• Olaya (4/5): - Estaba bien situado. Los accesos me resultaron complicados y la persona que me tenía que explicar como hacerlo poco disponible. La puerta cerraba mal. No pudimos dejar antes las maletas, no nos dieron acceso hasta las 15 ni para dejarlas después de decirnos que sí podríamos hacerlo.

• Louise (8/5): Des tracas mais dans un joli appartement! - Bel appartement avec beaucoup de rangement, un lit confortable mais qu’avec un drap, une petite couverture donnerait plus de confort. Un plus une machine à laver dans la salle de bain. Bonne situation géographique à 5 minutes du métro Porta Romana sur la ligne jaune qui mène au duomo et une épicerie Conad à quelques pas de l’appartement. Que de difficultés pour arriver enfin à l’appartement. On n’arrivait pas à utiliser Vikey ni pour l’entrée principale, ni pour l’appartement. C’est avec l’aide d’une charmante voisine et la présence de la femme de ménage qu’on a pu entrer. Une boîte à clef serait bien plus facile. Dans la cuisine un linge à vaisselle serait un bon ajout. Les portes du portique et de la salle de bain devaient rester fermées pour que la climatisation réussisse à garder la chambre confortable. On n’a pas pu utiliser la télévision, il fallait des abonnements, aucun poste de base.
• valesca (3/5): Péssima organização e logística - A localização é boa É horrível o contato com a plataforma é horrível as chaves de acesso. Ficamos horas na rua aguardando E depois para entrar e sair do apto precisava de um acesso por celular péssimo só com internet. Comunicação horrível
• Stefan (10/5): Exceptional - Too complicated with the app. It wasn't explained detailed the way of opening. Every time of entering I have to use the app instead of keys. It is better to use the app only at the check-in and check-out.
• Arman (9/5): Superb - Great location, fast WiFi, good communication with the landlords. Definitely a clean apartment. Few details missing, need improvements, A mirror in the living room or by the door, small stand in the shower for amenities, few bottles of water in the fridge for courtesy and definitely better pillows.

• Melissa (10/5): Milanese Gem - Lovely apartment, with great facilities, clean, and comfy, our favourite stay throughout our tour of Italy 🇮🇹, convenient for accessing transport into the main centre & beyond. The outer building entrance did worry us a little, however it exceeded our first impression. We can't find anything we didn't like about here.

• Teodora (9/5): Perfect stay in Porta Romana - We had very nice stay, it was very convenient location. The check in process is easy, you need just to follow the instructions, I saw that many people already wrote comments that will help. The space is a bit dark but for us wasn’t a problem for us because we didn’t spend the day there.
• Annette (9/5): Porta Romana perfect spot. - The apartment is lovely, clean and well appointed. And is in a great location for exploring both on foot or by public transport. The metro station is nearby, as are a variety of cafés and supermarkets. First thing to note is that there are some steps to get in to the building. The check in process was incorrect. The apartment door is on your right as you leave the lift and it has 'C CONCA' on the door not ALUNA as instructed. Intercom "58" is not required to open the external gate and building door (poor lady at #58 sounded annoyed to have been buzzed). And at the apartment door, the protruding lock turns RIGHT to open and LEFT to lock, not the other way around. Thank you to our hosts for being available on WhatsApp when we called to clarify which door was our apartment.

• Noura (6/5): the owner was rude - the owner was not helpful at all. She gave us wrong link to open the out/ in door. We tried to contact her many times explaining to her that the link is not working and at the end she stopped responding to us!!! we been lifted outside the property at night until the Neighbour helped us ant let us in. Also, the instruction that she send to us regarding the location of the flat was wrong!! bad experience ever.

• Jacklin (10/5): Nice location. Nice apartment. - The location is very excellent- 5 min. Walking to metro and 20 min. walking to Duomo. The apartment is small but you have everything for a comfy stay. The bathroom is pretty big and comfortable. The host was nice to accommodate our request for more pillows and blankets. The check in instructions might sound complicated but are quite user-friendly when you are on the spot. -

• Raven (9/5): Comfortable studio with nice location - Great location and very practical size for a couple. Especially loved being close to the QC Termemilano (just a few minutes' walk away). After being able to check in a couple of hours early we spent the rest of our first day at the spa, the perfect way to unwind after traveling! Happy with the amenities. Check out is at 10am, not 11am as is stated on Booking.com. Nowhere to leave dishes to dry.
• Marija (9/5): Good location and cosiness - Nice and cosy apartament, good location, only 20 minutes by foot from Duomo. Small but have everything you could possibly need. It was tricky to find the right doors, find the right door almost by accident.
