- Roger (8/5): - Great location next to the beach. The flat was nice and comfortable. It was very clean and tidy Outside space was a bit shabby and unloved. It was a bit of a pain to have to collect keys from the office at a different location and there were lots of rules!!

- Ngi (8/5): Large comfortable apartment in a great location - Clean comfortable spacious and quiet apartment was in a great location within close walking distance to the beach, shops and restaurants. It has a well equipped full kitchen, well furnished although lounge sofas could be cleaner. The 3 bedrooms include 2 comfortable queen sized beds, and a bunk bed which had a double bed in lower deck. The main bathroom had a shower and bath and a separate toilet and another shower and toilet were in the laundry. The balcony was large, looking out to a small pool. The car space under the building was convenient. Would have preferred 2 single beds or 2 separate bunkbeds in one of the rooms for us 4 single senior ladies for more flexibility. The bathrooms can do with some updating. Although generally clean, there were a few small cockroaches in the kitchen and bedrooms. The large private back courtyard needed some weeding and sweeping of the many fallen leaves. The lounge sofas need some cleaning.
