/5): -
- Gemma (9/5): Great location, large, clean home with parking - The house was large, clean & has everything we needed. The location was spot on, not being far off the M1 & being able to park at the property, then the locality for Brent Cross west station is just a few minutes walk through the park area, all really well lit in the evening too. We did a short trip to Kentish Town & not far to get into central London. Like others have mentioned, the upstairs bathroom would be better if had a toilet, but not a big issue.
2 pillows would have been nice - that’s just a personal preference.
W mieszkaniu czysto, komfortowo, spokojna okolica i dobra baza wypadowa do zwiedzania miasta. Chętnie bym tam wrócił.

- Marita (8/5): Surprisingly Large - Great value for 5, staying for a weekend. Surprisingly big inside with plenty of room. Nice kitchen with all facilities ( handy for making breakfast & lunch) all rooms very clean with fresh towels. Very quiet area with a lovely park beside it. We used the brent cross tube station , which is a 15min walk. Large Tesco is a 10 min walk Could do with a second toilet upstairs. There are 2 nice bathrooms/ showers ( plenty of hot water), but only 1 toilet
- Rob (9/5): -
- Carys (7/5): Great location - Great location if you’re going to watch a gig at Wembley and very close to a lot of shops and restaurants.
A nice size for 4 people
- Tim (7/5): Adequate - Location Bit shabby
- RobWit (9/5): - Generalnie OK. Dobre miejsce do zwiedzania Londynu, aczkolwiek dojazd zajmował ok 25-30 minut do centrum. Czysto , schludnie. Spokojna okolica ok 900 m do Tesco, bliżej małe sklepiki.
- Marie Claire (7/5): Cozy to sleep in - Nice, quiet neighborhood Toilet upstairs is only for bath and the tub was slippery. My husband slipped in the tub and got a minor cut in his forehead and nose the night before we checked out.
- Marek (8/5): - Położenie w dobrze skomunikowanej części dzielnicy, park obok
- Tin We (6/5): -
- Oana (9/5): Lovely house and a great location - Perfect location. The house was situated on a quiet street on a cul-de-sac with a drive big enough to fit a 9 seater mini bus. There was a short walk to the train station and a 19 minutes walk to the underground. We were expecting a busy area with a lot of traffic considering the location but that wasn't the case . There was a lovely park near the house with plenty of activities for the kids. Tesco was a 2 minutes drive or 10 minutes walk and Brent town was close to walk to. Inside, the house was clean and tidy with everything you could possibly need for cooking, washing, etc. The sitting room was big enough for the 7 of us to socialise with comfortable sofas and a big dinning table. All four bedrooms were decent size, comfortable beds and fans in every bedroom. The pillows were a little "lumpy" and the house could benefit from having a toilet upstairs as only one toilet in the house.
- Gary (8/5): Very good -
- Prestcott (1/5): Bad - Parking The rude owner
- Ho (9/5): Superb - Privacy n cosy. Nothing in particular.
- Dimitris (10/5): Exceptional - Location, comfort, clean
- George (10/5): Exceptional - Within minutes walk from Brent Cross West, this spacious property ticked all the boxes.
- Elitsa (8/5): A very good for money place for big families and group of friends. - The place offers accomodation for 8 people, a fairly good kitchen, you can also wash your clothes if you need. Comfortable matrices, clean rooms. Hosts responded to our requests positively. Once you figure out the trains, it is very easy to reach central London. You need to approach the house from the train station and not as Google says, which makes you walk unnecessarily 15 minutes. The area is fantastc for children and adults who want to play. Summers must be fantastic! There is a good bakery nearby (great sourbread!), three coffee shops and a convinience shop - less than 10 minutes from the place. To begin with - I would visit the place again. But be informed: the two bathrooms offer one toilet and one bidet, not two toilets, the upper bath tub is slippery. The two of the bedrooms have queen size beds, not that confortable for two grown children (it is not a weekness, I haven't paid attention to this description before). More chairs/ table space will be good as the place is for 8 people with a table for 4-5. The kitchen pots' non-stick coating is missing, washed out, and the air fryer is simply rusty. Never take the busses back from Central London - as 139, as they simply cannot crawl out for ages.
- Ogiemudia (9/5): We all loved staying there, kudos to the host - The ambience and quality plus everything we needed as a family was available. Location
- Karl (5/5): Stunning not really, more like stunned. - The location was very good, close to train station and shopping centre.
We arrived early after a long flight from Australia and had a lot of luggage as we are a group of 5. The cleaner allowed us access to the property to store our luggage whilst she continued to prepare the property. Advertised as stunning! Certainly not!! Very dirty throughout, staining, mould in shower area, cobwebs and generally very tired/worn.
This is meant to be a family sized home yet there was 4 cups, 3 glasses, 4 bowls, 1 chair and 1 bench seat. Totally inadequate for 5 people.
Also we were shocked to find an empty bottle of vodka in our daughters wardrobe.
Downstairs bedroom; the mattress was awful. We had sore backs.
- Yeung (8/5): It is recommended for group of 8 people. - The place is very good. Very near to underground station and supermarkets. Also there is a parking lot very convenient to drivers. The toilet doesn’t have hangers for towels and clothing.
- Nicholas (7/5): Good - You could inform travellers that street parking is permit parking only and parking tickets will be issued as I unfortunately found out. Not well sign posted on the road as most signs are covered by bushes. The 3 minute walking distance that is advertised in the listing doesn't show up on Google at all which made planning trips really difficult as we didn't know the area at all.
- Rosalie (8/5): Very good -
- Mohammed (8/5): Very good - There are many much needed amenities such as dryer and fans. The upper toilet can only be used for shower.
- Titto (5/5): Passable -
- Kim (8/5): Charming house with handy train station close by. - The house was delightful and the area would be fantastic for small children with the nearby exploratory gardens and ice cream stand. The location was great for transport - train station only a few minutes walk away. The house had some handy appliances and utensils for cooking. The whole house could do with a thorough clean and the upstairs bidet wasn't useful for our family so we were limited to the one downstairs toilet.
- Mark (8/5): Very good - The house had loads of space, The kitchen was well stocked with utensils and a good cooker. The beds are a little uncomfortable. Although the pillows were good.
- Teni (8/5): Very good -
- Alice (10/5): We found this property great value, we found it clean and warm with great facilities, free parking and calm outside spac - Great facilities, warm, clean, good WiFi, parking
- Matt (10/5): After staying some Airbnb et cetera, I wasn’t expecting anything to the standard yet. I am super surprised how amazing i - Clean, comfortable lots of usable facilities TV in every room off road parking nice instructions for an easy stay Nothing
- Ains (10/5): Exceptional -
- Safa (8/5): Very good - Didn’t like the fact that we booked 4 rooms and only got one parking space and the other car had to be parked a bit far. Otherwise everything was 9/10
- Joy (8/5): Spacious house, easy acces to central London - It had plenty of space for 6 of us. It was well equipped overall. It was 15 minutes walk from Brent Cross tube station, going through a great park for children. It was clean but not as clean as it could be if a little more attention was paid to windows, corners etc. We never found any sharp knives and would have liked a functioning upstairs bathroom- what no toilet!!
- Lerato (8/5): Very good -
- Deepak (10/5): Excellent place to stay and relax - Property was well maintained and easy access to it from the underground tube station , The nearby park was also nice and my kids enjoyed a lot The commode toilet on the first floor
- Mark (6/5): Disappointed - 4 double beds Damp , needs decorating
- Christopher (1/5): Definitely not a stunning 4 bedroom property - There was nothing to like, the property is jn a poor state of repair, dirty and full of ants and flying ants. Also, the property says parking when, in fact, you need a permit, which we found out after our first night. The property is dirty and has a poor state of repair. The beds are three-quarters and not even doubles. Mould all round the windows but just painted white to cover up poor workmanship throughout the property and dirty. The owner is not taking responsibility and refusing to refund. We checked out after one night.
- Maciej (7/5): Good - Number of bedrooms and kitchen equipment. Small garden was also nice. Poor condition of household appliances
- Noah (8/5): Very good -
- Gerrard (3/5): rather spend more for something nicer and better located - there is a nice park nearby for kids and the WiFi was good location is very isolated , house was not appealing, only one toilet and one room had no external window . house has a damp smell .
- Jill (10/5): we had a fantastic stay. we would try to rebook this property if we went back to the area. - loved the location. easy access into London. spotless and clean. the beds were very comfy. there was nothing to dislike. My only thoughts would be that a toilet in the upstairs bathroom would be better than a bidet.
- Saiti (10/5): Exceptional - the house was amazing all were good enough
- Beate (8/5): the house is great for two families or four couples. It was convenient and during day time the bus station is very close - The property was ver practical. The rooms were fine even though two of the double beds are a bit narrow. as the house fits 8 people it would be better to have two toilets one in each bathroom.
- Saneera (10/5): Exceptional -
- Victoria (6/5): Great location, easy to travel to and from, good for 1 -3 nights. - Great location with a 20 min walk to Brent Cross Station. Super easy lockbox to collect key. Host was very helpful and responded to questions quickly. 1 parking space. Downstairs was quite unclean, especially the downstairs bathroom and bedroom. Checked in at 14:00 (which is stated in the info about the house) but the cleaner was still there when we arrived and hadn’t finished although she did let us bring our things in and left promptly, which is why I think the downstairs was unclean.
Road outside the house is permit only, so be aware for that if bringing more than 1 car.
- Sian (7/5): As described & access into city easy by train - Location was as described with adequate parking on roadside. House was comfortable & clean & beds comfortable.
Kitchen very well equipped with modern appliances.
Owner was helpful answering our questions. Only 1 toilet & 1 bidet in property, would have been better with another toilet as there were 5 in our group.
Our car would have been a very tight squeeze in offroad parking area but scope to make access easier.
Shower tray leaked into floor area but note left for owner so hopefully maintenance will be quick.
- Sara (6/5): family trip to visit London and theatre we only used the property for parking and sleeping - The property appealed as it had parking. the beds we’re comfortable and there was a fantastic park opposite. The house is quite tired and the upstairs bathroom useless- no toilet just a bidet! the tile trim is loose on the stairs which could be dangerous.
- Kwok (9/5): Superb - Very nice house, clean, the host is very helpful, he even replied my enquiry at 10:30 pm, and he come immediately to solve the problem. The upstair toilet.
- Paula (5/5): Alright, but definitely not stunning - Comfortable beds
Plenty of space
Well stocked kitchen
Very warm
TVs in all rooms House was filthy unfortunately - had to thoroughly clean it myself on arrival
Dirty dishes left in dishwasher, which was very intermittent - needs a deep clean
Upstairs toilet has been removed and a bidet installed in its place, mounted on wooden planks - bizarre and extremely misleading to keep an obviously old photograph up - what is the point of a bidet and no toilet? Was very annoyed about this
This bathroom was unhygienic to say the least, constant smell of urine from the bidet despite Dettol - we shut the door and pretended it didn’t exist
Dangerous socket still not sorted in bedroom
Stairs a death trap - really need looking at and loose areas fixing
Black mould on all upstairs windows - need a clean
- Bec (7/5): Would Recommend - Hi There
We had a great stay at your property however before the next guests can I make a suggestion that the oven is cleaned we only needed it for garlic bread however it was dirty on the bottom and was very smoky because of it.
Thanks for a good stay in a very nice part of London. The kitchen was also a little dirty.
The bedding has an odour to it had we been staying longer. I would have washed them all before sleeping on them, but I couldn't due to time restraints.
The power point in one of the bedrooms is literally hanging off the wall my children are old enough to stay away but would hate someone to be hurt.
Young families would need a baby gate for the stairs
- Shana (10/5): lovely spacious great facilities. enjoyed my stay. - spacious rooms only one toilet when states 2 bathrooms. upstairs shower was cold
- Ellena (10/5): Exceptional -
- Maryam (3/5): Not worth the money and not comfy for for a family - The location was not so great, construction going on nearby, not so clean, dangerous stairs for kids, no toilet upstairs, WiFi issues and more.
- Will (9/5): Superb -
- Lianne (10/5): Very happy chappies! - Great communication from the owner, lovely house and it's great having a tele in every room!
I had asked if we could have a later check out which helped us massively! The downstairs toilet lock was on the outside of the door instead of inside, but not a major issue.
- Mustafa (7/5): Good - clean, spacious house with a small garden. all the bedrooms have tvs. there was a slight issue with one of the toilets but it was taken care of really quickly by the landlord.
- Boris (5/5): Passable - - due to our early arrival in London, we were able to leave our luggage in the house already at 12 noon
- the house is spacious, even for 8 people (4 adults, 4 teenagers)
- the house is newly furnished, lots of appliances (in the kitchen, TV in every room,...)
- if the weather is nice, the house has a nice garden
- children's playground nearby - there were 8 of us, we only got 6 towels
- the towels were washed, but they smelled(moisture)
- if the equipment is great, the renovation of the house itself is extremely bad (bad windows, water leaking during heawy rains,...)
- the heating in the house is only on until 6 p.m., at 9 p.m. it is only 18 degrees downstairs, and even less upstairs (poor windows and insulation) - it was 9 degrees outside, I can't imagine what it would be like if it were even colder - all the girls were very very cold because the blankets were very thin
- the toilet flusher(cistern) in the lower bathroom leaked (which we solved with a padded towel - one of six)
- the worst: COMPLETE UNRESPONSIVENESS OF THE HOST!!! Upon arrival, when he told us how to get in, he didn't respond to any of the comments or questions, leaving all issues unresolved
- it is a 20-minute walk to the nearest metro station, which leads to London, and then another 40-minute drive - so the entire journey to the City of London takes approx. 1 hour, which is a lot if you want e.g. 2x to the city (during the day and in the evening)
- table too small for 8 people (only 4 people can eat at the same time)
The accommodation itself is not bad, if you take into account that it is newly renovated and it is l
- Lesley (8/5): brief visit to London - nice convenient location, reasonable price and big enough for other family members - felt very c - the property was in a nice location opposite a newly built park - there is a lot of building work going on - I think it’s classed as a regeneration area. good transport links to anywhere in London - nice outside patio area - comfortable accommodation in a modern setting there were no sharp knives for cutting veg!
- Birgit (7/5): Quiet, fine house. - Nice and quiet place, fine beds. Good 24 hours Tesco store within 10 min, underground station within 15-20 min. Totally app. one hour to London city.
New and nice park with playground just next to the house. Clean most places except from the kitchen. Old fries in the air fryer, dirty dishes in the dish washer…
Not one single sharp knife in the kitchen?
The heat was on in most rooms (except the kitchen and living room) when we arrived, but it was turned off after two days, so it was pretty cold the last night.
- Mantas (8/5): Very good - Everything was great, Good location.
- Michelle (3/5): Would not return. - kitchen facilities were good not able to shower due to faults with water temp
dirty in places
couldn’t park in the parking space due to vehicle blocking access (no dropped kerb)
- Jamjar134 (7/5): The property was perfect if you want all family to be in one place and good value for money - The house is a good size and rooms were all clean and tidy with plenty of storage space Couldn't get free view channels to work on TV or heating
- Niklas (7/5): Great for shopping and good lokation for transport. - great clean space, the beds were comfortable and it was nice to have two bathrooms Some doors can not close and the toilet seats are very loose, protection film in Kitchen stil not removed, It need some more work, befor it gona look great.
- Kheamah (10/5): the host was very responsive to our queries and accommodating to our requests. the rooms were lovely, clean and had adeq - very clean, modern, stylish. love the room sizes and little garden. the extra touches like considered like seasoning and bedroom fans were amazing nothing, it was perfect!
- Tom (8/5): Very good - Location was great. Rooms were very good quality. Nice space for the group of us.
- Anonymous (10/5): we really enjoyed our stay, loved the location and cleanliness - I loved this property, very clean and a very helpful owner
- Eva (8/5): good experience overall. Great host. Lovely house. - Host was responsive and welcoming when checking in. The rooms were spacious, maintained well with great facilities and situated in a calm neighbourhood. Shops not too far either. A little far from central London. The bottom level shower is hard to use, it's either too hot or too cold.
- Rod (4/5): Overpriced as it does not match the description - Everything is new, some things are still in boxes. Appliances are of good quality. Beds were comfortable. These are USB charging ports on some of the plug sockets. The house is described as having air conditioning. There is no air conditioning.
The house is described as having free WiFi in all areas. When you try to log on to the WiFi it says 'top up needed', so there was no WiFi.
The lock on the front door is very difficult to operate. Twice when we were inside the house with the door locked we were unable to unlock the door to get out. This is the only way out of the building, other than climbing over the six foot high fence in the back garden, so it felt like we were trapped.
I tried to communicate with the owners by the Booking.com messaging, they did not reply. When we though we were trapped inside the house I tried to call the owners, it went straight to voicemail, I left two messages, but they didn't respond.
We couldn't use the shower in the downstairs bathroom because the temperature control only allowed scalding hot or cold water, with nothing in between. You can't stand up straight in the shower in the upstairs bathroom unless you are shorter than about five feet six as it has a fixed head over the bath.
- I (10/5): Highly recommended, worth to pay, specially families will feel like home. - Big rooms, comfort beds, tidy and clean Liked everything
