• Venkata (1/5): Horrible service and bad bad experience with the apartment - Nothing much apart from the view from 71st floor and the pool area which was clean and maintained Below are list of issues we found - clogged drains in common bath - broken locks in both baths - main door lock not working properly - untidy apartment - no handwash or bin liners the clogged bathroom was the biggest pain as we don’t believe that the management was unaware of the issue. When we reported it, they didn’t act on it as an emergency and wasted more than half a day of our trip. The bathroom locks being broken was also quite an inconvenience as few of were of us were not ready to use them and felt very uncomfortable. The management again played a game that someone will come and fix it but they never did through our entire stay. Main door lock was another drama where we had to waste time as the key was stuck and not coming out on multiple occasions. The management already know about this and suggested a trick as soon as we contacted them and this was not communicated to us prior. Untidy apartment with clusters of dust and lint on the carpet, stained quilts, soiled floors. If cleaners had actually been in the apartment and done proper cleaning prior to us coming in then they would have noticed the clogging in the common bathroom right away. In summary, it was pretty bad experience with the apartment and their services. Wouldn’t recommend this accomodation

• Sarah (9/5): Great location and comfortable - Location and views were great, very easy to travel around with close proximity to trams and Melbourne Central. Beds were comfortable and the communication on how to get the key fob was prompt and instructions were easy to follow. We were supplied with two key fobs, which was very beneficial. Plenty of plates/cups/cookware to use if you are inclined to cook your own meals. Could have been a bit cleaner, and have a few extra amenities. We were only able to find one tea towel, and there was two scourers, but one looked previously used. There are two vaccuum cleaners but one of the them barely has any suction and the other one has a broken head and won't stay on.
• Zahra (9/5): Superb - The apartment was beautiful and the rooms were spacious. We really appreciated two bathrooms as well. Ramona was an amazing host who was very prompt with her responses. We really enjoyed our stay here. There wasn’t any toilet paper in the ensuite and only one roll in the other bathroom and there was 6 of us there. I notified the host and she was accomodating to reimburse us, however someone came to bring us toilet paper after we had bought some ourselves. The situation was a bit confusing but it was fine in the end.

• Adrienne (8/5): Great value for a family stay. - The location and view were amazing. The kitchen was well appointed. Everything was easy to use and worked well. The kids got great use out of the pool. The hosts responded quickly to enquiries. The building air con is constant and noisy but you do get used to it. There were no pods for the coffee machine but even on Boxing Day there were pretty good options on the street. There were no towels provided for the pool - maybe ask before booking or BYO.

• Zerlina (9/5): Had a good stay - Property was in a fabulous location, easy access to public transport and parking at a reasonable rate was easy to organise. View from 71st floor was amazing, beds were very comfortable and air conditioning worked great. The only downfall with the property is the lack of keys and fob. For a property with 3 bedrooms it is crazy to expect people to walk across the road and drop the keys and fob at a different business. It is inconvenient to all involved in the stay as you can't enter the pool area on a different floor without a fob. My sons went out separately therefore we constantly had to co-ordinate access to the property as you need a fob to enter the premises if nobody is exiting at the same time as you enter.

• Michelle (9/5): Perfect location in Melbourne city. - I liked that the keys were held close by to the property. The property was close to lots of restaurants and shopping and free trams. Even though we were 71 floors high the lift was super fast. The pool and spa area were awesome. Bathrooms were great. Kitchen was good. View was excellent. The people where the keys were held weren't very helpful picking them up. Lucky i had the hosts number and they helped with the process. The bed was super uncomfortable and same with pillows. The kitchen wasn't the cleanest. There was a constant noise coming from somewhere in the roof like air-conditioning.
• Yip (10/5): Happy family trip - Our family has a great stay here. The apartment located in the CBD, which is closed to Queen Victoria Market and Melbourne Central. It is very convenient to everywhere. The apartment got 3 spacious bedrooms, and they are clean and comfy. It gets everything you need. The hosts are responsible and friendly, and they also fulfill our small requests promptly. The apartment has a heated swimming pool, steam, sauna, and gym. Our family had a fun time using the facilities. Worth to mention, the apartment is at high floors 71st, where got a stunning view of CBD. We got to enjoy the beautiful sun set view and night view as well. Absolutely love it. ❤️ It would be good if we could have another set of keys. It would help with our big group if it gets separated.
