• Bethanie (1/5): Lovely location, terrible living space, has the potential to be really nice with some effort & care - Location was great, lovely bakeries down the road, supermarkets close by and walking distance to the tube. General cleanliness of the apartment was very poor. Mouldy cups, dirty shower, shower head, extractor fan, toilet seat broken. Bedding didn’t smell clean, stains on bed. Walls dirty and entrance hall dirty. No breakfast included as stated, hob was dirty. Only computer chairs to sit on as the others were broken. Smell of cannabis in the apartment. Exposed electrics hanging from the ceiling. Only portable heaters in the room, some broken. Balloons left from another guest.

• kathryn (10/5): Very comfortable and surprisingly good - We were in flat 3 we were very happy tv didn’t really work but wasn’t that bothered the location was in a nice quiet area of London nice coffee shops just building a Tesco there was a sainsburys right near the underground but we didn’t use that Only bonus would have been more towels and a tea towel
• Scott (7/5): Decent stay. - The location was closed to the tube, shops, takeaways and a pub within 5mins walk..the apartment was large enough for a family of 5 and we got a good breakfast from the owner to make while there.on day 2..the room is a good size with a good shower and comfortable beds. I had to ask where the breakfast promised in the booking was..we went out on day one and bought breakfast but when we came back at night there was a bag of shopping waiting for us..communication could have been a bit better as we did not know they had gone and got the shopping,.no apology for having to be chased.
• Benmechedal (2/5): - Honnêtement et sans vouloir exagéré, je n'ai absolument rien aimé et c'est pareil pour ma conjointe et nos enfants. Malheureusement, c'était vraiment désagréable. Les équipements sont trop vieux et le logement n'offre aucun confort. C'est un appartement à une chambre et salon qui est fait pour maximum 2 personnes mais le propriétaire a installé deux lits doubles et un autre simple mais ils sont tous très inconfortables. En plus, il y a eu trop de bruit toute la nuit et même une vingtaine de coups de feu qui ressemblent aux coups de feu d'une arme automatique. C'était effrayant ! Malheureusement, je ne recommande pas cet appartement ni l'endroit d'ailleurs. Aussi, il manque beaucoup d'équipements.

• Kevin (10/5): Great weekend - After seeing a few negative reviews I was very apprehensive bout goin to this accommodation as I had my 3 grandkids and my daughter with me on there 1st trip to see the sights in london but after speaking to the host and ironing a few things out we arrived at the property and I couldn't understand the negative reviews as it was perfect very new very clean they even left some chocolates for the kids if anyone is worried about the few bad review dont be u wil be pleasantly surprised perfect links into centrel London straight in on the piccadilly line

• I (5/5): Passable - Location was good. Apartment was clean. The property was advertised with breakfast included. Upon my contact to the owner, they didn't contact me back, so both the days i had to go out in the morning and by breakfast for the family myself. The mattress on the living room was in a very bad shape you could feel the springs init, so it was a very uncomfortable two days sleep. The air mattress was not tight enough, during the night it has to be filled with air several times.

• Bonnie (5/5): Passable - Close to the tube station, walking distance to grocery stores, and resturants. Easy access with coded entry to both the apartment and entrance. This is not a 2 bedroom - 1 bedroom, and a bed in the living room (no couch). When sent message to owner was told this is what you get in London. 2 towels per person for 9 days. The hand towel was dirty, and soap scum in the shower on glass. The kitchen is not fully equipped, missing day to day things. After a week, the garbage piled up and nowhere to dispose. Not garden view, main street view, with street lamp outside bedroom window. When the second apartment guest arrived, the wifi did not work the same as the previous days.

Conveniently situated for tube (although not next door as stated) Breakfast wad advertised, but not a scrap was provided. I guessed from the reviews that this maybe the case, so we took our own along. Managed to park in road outside apartment, but if these spaces was taken, coikd have gern an issue.

It was written 2 room, but I was onlybone room. It was written 72 m2, but it was max. 35 m2. It is FRAUD. On the picture is what owner think is breakfast. Disgusting!

• Jens (2/5): Misleading description - The description on booking.com was completly misleading, introducing a 4-star hotel. The location is a very simple appartment without any hotel-like service. The promised breakfast for 5 nights was half pack of toast, some milk with 2 days best-before left and a box of cornflakes. Even if part of the description, the appartment did not contain: Heating Room service Lockers 24-hour security Breakfast

• So (7/5): value for money to stay in London for a family - clean and tidy, simple breakfast and microwave provided, park on street right outside the apartment, which is free after 18:30 from Monday to Saturday and free whole day on Sunday, Tesco nearby only one toilet is not enough for a family of five and the mattress is a bit too soft

The apartment is nice and bright Our offer included breakfast and we found almost nothing in the apartment when we arrived. The refill came the day after, so for our first morning we had to buy breakfast products at the supermarket.

• Michelle (4/5): Disappointing - The listing states, "has a garden. Among the facilities of this property are a restaurant, room service and a 24-hour front desk, along with free WiFi throughout the property. The hotel features family rooms." However, the only part of that statement that is accurate is the wifi. What you will find instead is a door with a key pad that leads you up a flight of stairs. To the left is one "suite" and to the right another. That's it. My family and I (2 adults and 2 children) arrived a few hours before check-in. We messaged the "hotel" through the app about storing our luggage in the lobby, which we assumed existed, based on the description, but in fact, there was no such space and our room was being "cleaned". Fortunately a kind cafe owner near-by took pity on us and let us leave our luggage in her shop, so we could try and see a few sites while we waited to check-in. When we got to our room, there was a kitchen with half eaten food containers and expired milk in the refrigerator. In the restroom I tried looking for a hand towel and instead found a dirty towel with a pee-colored area shoved in a drawer. The carpet had not been vacuumed and was covered w/ crumbs and long hair. We reached out through the app (not the "24-hour front desk") and a few hours later someone came to clean things up. The cleaner was very kind, however, there was no place for us to wait while she did this. My family and I had already eaten dinner and it was pouring rain outside. We had to wait in the stair well instead. This was pretty miserable, especially w/ two tired children.

• Natalie (2/5): Very poor service inaccurate description and not fit for purpose - The modern decor and cleanliness of the apartment We were given the wrong apartment with insufficient beds for our group - when I rang to question we were told to knock on the other apartment door and ask the people there to swap! I refused to as it did not feel the right way to resolve the situation and had no idea how the other people would react! I was then advised that the people in the other apartment had not arrived yet so we could just have that apartment but I was to make sure I cleaned up the apartment we had arrived in so it was ready for the other guests to have when they arrived! I was then told I wouldn’t be given the code to get into the other apartment until I left the one I was in! I was refused to be able to check out that the other apartment did actually meet our needs, there was nobody on site to offer help this was just in a phone call from a guy who didn’t seem to care and was quite impatient about having to deal with a problem. I explained I would need to put some work in to explaining to my child with special needs about the change of apartment as transitions are difficult. He said he’d call back but never did. We made do with the wrong apartment and insufficient beds. It was described as next to the train it’s not next to the train station! It was described as breakfast included! Breakfast was not included - that is a ridiculous and highly inaccurate description! I had wondered if maybe it was attached to a hotel where you go breakfast - but it is just a row of apartments on a residential street converted from houses - where was the breakfast magically appearing from? I noticed there was a tiny apple and an orange on the kitchen table - I thought had been left by the previous occupier. I wonder if this was the breakfast!!! I complained to the owner - I have had no apology about giving us a 2 bed apartment when we had booked a 4 bed! All I got was a shocking and very strange reply telling me I was greedy and I had ate all the food in their kitchen and what more did I want! What!!! AVOID
• Anonymous (9/5): Wonderful, enjoyed London, and also enjoyed being out of all the busyness in the evening. - Very nice and modern, in a very nice area where you are not in the city, yet a short ride on the Piccadilly line put you anywhere you want to go. Dine did a couple of the nearby restaurants which were quite good.  It was a little bit farther from the train station than I anticipated, however, not that far. Catch the bus and you are one stop to the property. Otherwise, it’s about a 10 block walk.
• Julia (8/5): My stay here was sufficient for my needs (a one night stopover) - Apart form a mix up in giving us the details for the wrong room - which was sorted v quickly, Parked outside the property (it was a Saturday afternoon - so had to pay for parking - £2.70 - which was a bargain) Plenty of room in the apartment which has brand new facilities, including a kitchen with kettle, toaster, microwave etc. Shower was lovely. Towels were perfectly sized. Nicely presented (with a few exeptions). Plenty of fresh fruit, and breakfast pancakes and brioche buns. Milk was left. Plenty of coffee and sugar. Local facilities were in abundance - Tesco open until midnight - which was perfect as we had not had chance to eat during our trip into London for a show. There was a lack of tea bags (its like they forgot the tea bags) There was an abundance of sugar packets thrown on the side - which I felt could have been better presented (there was tea, coffee and sugar caddies - they could have been put in there?) There was pillows without pillowcases. You could clearly see that the apartment is new, but there are little tweaks needed - difficult to get in to the front door via the automatic keypad (it took us several tries) I personally did not feel safe with the lock on the door to the apartment (moreso as we had been given the details to enter the other apartment on arrival - which was still occupied - rather embarrassing) It left me feeling that anyone could walk in - the lock on the door was not the best, and no way to double secure the apartment from the inside. We also had a group of 20 somethings hanging out in the street until 1.30am - playing loud music from their car - you'd think they would know better at their age! My car remained safe. This cannot be controlled by the owners of the apartment - and may well not be the experience of others. I felt it needed just a little bit more attention to details.

The towels wasn't big enough for the children let alone the adults The items that was classed as breakfast included wasn't great. 1 loaf of bread and waffles and 4 porridge pots. There was workmen working in the property working at 7 am The garden view was not a view

• Dunstan (5/5): Will be ok when finished, probably. But it isn't next to the tube station! - Everything new. When it's finished it will be quite good probably. It's clean and the shower and kitchen was good. The bed was quite comfortable also. It bore little relation to the description - "This 4-star hotel offers room service and a 24-hour front desk. The property has a garden, as well as a restaurant that serves British and French cuisine." It isn't a hotel, it has no front desk, no garden and no restaurant. It was a building site barely finished. The site said it was next to the tube station - it isn't and the photo is of the Best Western that is. In fact it's half a mile away. It's a building conversion into 4 flats. It also wasn't finished, wires hanging from the walls, no front door knob, coffee but no catifiere, bread but no toaster. The site said restaurant - no, it has a kitchen and fruit. We had to wait 30 mins for the owner to turn up to open up. Basically it's a flat conversion partially done. Much more of an airbnb than booking.com experience.
