• Courtney (2/5): never again. - The homeless man that lives in the doorway of the building is super friendly. It smelt of stale cigarettes and bleach. There was no blind at a window which made me feel unsafe and without privacy, especially if other people were using their balcony. I tried to contact the host as I had trouble getting into the building and the phone number was no longer recognised. No tea-towel, trash bags or paper towel. Basic things to keep the place clean. Only a thin sheet on the bed, I had to wear my clothes to bed. No comforter. The photos were not a true representation of the property. There was no artwork, the bedding was just a sheet and 2 pillows, no comforter, and some furniture in the pictures are not actually there, for example a coffee table and the trunk at the end of the bed. I had to use one of the bedside tables for a coffee table in the living room.

• Lormina (7/5): Good - Location is awesome. Wifi connection is excellent. Spacious. Allowed early check in. Washer and dryer for clothes is a plus. No hairdryer. Floor a little dirty and felt sticky.

• Raimonds (3/5): Poor - Wifi, location. If you will not fix problems, than you will go out of the bussines. This accommodation was the worst place I have experienced. It was very dirty, especially the floors; it wasn’t meant for four adults and one kid. I had to sleep on the mattress on the floor with no linen on. The only good things were the location and the wifi. We weren't able to communicate with the host.
• Hamilton (4/5): Disappointing - Location in downtown Miami is good, and the apartment was larger than expected. Older building, sparsly furnished with cheap furniture. No gym facilities. No TV in the bedroom, but it didn't matter that much because the TV in the living room really didn't get many channels. There were no toiletries such as shampoo, bath soap or a washcloth. There is mold growing in the shower.
• Milena (4/5): Location is great. The rest was disappointing/ dark, minimal comfort, bed pretty uncomfortable... - Location Dark and not cozy at all
• Stefanie (9/5): Wondeeful - Really beautiful and spacious appartement, cozy. 😊 A hairdryer and some more towels to dry your hands and dry the dishes would have been nice, but maybe you cannot expect that from an appartement.. If you only stay for a few days, you cannot fill the dishwasher and just clean your plates and cups by hand.
