• Jack (7/5): Great value for money, room with all we needed for a short stay - Nice small tidy room, with private bathroom. Added extras fan, hairdryer, TV, towels included Very close to the underground - easy to get to every where in London, staff were very helpful on all transport. lovely little bakery just outside the station in camden Good value for money, almost £500 cheaper than the premier inn we'd normally stay at. All though the main town was nice, it was a little daunting walking down the canal paths, although no one bothered us personally there were groups smoking & playing loud music, walking through them was intimidating (totally could have been a one off, by no means judge the accommodation as this is nothing to do with them) We just kept to the main streets & all was fine. My partner forgot to request ground floor (our fault) so there was a lot of stairs, but all halls & staircases were clean, tidy even smelt fresh

A hospedagem disponibilizou adaptadores de tomada, o que achei muito legal. Os lençóis não haviam sido trocados. Encontramos cabelo nas camas, mas talvez seja porque chegamos algumas horas antes do horário oficial do chek-in.

• Maria Vincenza (7/5): Posizione ottima ma un solo bagno per troppi ospiti - Posizione eccezionale. Collegata molto bene con Underground, Overground e bus vari. Personalmente ritengo Camden uno dei quartieri più interessanti di Londra, quindi sono molto soddisfatta. Strada tranquilla e sicura. Molto buono anche il self ceck-in e check out, comunicazione con il gestore ottima, risposte tempestive e massima disponibilità. Pulizia buona, nella media degli alloggi di questo tipo a Londra. 1 solo bagno per 2 camere triple e 1 doppia (totale 8 persone) francamente è troppo poco. Ero consapevole di alloggiare in una tipica sistemazione londinese, 2 stanze senza bagno su ciascun pianerottolo, ma non credevo che avrei dovuto fare così lunghe attese per poter usare l'unico bagno a disposizione. Forse siamo state sfortunate ad alloggiare in contemporanea con altri ospiti che non tenevano in considerazione le esigenze degli altri. Moquettes nelle camere e sulle scale. La camera doppia in cui alloggiavamo, molto piccola, aveva la finestra affacciata sull'overground, quindi si sentivano i treni anche di notte. Materasso non proprio comodo e 1 solo asciugamani a testa.

Per il resto poche piccole note: Moquettes nelle camere e sulle scale. Un solo asciugamani a testa. Non è possibile lasciare i bagagli dopo il check-out o prima del check-in. In bagno non c'è un piano di appoggio nonostante ci sia abbondante spazio, consiglio di arredarlo un pò.
• Isabella (6/5): overall nice - The location is great, in a very small secondary street (which means no noises) and basically in front of the tube station and 5 minutes from the bus station. The neighborhood is just a gem, very lively, friendly, with many options in terms of food, pubs, groceries. The bathroom is clean and the residents are quiet and respectful. It's is very small, especially for 2 people; I was alone so it was good for me but with another person it would have been pretty tight.

• Sebastian (7/5): Top Lage aber etwas hellhörig - Sehr gute Lage mitten in Camden Town mit kurzen Wegen zu Underground. Restaurants, Pubs und ein Supermarkt in der Nähe. Unkomplizierter Kontakt und Check-in per Mail/Whatsapp. (Wir mussten unsere Ankunftszeit kurzfristig ändern, auch das war kein Problem.) Sehr dünne Wände, man hört die Nachbarn, auch wenn sie keinen Lärm machen. Das Bett war für meinen Geschmack etwas zu weich.

• Yazgan (6/5): There was a common bathroom which was clean before people. Loud and disrespecful people. Ok experience - In the room, there was even an adaptor for charger which was very thoughtful. Location was ok but It did not felt very safe bacuse there were so much screaming and yelling from the streets in the middle of the night. Also people above us were very loud and disrespectful about the usage of common bathroom.

Clean apartment and comfy bed The washing machine was partially blocking the door to the bathroom, contained bleach when we arrived and would take 4hrs for a 1.5hr wash and wouldn’t dry properly. Messaged about it and heard nothing back. Also there was no cloths or sponges or tea towels to do washing up

• Samantha Reid-Joren (8/5): - De ruimte was prima, de bedden lagen lekker en het was top dat je een eigen badkamer had en een klein keukentje We hadden geen theedoek in de keuken, en misschien een plankje of een mandje in de douche waar je je badspullen op kan zetten. En handig voor aan de deur een kapstok of haakjes om je jas op te hangen. Die hingen alleen in de douche.

• Lana Linda (2/5): Miserable, careless - Beware! This was a miserable experinece - there were construction works in the house with racket and noise from early morning. There was no bathroom from photos but some other unfurbished one on top floor in some other room and they didn't give me a code until late next day. I gave a notice I will leave, the "host" couldn't care less, marked my stay as No show and unwilling to refund. All written made my stay unbearable and ripped off for inconveniences with changing location, check-out/in gap etc. Miserable place.

• Victoria (1/5): Annonce malhonnête en travaux / dégâts des eaux dans la chambre - Emplacement top mais annonce malhonnête Le logement ne correspondait PAS DU TOUT à l'annonce: il est en travaux, il y avait un dégat des eaux et donc une partie du plafond de notre chambre se dégradait et a commencer à s'effondrer... L'armoire/penderie a subi des dégâts à cause du dégât des eaux antérieur et elle n'a pas été remplacé ! Les lits ne sont pas confortables, on sent les ressorts. Une seule salle de bain à partager à 7 personnes. C'est trop peu. Il y avait du shampoing mais PAS de gel douche et le carrelage de la salle de bain était mal réalisé/inachevé. Je n'ai pas signalé les problèmes le temps du séjour car je restais seulement 2 nuits et je voulais profiter du temps sur place à Londres plutôt que de devoir gérer ce genre de désagrément.

• Claudia (6/5): - *) super Lage, einige öffentliche Verkehrsmittel in unmittelbarer Umgebung- gute Verbindung in die Innenstadt; Camden ist ein interessanter Stadtteil; funktionierende Heizung; große Dusche *) Zugang mit elektronischem Schloss *) Preislich sehr gut *) funktionierender Wasserkocher *) Vermieter verlangen im Voraus eine Kaution, dazu sollten Kreditkartendaten und Ausweis per WhatsApp oder Mail übermittelt werden - wir haben dies abgelehnt und darauf bestanden, dass wir dies vor Ort klären- hat funktioniert *) Zugang erst nach telefonischer Kontaktaufnahme möglich - dadurch Wartezeit (da wir tagsüber angekommen sind, war es für uns kein Problem) *) Fenster haben sich nicht versperren lassen (da das Zimmer im DG kein Problem); geärgert habe wir uns, dass ein Fenster in der Kippstellung bliebt (wir haben etwas improvisiert um die Kälte draußen zu halten) - unsere Info an die Vermieter diesbezüglich wurde ignoriert *) Zimmer hat Teppichboden - daher sehr staubig *) Einzelbetten etwas schmal; Zimmer sehr klein; dafür ist das Badezimmer groß *) Zimmer für 4 Personen, aber nur drei Hocker *) ein schmaler Kasten mit drei Kleiderbügel, keine Möglichkeit Kleidung abzulegen - aus dem Koffer leben war die Devise *) Treppenhaus sehr schmal; allgemein sehr hellhörig Auch wenn es einiges zu verbessern gäbe, was auch nicht allzuviel Aufwand wäre, eine gute Unterkunft für den Preis.

• Fraser (4/5): We will always remember this night 😀 - It was really neat being able to watch rats from the comfort of your own room 😀 And only one bathroom between three rooms really teaches you the value of patience and holding it in 🤭 Having the security light come on everytime you rolled over in bed really made us feel safe 🥊 The full heat radiator that couldn’t be turned down was generous considering energy prices, but did give off amazing tropical vibes 🌅 Having to take a bath rather than a shower made me late for my meeting, but it was really relaxing 🛁 It was great being able to listen to other guests from the comfort of our room, but I felt slightly uncomfortable as they didn’t know I was listening in 🫥 The tropical vibe inducing radiator did mean we had to keep the window open all night, which meant we could soak up the local atmosphere 😁 but unfortunately the local atmosphere headlined a mainline train 😖 The wardrobe was hard to hide in 🤔 The coffee was dry and crunchy without any water source in the bedroom ☕️

• Julia (6/5): - Zdecydowanie podobała nam się lokalizacja w przyjaznym i bezpiecznym Camden. Przystanek autobusowy znajdujący się niemalże pod nosem. Pełne wyposażenie kuchni; patelnię, garnek, talerze, itp Łatwy kontakt z właścicielem ;)) Pomieszczenie jest bardzo małe, w szczególności łazienka w której umywalka miała rozmiar mikroskopijny, przez co bardzo ciężko było z niej korzystać. Ponadto zauważyłyśmy problem z prysznicem, który ewidentnie był zatkany. Sam pokój był przytulny i wizualnie nam się podobał, natomiast był niedoczyszczony np brudna poszewka, która nie była dobrze wyprana. Pierwszego dnia było bardzo zimno( musiałyśmy spać w grubych bluzach) z kolejnymi dniami było trochę cieplej, ale wciąż nie była to zadowalająca temperatura. Ściany bardzo cienkie, słychać wszystko z góry.
• Anuj (1/5): - Nothing Booked this property where key amenities listed on the platform (fully equipped kitchen, microwave, dishwasher) were not available. One of the heating systems did not work during winter and was reported to the host during the stay, with written acknowledgment. The host later lied, denying both the missing amenities and the heating issue. Despite clear written proof, Booking.com conducted no investigation, asked for no evidence, and blindly accepted the host’s version. This is a shocking failure of accountability and customer protection. Extremely disappointing experience. Based on my experience, I strongly recommend not using Booking.com and avoiding Camden House, Greater London. Misrepresented amenities, heating issues during winter, false claims by the host, and zero investigation by Booking.com. Travellers deserve better transparency and accountability.

• Marja Lazdane (7/5): - Nice clean design, three separate beds, which is not a very ususal option, very modern, nice and clean bathroom - even though it was a shared bathroom, it was just next door to our room, so it felt like our own. The beds were comfortable, so we had good rest. Good location with plenty public transport around, a big supermarket nearby and just everything Camden Town offers just around the corner. Easy access to the property and great communication from the stuff. Also prompt problem solving. We had a problem with the kettle and they got us a new one next day. The room is very small - I didn't realize it from the photos. There was literally no place to store the clothes we took off and other stuff. There's a super-narrow table and a couple of flimsy stools. We also had to place kettle on the stool, otherwise there was no contact near the table. There is a narrow wardrobe in the room, but it only had 2 hangers, even though we were 3. It hardly had space for our thick fall overcoats. Even though the place looked clean overall, our room was very dusty. The items we pleced on the bedside table had a layer of dust on them next morning. Definitely not recommended for people with allergies. The carpet floor sure is not the best solution as there are staying stains. ... Overall I think it's a good place to stay for its price, but it was just a wrong choice for our group. I was travelling on a budget with two teenagers, so I chose this staying option because of three separate beds, and the closer to the center location. I sacrificed having a kitchen hoping we'd be ok with just a kettle, and I regretted this decision quite soon. I consider this room will still be perfect for a group of friends, probably guys, who don't carry much stuff and would be out in town till late night, then fall straight into bed once they get 'home'. So, my friends, choose wisely.

• C. (5/5): We expected better. Not much luxury or comfort. - The cleaning staff is very kind. Close to Camden Market. Ended up being a little disappointing. In terms of comfort: the bed was quite small and had a loose mattress cover, the walls are very thin so we had lots of noise from the hallway and upstairs which disturbed sleep. Location wise, we never used the overground station day to day, so you have to walk to the underground station (7 minute walk, still not too bad). Hygiene wise it looked alright, but we did find a plate with cheese on it from a previous guest.

• Katarina (8/5): Good for this price! - The location is great, short walk from the train station! Own toilet, enough space. The bed wasn't very comfortable, one window couldn't be opened at all. Also there is a train passing by very close, and sometimes I could hear it during the night.
• Sheila María (8/5): Perfecto si lo que buscas es buena ubicación. - Buena ubicación, cerca del metro y con muy buena conexión. Al lado del barrio de camden. Las escaleras son muy estrechas, si vas con maletas o equipaje voluminoso es difícil. Por la noche fue un poco ruidoso. En la habitación te dejan agua y café pero no había cuchara ni más utensilios para preparar un té o el café .

No TV apart from apps (no BBC / ITV / C4 etc). Lighting in room needs improvement - no bedside lamps. Just one unshaded central lamp.

Didn't like the location (personal opinion). Description made it sound likewe were closer than we were. Very very steep stairs to room.

Really nice touch having tea and coffee in the room. Nice contact from owners. The bedding was clean but the carpet was a little.grubby so kept socks and shoes on. Being woken up to children kicking doors and bath tub at 7am.
