- Ted (10/5): Great appartment, building and host - The apartment has everything you could need for a comfortable stay: a great location, a cozy bedroom, a big and fast TV, and excellent amenities like a 24-hour supermarket, a modern gym, and a beautiful swimming pool. The building staff is friendly and the elevators are fast. But what truly sets this place apart is the host. Due to a dumb mistake, I experienced a bit of inconvenience, but Linda immediately stepped in to help. She was always available via text, incredibly responsive, and genuinely caring. You can tell she truly wants her guests to feel at home, and that's rare. I’ll definitely be coming back here whenever I get the chance. The couch is a bit odly placed with the tv and some things interior are not my taste, but that's just nitpicking. This appartment is great and it says enough that those are my only comments.

- Lawrence (10/5): Exceptional - Linda's location was perfect! It was close enough to district one, but not right in the middle of it, which was ideal for my situation. Everything I wanted to do was either within walking distance or a short drive, including the conveniently placed 7-Eleven right by the lobby. Furthermore, Linda's apartment was very clean and comfortable. All the amenities were very nice, including the beautiful rooftop pool. I want to come back to Ho Chi Minh City, and if I do so, I will certainly book Linda's apartment again.

Everything you need is there. Appreciated the washing machine a lot! Linda is an extremely helpful host and gave us excellent recommendations for local food. She also was really good at communicating and always being very helpful. The location is excellent! Lots of wonderful restaurants in the area, close enough to walk to key attractions like War Remnants Museum and Post Office but also in a nice calm area. Loved the pool and also loved having the convenience store so close for essentials. Would highly recommend. Comfortable bed and well appointed apartment. Location is great. Quiet but close to everything. Magnificent rooftop pool.
