• Alaa (8/5): - It's a nice townhouse within a residential compound which has a community pool. It is also a walking distance from a small shopping village (Kellyville Grove) and a well equipped playground. The townhouse needs some minor maintenance work.

• Subhadra (1/5): Unfortunately, my stay was quite disappointing due to multiple unresolved issues - value for money Unfortunately, my stay was quite disappointing due to multiple unresolved issues and poor customer service. The property had several problems that seriously affected our comfort and ability to enjoy the space. The kitchen utensils were dirty, old, and felt unsafe to use—completely unsuitable for cooking. The dryer was also not functional; its filter was unstable and couldn’t be used properly. Both shower doors were broken and wouldn’t close, which led to water leaking all over the bathroom floor during showers. These are basic issues that should have been addressed before any guest arrived. Additionally, essential supplies like kitchen towels, paper towels, and tissues were completely missing. We had to purchase them ourselves, and although the money was eventually reimbursed, it was still an inconvenience that should have been avoided. What made matters worse was the lack of urgency by the host to resolve these issues. Despite multiple requests, nothing was fixed during our stay. On top of that, there were too many different hosts involved, which made communication confusing and inefficient. Overall, the experience fell well short of expectations. I hope the host seriously addresses these concerns to offer future guests a more comfortable and well-managed stay.

• Pepa (10/5): Perfect place to stay for relaxation and family, will definitely be back. - Property was family friendly, neat and tidy. This home gave me and my family a cosy feel away from home. Shopping centre was walking distance which was a bonus. Quiet area good for relaxation. Parking space was tight.
