• Lexi (10/5): Great location especially if you are not familiar with the area - Property was enough for what we needed and the location was great- walking distance to shopping and tourist location such as circular quays and opera house Messages were replied to in a quick timely manner Room was clean and surprisingly the traffic didn’t bother us at all once the balcony door was closed There was nothing I didn’t like- I didn’t realise it was one big room but it met our needs for 3 adults and child: I don’t think if we had 6 adults it would of been quite as comfortable
• Paul (6/5): - The location is great. It's a bit tired looking. Some of the furniture has seen better days, The bed isn't very comfortable. I don't think it's 'Stunning'. It's maybe 'Cosy" at a push.

• Sue (7/5): Convenient but dated accomodation - Close to many parts of the city. Bed was comfy but sofa beds were very firm. Dated furniture, dripping taps, lock on letterbox hard to read numbers, only 2 tv stations, no milk for tea/ coffee

• John (6/5): Clean and pleasant, but basic maintenance is lacking. - Excellent location. Clean and tidy. Some basic maintenance is needed. Toilet intermittently doesn't stop running. Toilet roll holder is loose. The lock on the door clicks "unshut"" when door closes - meaning we left the place unlocked without being aware that the door was effectively unsecured. The water seal on the shower screen is leaking badly - meaning the bathroom floor gets very wet

• Kathy (9/5): Comfortable property in a great location - The apartment was very spacious and in a great location The lighting was poor as one of the lights didn’t work and also the plug to the kitchen sink was missing which made washing up tricky
• Sheryl (5/5): Very Tired Accommodation! - Great location Very tired. Needs a lot of work done to this place. Requested some basic things but owners didn’t get back to me. Drainage poor and as for the dryer outside and extension cord inside. !!

• Mia (8/5): Would stay again!! - Loved the location, the glass doors leading to the balcony when closed completely silenced the outside traffic which was great. Room was larger than I expected, even when all beds were pulled out and made. Loved having the washer and dryer, even had washing detergent. Lots of extra towels etc Air conditioning was difficult to manage. And tv was only basic Chanel’s no apps.

• Ma (7/5): It was a good stay if not for the nightmare check in experience and spotty internet connection - The location was excellent , near to Darling Harbour, and the unit was pretty spacious Since we arrived earlier at 10 am than check in time, would have been better if we could have been accomodated to leave our luggage somewhere else, or do early check in. But there was miscommunication somewhere and we ended up just checking in at 2pm. The internet connection was spotty and not consistent. The 2nd bed was not comfortable, too hard.
• Brendon (3/5): Location was great, room run down, 5min before hot water in shower, after hour service is definitely a zero, - Location was pretty good. The fact you arrive to the apartment with linen in dryer and no spare linen to make the 3rd bed is very annoying, we were told there is spare linen in wardrobe but this was incorrect as it was all in dryer and soaking wet due to being overloaded. We had to hang linen out on clothes rack to dry and 3hrs later could make the bed. On Saturday night we left our room keys in our mailbox which had a combo lock on and when we returned they were missing, tried ringing all phone numbers with no answer, msged through booking.com and notified of our situation only to be told to find somewhere else to stay the night as they could only let us in the next day. ( This all started at11.30pm and finally got in room at 2.30am) Had to plead to get a locksmith, this took over 1hr to get them to agree as we would be sleeping on the street. I agreed to pay for a locksmith which was $250 ( which is cheap for 2am) so we had our belongings and a place to stay. Under the rules and conditions it said lock out would only cost $90 and no mention of after hours. Please note - This apartment block DOES NOT !! have an after hour service and a high chance of being left stranded until the cleaner arrives the next day around 10am to let you in. (This apartment is run by a company in Melbourne )
• Russell (6/5): Could be so much better - It was close to work Horrible bed, dryer was absolutely stuffed full of bedding, one pathetic wire coat hanger and one plastic one, kitchen tap about to collapse, TV reception terrible.
• Barry (3/5): Disappointing aspect to what was otherwise a great Sydney experience. - Location adjacent to Darling Harbour and CBD was excellent. Sofa bed was made up which provided uncomfortable TV viewing. Fridge worked well but was noisy and knocked about, ie handles missing and dented. Linen left in the clothes drier. Crockery and furniture looked like someone would assemble for a weekend beach shack. Carpets were dirty. Walls needed a paint. Linen was poor quality. No plugs for sink or laundry tub. We have stayed in 2 bedroom units in this complex before and they've been excellent, but based on this experience we would not stay here again.

• Jarrad (2/5): Other than location, everything else was disappointing. - The location of the property is perfect if you are wanting to be around Darling Harbour or the Sydney CBD. I was given the key to the wrong apartment to start. Upon entering the apartment smelt of a musty damp and dusty smell. Even though I had advised that I didnt need the sofa bed, it was set up leaving no where to sit in the apartment. The apartment was disgusting dirty, marks all over the walls and carpet as if they had not been cleaned in months, and the furnishing of the property were either filthy, damaged, broken or all of the above. There is no way that this apartment is close to a rating of 4 nor worth the money that it cost to stay there. Look elsewhere.
