• Ghaitha (1/5): Bad experience - Location Unfortunately, my experience at this apartment was disappointing, mainly due to poor communication and lack of transparency. Before booking, the owner repeatedly requested a $500 insurance fee, which they initially agreed to waive. However, on the day of check-in, they refused to share the apartment details unless I deposited the money, going back on what had already been agreed. I was also told that laundry was free, but later found out I had to pay for card activation, and the card provided only contained $20, which was not clearly communicated beforehand. There was no hot water in the apartment. Despite multiple requests, the issue was only fixed after a week. When the maintenance team finally came to fix the water, they changed the door access passcode without informing me in advance. As a result, when I returned late at night after a 24-hour duty shift, I found myself locked out of the apartment and had to call the owner at 2:00 AM to obtain the new passcode. Overall, my stay was stressful and unpleasant due to poor communication, unexpected charges, and changing access details. I would not recommend this place unless these issues are properly addressed.

• Daniel (9/5): Great place and location - Short walk to Rogers Place and the restaurants on 104th. Convenience store across the street. The heat lamp in the bathroom was a nice touch. A $500 deposit refundable or a $133 non-refundable charge is a bit stiff.

• William (7/5): Quiet if you keep the windows closed - I liked the balcony and safety of the place. The parking spot being way down too many stairs. No airconditioning, had to keep windows open while sketchy people were screaming really loud on the street The listed price was fairly agreed on, but once there was no turning back or cancelling, there was another “deposit” for $133 that I had to put up or face cancellation costs or whatever. It would’ve been nice to know. One night actually totalled $300 or more. Hopefully some of that will be returned to me
