Ho apprezzato molto la cura dei dettagli e l’attenzione riservata agli ospiti. Un dettaglio che mi ha colpito positivamente è stato trovare il kit cucina nuovo (la pezzetta da cucina ancora confezionata) Ottima anche la posizione, comoda e ben collegata.

• Michael (10/5): Overall, it was a good and comfortable stay with great convenience - The place was very clean, well-organized, and had plenty of storage space. It also had almost everything needed for a comfortable stay. The location is great — it’s easy to get to any part of the city. There was no chopping board in the room.

• Anastasia (9/5): Чистая комфортная квартира с отличным расположением и по отличной цене - Администратор был на связи и дал очень подробные инструкции по заселению. Также интересовался позднее, все ли у нас хорошо. Квартира очень чистая, хороший ремонт, все удобно. Понравилось месторасположение, за такую цену довольно близко к центру, мы везде ходили пешком. Рекомендую! Для нас с мужем подушки были слишком твердые. И еще вместо пододеяльника были две простыни, между которых одеяло.

• Cristy_2 (1/5): La peor experiencia que he tenido viajando en mi vida - Una experiencia absolutamente desastrosa, marcada por la falta total de profesionalidad, empatía y seguridad, tanto por parte de Prestige Boutique Homes como de Booking.com. Al llegar de madrugada, nos enviaron un vídeo con el supuesto lugar de la llave… pero el “locker” estaba vacío. Estábamos en la calle, sin ayuda ni respuesta, creyendo que nos habían estafado. Horas después, y sin disculpas, admitieron que se habían equivocado de sitio. Cuando parecía resuelto, el caos continuó: al día siguiente Booking había cancelado la reserva, y los propietarios ya habían vuelto a alquilar el apartamento. Esa misma noche aparecieron dos personas con sus maletas y otro juego de llaves idéntico, en nuestro alojamiento. La sensación de inseguridad fue total. Los responsables de Prestige Boutique Homes nos exigieron el pago inmediato mediante una web desconocida, bajo amenaza de echarnos en plena noche. Un comportamiento abusivo e intimidatorio. Días después, enviaron por error a la empresa de limpieza mientras no estábamos, obligándonos a volver de urgencia con miedo de encontrar nuestras pertenencias revueltas o sustraídas. Booking, lejos de ayudarnos, fue completamente ineficaz. En la primera noche —sin alojamiento y desesperados— nos colgaban el teléfono y su única “solución” fue cancelar la reserva, dejándonos en la calle y sugiriendo buscar algo por nuestra cuenta, con una compensación ridícula. En resumen: gestión caótica, trato amenazante, información falsa y una falta total de humanidad. Fueron cuatro días de vacaciones convertidos en una pesadilla de estrés e indefensión. No volveré a reservar con Prestige Boutique Homes y desaconsejo absolutamente hacerlo.
• Javier (8/5): Cómodo apartamento en China town - Apartamento bien situado y cómodo para pasar unos días. Estás en pleno China Town con muchos restaurantes asiáticos de todo tipo a escasos metros. La zona tiene mucho ambiente y la parada del autobús está a unos 250 metros. La cocina está poco equipada, le faltan utensilios y menaje, como tostadora, batidora, trapos o papel de cocina. No conseguimos encender la calefacción, únicamente las bombas de calor. El check-in es muy tarde y el check-out muy pronto; por suerte el anfitrión nos facilitó la entrada antes de tiempo.

• Nicola (4/5): Could have been much better - Location for us was excellent due to it being right in the centre of China Town. The appt itself was really big nice big bed, shower with good water pressure Communication from the hosts was very very poor. We were told they would send info through 2 days before yet although we sent over lots of messages to all the emails/numbers they provided we didn't hear anything back until 09:45 am the morning we arrived in Milan and it was a video showing where the box was and how to enter the appt which wasn't easy to follow. I cut my foot on some broken glass that was in the bedroom on the first day which affected the rest of the holiday due to walking a lot. I sent a picture and a message to the host and all I got back was "I'm Sorry" and no communication since. No mention of where the nearest pharmacy was or any number to call if needed. Obviously not been cleaned properly with the glass and the microwave still have food in it as well. Although it was self catering it did lack the basics, no tea towel to dry pots/cutlery, cant see the point of having a coffee machine if you are only going to provide 1 pod each but not be able to get/buy any it might as well be taken out

• Andriy (7/5): Unfriendly hosts, gets noisy - The apartment is rather good, but gets really noisy in the evening and at night, especially on weekends. In the morning one gets woken up by the noise of street sweeping vehicles. On the first evening of our stay the light bulb in the bathroom died. In the morning we informed the owner and they promised us to send somebody to fix it. Nobody ever came. On our last day we wrote to the owner that we are disappointed by the fact the bulb never got fixed. Not talking about an apology, nobody ever answered us. Just 15 minutes before the check-out, as my wife was still in the shower, a woman rang at the door and demanded in poor English that we check out. I found it unfriendly and annoying as we had 15 more minutes to check out on time, which we did.

• Anna (7/5): - Availability of a washing machine and detergents necessary for washing. The accommodation has a feature typical of Italian houses, which not all foreign guests are aware of: when a small number of appliances are plugged in, the electricity is turned off, and to turn it back on, you need to go down to the basement. The host did not inform guests about this upon arrival. In addition, the host did not provide enough hygiene kits (a small piece of soap for two people for five days).

• Susana (10/5): - El departamento es tal cuál se vé en las fotos, muy cómodo . La cama muy bien, la ducha muy bien, con jabón y shampoo. La heladera de la cocina con agua fresca y nos dejaron para tomar, té, café y galletas . Hay un supermercado chino en la otra cuadra, un cafferour a una cuadra y media y muchos lugares para comer. Si no conoces Milán, está un poco alejado de Milano centrale. Hay medios de transporte alrededor El departamento está ubicado en el barrio chino. Es rumoroso, pero cerrando las ventanas, no sé escucha nada.

• Alissa (10/5): Comfortable, clean apartment in the heart of Chinatown - Comfortable bed and a balcony in the bedroom, comfortable couch, good shower, great location with an endless choice of restaurants, full kitchen, elevator with a key, easy check-in that worked seamlessly when we arrived almost at midnight. Awesome location if you like to walk - we didn’t take any public transport and went everywhere on foot. If you are very noise-sensitive, it’s a loud neighborhood. No fault of the property - Chinatown is just lively.

• Stefan (9/5): It went over our expectations. - The accommodation was perfect, it had everything we needed and it was clean. Good wifi and location. Smooth process to enter the apartment. It was a little bit noisy because it is not well isolated.
• Maria (10/5): Excellent experience - It is a nice and renovated apartment. It is located in a vibrant neighborhood (Chinatown) where we enjoyed walking. It is well connected with trams that take you to the il duomo, stazione centrale or Garibaldi . Overall excellent stay and we will come back.
• Luz (9/5): Wonderful stay and location. You have lots of options around to eat and shop. A plus to the comfortable stay - It was a very nice apartment, equipped with all the necessary things. The beds were comfortable and it was very clean!!! They need to repair the shower door, that’s it ;)

The room is well equipped with utensils, furniture, good enough bathroom and toilet. The room is spacious with a little balcony attached. Enough storage for your stuff. Good sized wardrobes. The location is right in the China Town so great access to good and fast food. There is a lift as well to take you to higher floors, for descending you need to use stairs. The host Ivan is super friendly and helpful. He was very prompt in answering my queries and helping me out with vital information. I would recommend this stay to all. Well done Prestige homes! I will surely choose you in other cities as well where your rooms are available. Nothing as such. Only if the bath area was a little big. Else all is good.
• Ivan (10/5): Exceptional - - Super friendly staff - constant support: we got a broken kettle replaced in couple of hours upon first request. - Location - accessibility by any transport type, short walking distance to city centre. - Coffee maker. - Overall, perfect place for a travel to Milan

• Camille (6/5): Pleasant - The code given was wrong, I had to call the person in charge to get the right one : he answered super fast. But still I would say the explanations from getting the keys from the box, to opening the door were not the easiest I read. 4 days before entering the appartments I was told the appartment I booked was eventually not available so I was offered another appartment located 3km away from what I previously booked. Fortunately, the location offered was nice, but if I had refused they would only suggest me asking for reimbursement (and the deadline for free reimbursement was expired so I would not have guarantee they would refund me), but did not offer any other solution or compensation. I did have to accept the new appartment renting as 4 days before going to Milan it's very hard to find a new place (or only with very high prices). But still I got no compensation for the inconvenience. Despite this, the person remained very nice.

• Ying (5/5): Passable - The apartment is located in China town, ideal for shopping and eating for Chinese. The inner design is comfort. The key collection is like "a treasure finding" game, no human contact, only Whatapp and video to instruct you how to get the key. I personally don't like this way. The cups are not clean, even with honey inside. We have to wash all the cups, plates, etc. through the dish washing machine.
