- Hunter (6/5): It was good overall, but would have been excellent had the wall been repaired. - This was a two-bedroom, two-bathroom unit with comfortable beds on the ground floor (with even a back patio/garden), which was excellent for some steps-averse members of our party. It was 15-20 minutes walking from the nearest Underground and main line rail stations--King's Cross and St. Pancras. Grocery stores were a little closer. We probably could have got a bus near our front door to the station, but didn't. This is a good central location for tourist attractions. Host was accommodating when we had to change our arrival time. Shower floor in ensuite bathroom was dangerously slick--a rubber mat would alleviate that well. We used a towel.
The other bathroom had a hole in its wall between the toilet and sink that was covered inadequately with a plastic bag. In the closet on the other side of the wall and hole, chunks of concrete were lying on the floor. The traveler assigned to this bathroom was so concerned about rodents, she kept her clothes zipped up in her suitcase. No rodents but some bugs did show up.

- Jean (10/5): We were very pleasantly surprised at the exceptionally high standard of all aspects of the flat - Spacious, exceptionally well equipped with attention to many extras eg auto bedside lamps,extension leads,high grade tv large soft towels,dimmer switches, patio door leading to small garden amazing in city property,,quick response from owner requesting new batteries and new handset, light bulbs. no milk jug needs 5 more medium sized dinner plates ,smaller dinner plates needed to fit in dishwasher ,some tumblers for longer drinks . Initially problems regarding collection of key ,owner responded when I requested with clarification and link then worked on mobile phone not on computer information found very frustrating ,couldn't catch bus to collect and drop off keys had to walk with suitcases,had to ask for clarification ref return of keys not clear,quick response from owner to return to keysafe shopkeeper,no receipt to prove returned ,
