- Iaroslav (3/5): Nice location and apartment but the issues mentioned above made the stay stressful. - Location Laundry schedule doesn't work. People don't pay attention to that. Communication with host really poor. Request to repair the TV, to refund the money for the last 2 days in which I didn't stay in the apartment and to address the issue with loud neighbours was ignored. No sound isolation, you hear neighbours from the other apartments/corridor very loudly, also late in the night. Also cleaning (?) happening during some nights, hard to sleep. People smoking in the laundry/corridors. Sometimes you can smell it in your own bathroom.
- Samar (8/5): Enjoyed it, will definitely book again once i’m back in Zurich - Location was the best part. Loved the space overall, love the many windows overlooking the beautiful streets. Equipments where also very helpful, we loved that the tv was up to date and we hooked our Netflix account on it and enjoyed our favourite shows. Will definitely book again The bed was too small for 2 people. Also at night there is no light in the kitchen area which was annoying
