• Amira Nabila (1/5): A disappointing experience that fell far short of expectations. - The only redeeming factor of this property is its quiet location in Kuala Lumpur. Very Disappointing Stay Unfortunately, my stay at this apartment was far below expectations, especially considering the price paid. Below are the main issues I faced: 1. Poor Amenities & Extremely Stingy Setup - The owner did not provide rubbish bags, which is basic for any accommodation. - ⁠Dishwashing liquid provided was a very cheap brand (“BIBIK”) and could not remove grease even after multiple washes. - ⁠Body wash and shampoo were MR DIY brands, which felt very cheapskate and unprofessional for a paid stay. - ⁠No iron provided – honestly shocking. What kind of accommodation doesn’t provide an iron? - ⁠No toilet slippers provided, which is very basic for hygiene and comfort. 2. Cleanliness Issues - There was a cockroach in the house. - ⁠The sofa was very dirty and clearly needs a proper deep cleaning. - ⁠Towels provided were worn out and should have been replaced long ago. 3. Comfort Was Poor - Pillows were too thin, felt like sleeping without a pillow at all. - ⁠The unit itself was very small, making the stay uncomfortable. 4. Misleading Facilities - Washing machine was stated as available, but its condition was so bad that I didn’t dare to wash my clothes there. - ⁠TV was provided, but nothing was watchable – no usable channels or services. 5. Price & Deposit Issues - The unit is quite pricey, and at this price point I expected a comfortable and convenient stay. Instead, the experience was bad overall. - ⁠A RM200 deposit was required, which is unreasonable. Even many reputable hotels only require RM100. - ⁠Deposit was only returned after 48 hours, which is far too long and inconvenient. Overall Experience: For the price charged, the quality, cleanliness, comfort, and amenities were not worth it at all. Very disappointing experience. I would not recommend this apartment, especially for guests who value cleanliness, comfort, and basic hospitality standards.
