Location
Has good potential Extremely poor communication skills from owner / host. We needed to confirm 4 times that we needed the advertised "free cot" and once we got to the room it was broken in 2 places.
Air conditioning was poor.
Cleanliness of both bathrooms was poor, mold on nearly surface.
Beds were extremely uncomfortable in 2 guest rooms.
Acquiring the room / parking key was one of the most unconventional ways of doing things we have encountered in our years of travelling and using bookings.

- Annie (9/5): Spacious and clean apartment - The communication with the owner was easy and they were readily available. The apartment was spacious and clean. The view was also nice as well. Getting the keys was not so smooth as you have to wait for someone to go into the mailroom to retrieve the keys. Also having hand towels in the bathrooms would be nice.

Nice layout of the apartment. - On arrival, we were supposed to pick up the keys from a mail box in a locked mail box room. Unfornately we couldn't get into the locked mail box room as you needed a swipe card to get in. The owner was supposed to meet us there with the keys for the car park and room. We were very distressed that we couldn't get into the mail box room and wasted time making phone calls to the owner explaining the situation. We were finally let in the the mail room by a cleaner to retrieve the keys. We found the rooms to be ok, but there were lots of grubby marks on the walls and kitchen cupboards, that it made it feel grotty. Also there were pubes in the bath - gross.

- Pattaree (9/5): Great Location with Stunning City Views - This apartment in West Side Place Tower 3 is just a 10 minute walk to Spencer Street, Spencer Outlet Centre, and Coles. It’s convenient for restaurants and shopping, and the free tram (86 or 96) takes you to Bourke Street Mall and Emporium Melbourne.
On the 24th floor, the 3-bedroom, 2-bathroom apartment is comfortable, fully equipped, and offers beautiful city views at night. The host is very nice and provides clear instructions, but both finding the garage and collecting the keys are a bit complicated: the garage and apartment are in different buildings, the garage can be identified by the hanging “blue hippopotamus” sign, and a code is needed to pick up the keys from the mailroom, which we didn’t receive, so the host finally brought the keys to us.
Small note: the oven, microwave, and master bathroom need more thorough cleaning.

Communication with the host was really good, they were very responsive and helpful. getting the key was super easy and the car park was very handy as well. Car park is in another building but it's literally a 20m walk and easy to get into so no issues there.
There are three rooms each with a double bed, the couch also turns into a pull out bed which we used for movie nights. Super spacious for our group of six adults.
The pool, gym and sauna are all on the 9th floor and were lovely, we spent a lot of time there too.
Would stay here again for sure. The showers, particularly the main bathroom were really strange with the temperature of the water. It would change from warm, to scalding hot, to freezing cold without ever moving the actual faucet. We weren't sure if this was a user error or a hotel problem.

- Grace (10/5): Rare find - 3 bedrooms and free parking in Mel CBD - Initially selected because of free parking in Melbourne CBD but having stayed there, loved the picture windows and its location just across from Spencer Outlet Centre and a well stocked Coles supermarket. Parking lot design - tight and without signage. Thankful that we were given pictures and detailed pictures to navigate.

- Roberta (10/5): Great apartment with fab views, location and facilities - We received excellent accurate instructions for accessing the car park and apartment (the host will give day before check in and after deposit transfer). The host arranged a 2nd carpark space which we were grateful for. The concierge was helpful when enquiring about registering for facilities, which are also excellent. The apartment has fabulous views. It was clean with all the things we needed, huge TV ready to connect to your Netflix/Prime/Kayo etc. All was good. A second access card for the building would have been helpful for our group.

Additional comforts were a lovely addition, like adequate toilet paper for our stay, toiletries & tea. The apartment needs a full length mirror, which we made the host aware of and the beds were smaller than we anticipated.

- Calista (8/5): Great location for family travel… - Apartment was in a fantastic location and great for a large family… half bath was a nice surprise. Close to shops, food options and tramlines. Pool, sauna and outdoor level 9 amenities are fantastic, especially coming into warmer weather. Unfortunately bed was extremely hard and difficult to sleep on…. Even the kids struggled. Luggage can not be dropped off and held for you prior to check in - use the station lockers if possible.

We had to ask someone where 2404 was and were told its according to floor number . Didn't know this would've been good to know prior. finding the car park spot was a nightmare

I came with 5 children and there was a clean bed for all this was the only place to accommodate us all comfortably and she even supplied the portacot free which was amazing! I could have stayed a week here.
