• Brendan (5/5): - Good room, pool and location Lift broke down, stuck in the lift for 75 minutes. Only two of the four lifts were working when we arrived. The other two broke down while we were there. Host of the property didn't care.

• Sam (10/5): Awesome City Views - Great location. 2/4 elevators were out of service. Stopping on every floor was a mission some days.
• Anthony (1/5): Dangerous, Filthy and Horrendous Staff - Location and view were great Was filthy, picture is a lie, window smashed and dangerous. Carpet and couch was soaked. Staff were horrendous, hung up in my face did not address any issues. Had no options and we were stuck.
• Hayley (7/5): Location was great for our short stay with our family. The pool was a highlight - Location was great, the rooms were well presented however cleanliness could be improved. Benches, walls and cupboards were dirty. A window was smashed and blinds were broken.
• Sherie (7/5): - Great location The showers need a very good clean, the water was backing up due to the drains being clogged up with hair and gunk. Also the smashed window in the lounge room was very unnerving despite being told it’s ok, and the whispering sound that’s it made was eerie.

• Brian (6/5): Poor response from property contact spoiled what could have been a great location. - Good location, gym and pool were good, great views. A seriously dangerous shattered window had been temporarily secured. We were given no advance notification of this, and given we were on the 70th floor we felt concerned about how safe we were. Also, we feel strongly two keys are needed for a threes person group as a bare minimum, given that you cannot access the property without using the lift. And you cannot use the lift without a key fob. Not impressed at all with our personal contact, who did nothing at all to respond to our concerns. The limitations of having only one key was highly detrimental to our entire stay in Melbourne as we had to go everywhere together.
• Sarah (3/5): Would definitely not recommend. We paid a good price and for a comparable rate could’ve got a much nicer apartment very - Location They weren’t enough wine glasses or champagne flutes. There was a smashed window that was all taped up. There were marks on the sofa and Carpet a dirty cup. It was just worn. The dining chairs were worn and discoloured it didn’t match up to the photos. The contact was just defensive and unhelpful.
• 바람 (8/5): Do you believe sleeping on the 70th floor - It is located in a desirable area and offers a good view. Good experience of staying on the 70th floor of a 75-story building. $400 deposit for damage, I got my money back.

• Elizabeth (4/5): - The pool and sauna facilities While the apartment had some positives — such as the nice showers, working air temperature control, secure building, and the quiet pool, spa, and sauna area — a few aspects didn’t quite match the photos or expectations. The smashed exterior window (though deemed safe) impeded our view, and the three-bedroom apartment only had three dining chairs. The toilets were stained, and the walls had quite a few marks and dirt that could use a thorough clean. The rug and carpets also appeared quite old and worn. The kitchen was quite under-equipped, with no tongs and only one water glass available. Additionally, despite the great pool and sauna facilities, there were only small white towels in the rooms — having some pool towels available would have been a nice touch. Overall, the apartment had potential and some good features, but a few maintenance updates and better attention to detail in terms of cleanliness and kitchen accessories and towels.

• Renee (2/5): - The view was beautiful Dishwasher didn't work. No plug for the sink dirty bedding dirty dishes before we even arrived with dirty towels stored in the cupboard. So disgusting. Because of this not worth what i paid.

Wasn’t very clean, stain on lounge, yellow crusty towel found underneath sink in main bathroom. Broken window in living room.

• Kamsinah (8/5): Great Location - Nice and clean apartment, good location. Walking distance to Queen Victoria Market and lots of food and shopping. Only the toilet drainage is a bit of problem. Informed the host and hope it will resolve soon. Other than that, its a great place!!
