• Etienne (10/5): Super pied à terre en périphérie de Londres - La surface, les équipements, la propreté , la proximité du métro, la clarté des explications pour la prise en charge des clefs et le parking gratuit. Bref tout était bien et la communication avec le loueur au top Rien
• Sthabile (9/5): Home away from home - - Proximity to the DLR! Its literally a 4-5mins walk. So you can connect easily to travel anywhere. Felt safe in and outside flat. - close to ASDA ( supermarket). About a 15mins walk. - Beautiful walkways or footpaths. - a ground close by for Parkrun ( but i missed). - The apartment itself is gorgeous, always warm, has all your essentials : cleaning stuff and even some basic cooking foods were there ( i didnt expect so thank you!) - The washing machine, dishwasher., fridge, cofee maachine all function. - Bathroom was also clean!! When I come back to the UK, Im definitely booking this one again. We were comfortable here. Felt safe. Nothing really.
• Mario (10/5): Tolles Appartement mit guter Verkehrsanbindung zu einem fairen Preis - Ruhiges Haus, Appartement mit zwei Schlafzimmern, nahe der Dockland Light Railway, gemütlich eingerichtet. Supermarkt ca. 15 Min zu Fuß entfernt. Die Küchenausstattung könnte es umfangreicher sein. Besteck ist etwas spärlich und wir haben eine Schere vermisst. Die Heizung ist kaum zu regulieren, d.h. Es ist entweder zu heiß oder zu kalt.
• Craig Cartmell (9/5): - Lovely flat. Clean. All facilities of home. Parking space available, beds nice and comfy. 5 minutes walk to DLR so access to whole of London within an hour. Can't complain about anything really.
• Volodymyr (9/5): - Everything was wonderful, clean and cozy, the apartment has everything you need. Nearby are parks, lots of birds and foxes. From above, you could hear running around for days, until the walls creaked. But I understand that this is a common problem with apartments in England.

• Ралица (10/5): - The apartment was very clean and warm. The beds are soft and comfortable. The place is near to DLR stop. The best is that you can park your car in front of the building. I recommend this place 👌
• Virpi (8/5): - - Kostenloser Parkplatz - Kurzer Fußweg zur Haltestelle (DLR, Bus) - Sehr gut ausgestattete Küche und gemütlich eingerichtete Räume - Gute Möglichkeiten zum Joggen - Sad Meli Georgian Gastronomy in der Gegend ist sehr zu empfehlen - Die Nachtspeicherheizung zu heiß in Schlafräumen, musste mit Fenster offen (Oktober) schlafen, aber ab 6 Uhr kam der Fluglärm. Mit geschlossenen Fenster Fluglärm kein Problem. - Etwas hellhörig, man konnte die Schritte vom oben gut hören. - Zu den meisten Sehenswürdigkeiten brauchte man schon etwa 50 min mit dem Zug.
• Paula (9/5): - El alojamiento es muy cómodo, equipado con todo lo necesario para pasar unos días. La zona es muy tranquila rodeada de zonas verdes y parques donde se veían muchas ardillas y zorros. Está un poco alejado del centro pero tiene la estación de metro Beckton a 5 minutos que te lleva al centro. También conectada con autobús, y tiene supermercados cerca.

• Sam (9/5): - The location was great..3 minute walk to the DLR line. The Apartment itself was lovely big and clean and we had everything we could ask for. We have stayed in many apartments before but felt this was really well equipped and the TV was such a good size. The sofa was a little small as there were 4 of us and trying to get cosy on just 1 sofa was not possible. The chair did help. The room is big enough for either a bigger sofa or another 2 seater where a family of 4 can relax properly after a full day out. This is not a criticism but just a tip on what would make this even more appealing.

• József (7/5): Perfect in warmer weather - Overall, the accommodation was very pleasant and well-maintained. It was clean and provided a comfortable stay. Additionally, the attention to detail in the decor added to its charm. From the living room window, you can see a fence where a squirrel usually comes in the morning. :) The apartment was barely warm even in the living room you could only sit in a sweater while the heating could not be controlled and unfortunately there was no blanket so it was not pleasant. A minor inconvenience is that there is no mention that the hot water is supplied from a boiler which is not enough for 4 people at a time. The issue with flickering light in one of bedrooms has not been addressed (it has been mentioned in previous review too (3 December 2024). The TV remote is practically unusable and unfortunately it's not the battery. Paper towels are needed in the kitchen.

• Miran (8/5): Great for exploring London - Apartment is in a quiet neighbourhood close to a park. Train station is 5 minutes away and with good connections. Kitchen well equipped, living room spacious. Beds were too soft for my taste, the kitchen would need a new non stick pan.
• Ágnes (9/5): Nice and clean accommodation, close to the DLR station - Overall, the accommodation was very nice, clean, and just as shown in the pictures. It is about a 5-minute walk to public transport (DLR to the Tower), through a park, and there are both a Tesco and an Asda nearby (5-10 minutes by car). The apartment is located on the 1st floor, and there is no elevator, which might be an important detail. However, there are a few things that could be improved: in one of the bedrooms, the light flickered a lot and often went out completely; we were worried it might be a short circuit. One evening, there was a burning smell in the bathroom, which I believe came from the extractor fan—it might be worth cleaning it. The neighbor above us was very noisy; at times, we thought something might be wrong. We could hear loud thumping and banging noises late into the night. Despite these issues, I would happily stay here again!

• Adrian (8/5): Great apartment except noise - Very clean apartment, fully equipped kitchen, free parking, good internet connectivity, in walking distance to DLR public transportation. Good communication with the owner. Self and smooth check-in/out (keys in mini-locker). The noise coming from upper floor very early in the morning and all afternoon until late at night. The building looks to be made of wood. Despite knocking at the upper apartment door (a family with two kids) and asking them to keep it down I noted absolutely no improvement. Also the noise from some water pumps located in the appartment (whenever water is used loud noise from those pumps is heard in both bedrooms) that are very annoying at night. That will make never come again in this place as my work performance was heavily downgraded due to no sleep hours at night.

• Viktoria (9/5): Superb - The apartment was very tidy, clean, spacious and had everything we needed. From an equipped kitchen to the a hairdryer and iron, we had everything er needed! The location was of course outside the city center, as expected, but it was easily reachable by public transport. For events at ExCel I would also greatly recommend this location.
• Julia (7/5): Comfortable - Quiet location. Clean, light and spacious. Comfortable beds. Feels like a safe location. Easy access to DLR. It’s a bit far out for a lot of takeaways to deliver. If the DLR is out of service you’d be a bit stuck. No restaurants etc in the immediate vicinity.
• Graham (9/5): An excellent place to stay and we would look to stay again in future! - It’s in a great location and minutes from the a DLR station. It’s very clean and modern inside with great facilities including free WiFi, Netflix and the Brita filters were a nice touch. It made for a very comfortable stay with plenty of room for us all in the lounge/diner as well. The kitchen was also fully fitted with everything you’d need. Just that the water pump can be noisy when you’re using the shower etc.

• Ahmed (8/5): Overall, I enjoyed my short stay at this property. - The property is comfortable and well maintained and equipped with all the necessities. The host is nice and responsive. The place is a bit far from public transportation. Collection of key was not easy due to the rusty safe.

• Lauren (9/5): Superb - Great location, short walk to station as well as easy check in. When using the taps or shower there is a noise from the boiler/pipes but isn't too bad. Only thing but would definitely book in to stay again.
• Nicholas (10/5): A great place to stay when visiting London. - The apartment was bright, spacious and very clean. It's in a quiet and secluded location with great transport connections. The beds were comfortable, the kitchen facilities were very modern, and the Wi-Fi connection was solid and fast.

• Zhin (9/5): Superb - Good quiet location. Clean place. Newly built. Fast wifi. Well sized beds. The waterpump was extremely loud. They've tried their best to sound proof the utility cupboard. Unfortunately, it's right in front of the bedrooms. Ultimately not the worst, given you'll only be woken up by someone using the tap or taking a shower.
• Basil (10/5): Exceptional - The apartment was super clean, it was easy to get to, and everything was as expected. It's a really beautiful modern apartment. I also left my Airpods and the host was kind enough to post them back to me. Can't recommend it enough.
• Rok (9/5): Superb - The place was clean and had everything we needed for a comfortable stay. An additional towel per person and an additional cover for the bed would be a great idea.
