• Elisa (4/5): Disappointing. - The electricity went out throughout the stay and Lily made sure that someone came and reinstated it straight away. There is also an incredible dumpling place close by. The property was a different apartment to the one advertised and paid for. It had a strong smell of damp throughout this dissipated slightly once we had left the windows opened all day. There was no cutlery, me and my brother had to share a spoon to eat our breakfast. The apartment itself wasn’t to a hygienic standard, it seemed that it hadn’t really been cleaned. No hand towels or blankets supplied, just a sheet on the bed to sleep under making it quite uncomfortable at night. There was no toiletries just big bottles of what seemed to be other people’s body wash and shampoo or just for communal use for whoever stays at the apartment. It was a disappointing stay.

• AKASH MAN (7/5): Spacious, well-located, good value - We had a wonderful stay at this property in Tay Ho, Hanoi. The apartment was spacious and comfortable, giving us plenty of room to relax. The location was excellent, close to local restaurants, cafes, and the lake, making it easy to explore the area. The hosts were friendly and helpful, ensuring everything went smoothly during our stay. Overall, it was great value for money, and we would happily stay here again. The only downsides were that the interior felt a bit outdated and the bathroom could use some refurbishment, but overall we had a very comfortable stay.

Balkong med utsikt hadde 3 AC hengende. De lagde masse bråk og supervarm luft, så det var umulig å nyte utsikten 🤣🤣🤣

The toilet and kitchen are smelly. It shows the size of 80 SQM on the App, but it’s only a half of it. Ask the staff who said it worths only this room type for the price.

Also the accommodation posting has pictures of the pool etc. There is a hefty charge per person to use the pool and we were disappointed this was not made clear in the booking.
• Damien (8/5): Facilities disappointment - The apartment was clean and tidy. The view was fantastic with a nice sized balcony. The bathrooms were a decent size, with a good range in water temperature.The range of attachments in the shower to choose from was in interesting. Once the air-conditioning kicked in and we worked out how to set our desired temperature, it was brilliant. The beds were comfortable, and there were extra blankets available. The apartment was great, but probably the biggest disappointment was the fact that the advertised pool and gym were not included in our stay. The pools were a part of the adjoining mall and required you to pay. They offered a 50% discount, but we were under the impression that they were a part of our accommodation cost. And the gym, not that we really identified our advertised gym, was closed.

However, apartment had roaches 🪳 and staff slow to respond to my request for professional pest elimination. I ended up having to spray the apartment several times myself to get rid of the roaches. Even after the spraying, still had a few stragglers. Think they may come from floor and sink drains. This is a nice place to stay but they need to get rid of the roaches.

• Paula (4/5): Find somewhere else in this area - Good area. Big apartment Its a big apartment with plenty of potential but NOTHING like as advertised in the photos. While things were clean enough, the furniture and furnishings were all grubby, mismatched and well worn. There were no handtowels, only 2 small bath towels per room. Very thin sheets on the beds. The apartment smelled of old food. There was toilet roll and some shampoo containers but no "free toiletries" as advertised. The balcony was VERY dirty with old, broken chairs, bricks and other small litter. There were 2 very small cups and 2 tiny glasses. No oven - the space and connection were there but no oven. The fridge-freezer was new and nice. Breakfast is advertised as an American breakfast but you get an option of going to a restaurant to order a banh mi or pho (we didnt do this as it was easier to eat out with our plans) We had to play extra (210k dong each) to use the swimming pool There was a big group of us for a sports tournament. Some friends stayed in other apartments in the same building and theirs seemed be nicer but others were double-booked and others were sent to a completely different building! Honestly, I cannot recommend this place at all based on the apartment we stayed in. Our worst booking.com experience

That wasn’t implied reading about the property facilities on booking.com, especially when it was another 210k per person per swim which adds up for a family of five.. Also had to ask for towels and the sofa bed that was advertised ended up being a mattress on the floor.

• Tarun (8/5): Nice and clean, comfy beds. - Good view from balcony. Comfy beds, full of goodies. Breakfast , it's just a bread sandwich or pho. No swimming pool. The nearest one is 2 blocks away and on a payment basis.

• Phill (7/5): Pleasant Stay - The place is nice, if not a little dated. Easy check in process and the staff were nice. We enjoyed a relaxing few days here taking a break from travelling and hostels. It’s a pretty cool area with lots of bars and restaurants. When we arrived the duvet, sheets and a few towels were in the tumble drier wet and smelling. I had to separate this into 3 loads and rewash and dry, there was just way too much in the drier it could never possibly dry. We arrived at 11pm so it was easier to sort myself. The building is part of a large complex including shopping centre, cinema and swimming pool. The pool is a public swimming pool which costs to use.
• Paul (5/5): Passable - big spacious apartment Wifi off, cleaning lady constantly ringing bell and banging door from 7.30 am onwards, despite very clearly told multiple times id check out 12.00 as inly got in from airport after midnight and wanted catch up on sleep
• Sophie (9/5): Great apartment and great location - Great location, close to restaurants and cafes and supermarket in the building. The apartment was a great size and had everything we needed. Lily was a great host! Unfortunately the pools were being renovated while we were there. The road works also made it difficult to get taxis to and from the apartment as they didn’t want to get stuck in the traffic and would drop us off and tell us to walk the rest of the way.

• Singh (9/5): Excellent stay - It was a good appartment with all the facilities u expect for your stay, host Lilly was very warm and welcoming, we arrived in the middle of the night and yet she helped us checking in smoothly. So in short we had a very good time here. Size of the rooms is quite small but I guess that's normal here in Vietnam.
• Waye (10/5): Comfortable Stay - The property owner was hospitable and friendly. The apartment was comfortable and well furnished. One of the chairs at the dining table had a burn mark, possibly from a cigarette. There was no shower curtain for the master bathroom.

• Nand (3/5): Nice place, disorganized owner and lousy breakfast if that is what you call it. - The owner kept on providing wrong code to enter the apartment. The apartment is nice but if you cannot get in, you cannot use the apartment. Breakfast sounds good but it is not. It is a last minute delivery from shops close by. That should be mentioned in the ad - there is no breakfast but we will order it for you. Could not get in the apartment and the owner kept on giving us wrong codes to get in and out. Breakfast was a joke. How do you have breakfast without coffee, tea or even water. Just delivering a sandwich and soup is NOT breakfast.

• Filipp (9/5): If I come again to HaNoi next year I will probably stay here again - I liked staying in this apartment. I had enough space, good air-conditioning and well-equipped kitchen + washing machine. Crazy traffic, traffic jams, a huge amount of garbage everywhere on the streets
• Franck (10/5): Exceptional - I highly recommend getting this place. The staff. The owner of the apartment is super friendly and very helpful. The communication was on point. Now the location of the place is great.. it's attached to a small mall and many restaurants and parks nearby. But the owner is really nice. They help with any questions and are super nice. You must go to roof for 360 View of the city. I think the place is in the center of Hanoi. Is very pretty. Just light traffic. But other than that, everything is nice.

• Vinicius (1/5): Bad - I could even evaluate the property because the landlord overlooked this apartment when I arrived at property. Now, after several explanations, calls, and feedbacks to booking.com, I received a statement of non shown from my side. Also highlighting some fine fees will be applied for me. I'm very disappointed with Booking.com with this ridiculous situation. Everything, Since the first contact with landlord, who tried to convince me to get another apartment 30% more expensive than what I've booked. And now, booking.com has sent to me a wrong statement about non shown from my side - not true.

• Nilesh (10/5): 5 Star rating - Very cooperative and great host. Served us delicious Indian breakfast at even 7 AM ,so early, as we had to go for tour. She answers call at odd hours in case of difficulty in foreign country. Definitely 5 star.
