• Nicole (1/5): Be Mindful of Extra Requests for Money - Despite having paid on booking.com and there being no mention anywhere of a security deposit, we were contacted on WhatsApp by another person who told us that we had to pay $100US cash or $200,000MX security deposit before we could have access to the property which they said was refundable. All the warnings on the booking.com app told us not to pay any further amounts if requested or on another platform. The WhatsApp guy was sending pictures saying that it was in their policy but there was absolutely nothing mentioned on the booking.com app about it. We have requested a full refund and are waiting.
• Arza (8/5): Nice and modern apartment - The apartment is nice and modern decorated, the kitchen is very well equipped, the rooms are comfortable You cannot have hot water in the two showers at the same time!! Only in one.... Also the location is far from the center
• Delphine (7/5): - Une seule nuit sur place. Rien a redire. Apparemment propre et concierge ponctuel a l'arrivée comme au départ Oreillers trop durs. Attention caution de 2000 pesos à prévoir
• Francisco (9/5): - Todo está cerca, tiendas de comida, restaurantes, la parada del autobús, muy buen lugar en pleno centro de la ciudad. Que no tiene terraza donde tender la toalla mojada cuando llegas de la playa 🏖️👙 Y que se escuchan muchos perros ladrar y aún más de noche
• Massimo (8/5): Very nice place at great value, super clean - Nice and newer modern apartment, comfortable and functional, excellent value, easy transition Location is close to last palapas and but not super close, 8 min walk to bus stop, but I think is reflected on price Occasional street noise from the main street that is close by, but not dramatic
• Ter_B (8/5): Good place to use as base to visit multiple areas in cancun.q - Location walking distance to ADO busstation as well as city buses as well as many restaurants and a supermarket. 2 bathrooms is nice. Drinking water is provided on request. Convenience store around the corner. Clear communication with the management team. AC everywhere. Hallway to the entrance of the apartment was a bit smelly. Bedroom with the ensuite quite small.

• Alexandre (1/5): Be aware scammers !!! - Demande de payement PayPal hors booking pour une caution, ils contactent par WhatsApp, et refuse de donner l’accès au lieu sans le payement effectué. La raison donnée pour la caution était si on abîmait les serviettes. De plus le dépôt PayPal est plus cher que 2 jours de location sur booking ! Ne pas y aller !

• Odry (10/5): Schickes Appartement in der City - Sehr nett eingerichtetes App., mit allem, was man für drei Tage braucht. Dicht am ADO gelegen. Und man ist schnell an zentralen Plätzen. Auch den Bus zur Hotelzone erreicht man zwei Quadras weiter. Erick hat uns ziemlich gut Auskunft über alle anfallenden Fragen geben können und sich auch auf unseren Zeitplan des ein- und auscheckens eingestellt. Nachts gab es ziemliches Hundegebelle, aber man ist ja in der Großstadt. Die Schlafcouch ist zum Schlafen nicht so bequem. Aber man hat ja zwei Doppelbetten. Wir waren zu viert.

• Sven (9/5): Superb - A perfect apartment in the heart of Cancun, within walking distance of the bus station. The landlord is incredibly friendly and helpful. We were thrilled to have such a beautiful apartment at the end of our vacation. Next to the apartment is an excellent breakfast spot with fantastic value for money. Keep up the great work! 👍🤙 The flight Home 😔...
