Flea infested, misleading information, not a great accessible location, poor level of cleanliness, apartment needs TLC, only 1 bedroom!! Uncomfortable for families! Overpriced and NOT luxury! We are COVERED in beastie bites!!

It's spacious with large bathroom, kitchen and dining space. Few minutes from Chelsea football stadium for fans. It's somewhat noisy because it's on the street but I would say it is common in London.
• Rana (7/5): - Location is great and management is responsive. Property is clean and well-equipped. Description of property is inaccurate. This is “basement apartment” and not a penthouse. Also, there is actually one functional bedroom. The other “bedroom” is not actually one, hence why you don’t see photos of it. It is an odd-spaced room that looks like a storage with one single sofa bed. The living room has a double sofa bed. The overall sleeping space for all guests was not good. What bothered us mostly was the lack of clear instructions on how to use certain important equipment at the property (Dryer/heating system/locks/extra beddings and towels). We had to guess a little and give up on a lot of things we needed to use for our stay. Additionally, we found the check-in process rather lengthy, intimidating, and frustrating. Example: it was mentioned that any additional bedding/towels (which are available in a closet) will be of additional costs. Considering we were 4 adults + 1 Infant, and the bed and bedding situation was not great, we were very consumed on what to do. I hope the management reconsiders clarifying the property description and providing helpful instructions/information for guests.

• Santiago (5/5): Definetly go to a hotel or apartment where to deal with real people in person, not online. - It was just good enough for one night. It was extremely difficult to do the check in. It required online check in and the web didn’t work and didn’t explain why. I had d to make several calls an although the online staff were willing to help, they couldn’t. The check in was a nightmare.
• Laura (10/5): Absolutely wonderful!! Highly recommend!!! - The property was spacious, modern and well equipped. There was lots of room for us all as a family of 3 and the location was perfect. The communication from the Penthouse team was fabulous and prompt. My husband has visited London many times but this was mine and my daughter’s first trip. I can honestly say this was one of our favourite holidays ever and we could have happily stayed another week!! The accommodation was a huge part of our wonderful experience. We would book again without hesitation There were a couple of slight cleanliness issues and a little water damage throughout the property. The team explained that improvements were imminent. These issues did not spoil our experience in anyway. The Wi-Fi could do with some upgrading as it wouldn’t connect at the back of the property and was a little glitchy. There was quite a bit of noise from the apartment above but we were in London so didn’t expect silence!! Again, none of this spoiled our stay but feels right to mention it.

• Stephen (8/5): Spacious and well equipped apartment but noisy and not comfortable for more than two - The double bed was very comfy, the shower had good pressure and the apartment as a whole was spacious, modern and well equipped even if we didn't get to use it. The second bedroom was disappointing with only a small sofa bed we had to make ourselves upon arrival and not the most comfortable. There were no lights so when back to apartment in dark we had to fumble down the back steps to get to the apartment. There was also a lot of noise day and night that was easily heard from upstairs and the road, so sleeping wasn't quite as relaxing as needed.

• Luca (9/5): Cute, cosy and chic stay - Cozy, cute, well curated interior design and decoration. Perfect location to reach the city center. Not very impressive cleaning: the lighting were dusty. The mattress of the single bed was concave and not very comfortable
• Susanna (6/5): Pretty place but needs a thorough clean and some freshening up!!! - It’s nicely furnished and an overall nice space with loads of potential. It was very humid when we first entered and it kept being that way throughout. There is an INFESTATION of sewer flies. All the glasses were dirty and stained, the dishwasher needs a deep clean as the dishes smell of old food right after a finished program… I can tell that there was good thought put into this apartment, the design is cute and has potential, but the walls are dirty and partly lack a good coat of paint, there seems to be dirt or even mould in some spots.
• Markus (7/5): Overall, it was a comfortable stay, but the description should be clearer to avoid misunderstandings - The furnishings are modern and well maintained, and the kitchen has everything you need. The hosts were friendly and helpful, which had a positive impact on the stay. Local transport is well organized and there is a bus stop right outside the front door. The apartment was pleasant overall, but the description was misleading. Instead of a penthouse, the apartment is in the basement, which did not meet expectations. As a result, the noise level caused by heavy traffic was high, especially in the living and dining area. The location is convenient, but the slightly darker atmosphere in the basement could be a disadvantage for some guests. Another point is the WiFi connection, which was sometimes unstable. A small disadvantage was the internet TV connection, which was not that straightforward. In addition, local channels could not be received, which could be frustrating for some guests.

I found them in the spoons and took pictures, but I can’t attach pictures here. Additionally, the wall is leaking water on one side. I advise against taking it and not being impressed by the pictures.” “I informed him about the issue, but he did not respond.”
• Sally (7/5): Average - Huge apartment for London. Bus stop directly out front. Washing machine with powder was really helpful. Was a good price for 3 nights in what felt to be a safe area of London. No soundproofing, could hear the people above us all night long while trying to recover from jet lag. Also, the road out from was very busy and noisy all night long. Bathroom had black hairs and not well cleaned. Had a very musty smell and flying bugs which would land on us during the night. Bed in second room is like a chair that pulls out. I would suggest replacing with a full bed as we opted to use the sofa instead which they had kindly made up for us. No WiFi and both the AC and TV failed to work.

• Lisa (8/5): Fabulous - highly recommend - Fabulous location and well appointed with everything you would need for a central stay. Great instructions on how to get in etc. Overall loved it. Loved it all - the bed in bedroom has a big slope on the mattress on the side closest to windows and may be due for a replacement but was still comfy. Everything else was fabulous except the last night there was a lot of noise from upstairs apartment around 12am-2.30am and it sounded like someone moving furniture and loud stomping. Was also disappointed that we have advised property of 1 extra guest and told no extra charge then an additonal $500+ NZD was charged to my card. Especially disappointed as it felt like price hiking closer to the date

Also the apartment is a good size but not really a 2 bedroom Just one bathroom and side by side with the only bathroom in the apartment. The night marathon with 6 people using the bathroom during the night becomes annoying and really hard to sleep Also the people in the apartment above our room was very noisy Just one tip, I think the cleaner could you a better job, but nothing that would mess up our vacation

• Alexey (9/5): Nice apartment for family weekend stay. - Well equipped, nice and clean apartment. Well equipped kitchen, we used it every day for breakfasts and dinners. Enough space for family of five people. Good communication with hosts. Poor sound isolation, can hear all the street sounds during the night. Lack of windows. WiFi signal was quite poor and TV wasn't set up for any channels.

Great for walking in Chelsea and down to Thames. Easy to access bus system and quick walk to tube. Host was very helpful when we had a small issue with linens. Resolved issue quickly. It was in basement so a bit damp and a lot road noise and noise from people upstairs. Apartment needs a deep cleaning. Small flies in apartment that did not bother you but where dead all over floors and counters. Main bedroom very comfortable. Double sofa bed OK. Single pull out bed in very small room was very uncomfortable for an adult. We had to pull Matress into floor. Also security light from house next door shone into this small room.

• Andrew (9/5): Fantastic place to stay - The apartment is stunning and was ideal for our family stay. There is a bus stop literally outside the front door so despite being a 10-15min walk for a Tube station it is so accessible! It event has aircon!

We also liked the communication with the staff. It was very responsive. There was nothing that we did not like actually. More windows would have been great. We could not see outside from our apartment. One window faced a wall and the other one faced the corridor. As we were not much at the property this was not a big problem this time.

The owner of the property was really easy to contact, and was thoughtful and polite when messaging. Would stay again. Slight fly issue at the property but this was addressed with the owner and they confirmed they would action. The second bedroom could do with an actual bed, but the chair/couch to sleep on was not too bad comfort wise, but is on the floor.
