Any defects, non working items, and cleaning issues must be notified to the agent upon first arriving a the property.In the event of an early departure, the property will charge you the full amount for your stay.

- Elizabeth (7/5): Nice place - modern, great for a family, clean - Nice set up for a family. Clean, modern, good kitchen equipment, great location, nice little back garden and verandah. The way the real estate company acts. Sooooo many messages, very salesy. We got told there was no linen, to then realise it's only parts of the linen that was required. The pick up of the key is a pain to everyone - everyone has to go past Anna Bay to get to Nelson Bay. A lock box would be easier. And, they took a security deposit, when there's an insurance waiver fee (which was never advertised as part of the fee) and a $40 transaction fee to pay by the only way you can pay.....online. Ultimately - a great house if the administration of it was less than one-sided. All of which was inserted into a contract after the booking was made, approved and paid for....
- Liberty (9/5): Would love to come back! - I love that it is spacious and walking distance to the beach! The beds were comfy and we had a blast staying in Anna bay. A Would be good if there is a lockbox in the property so the keys won’t have to be picked up at Nelson bay as it’s still a 15 mins drive.
- Helena (10/5): Would highly recommend to others - Loved how clean it was considering it was a pet friendly home and the location was excellent and comfortably furnished throughout with all working facilities. I didn’t like how the description for the property stated it had sea views when it didn’t.
