• Juliana (10/5): Well located, clean - It was really comfortable for 3. Very well located, walking distance from plenty of sightseeing spots, bus stops and underground. The area is quiet but very close to local shops and restaurants. The building is a bit old but the apartment is very nice, it was clean and had everything we needed for a week long stay Would go back.
• Alessio (10/5): Tutto benissimo - La posizione è perfetta per girare Londra a piedi: si trova a pochi passi dal Big Ben e a 10 minuti a piedi da Victoria station. L’appartamento ha tutto quello che serve per cucinare e per rilassarsi dopo una giornata piena vissuta in città. Il bagno un po’ piccolo

• Marcos Marques (8/5): - A localização e transporte público nas proximidades, cozinha bem equipada, Sofá cama desconfortável, banheiro precisa de uma limpeza mais profunda. E o elevador só funcionou no primeiro dia e o apartamento fica no quinto andar.

• katarina (7/5): Jednoduché ubytovanie v dobrej dostupnosti do centra Londýna. - Lokalita, potraviny aj doprava v blízkosti apartmánu. Nepohodlný gauč, hlučný kotol v skrini (v spálni), veľmi teplo v izbe z kotla. Teplota sa nedala upraviť.
• chris (10/5): Excellent flat in Westminster - It was a lovely little flat very close to Westminster Clean tidy. Shops and food outlets very close. Key collection easy. Not at all noisy which was great. For me a tv would have been nice but I managed ok.

• nathalie (7/5): - L appartement est propre, charmant et situé dans un quartier agréable. La récupération des clés est facile. La cuisine sert aux petits déjeuners uniquement : il n y a pas de plat pour le four, d égouttoir, de casserole haute pour faire cuire des pâtes par exemple.

• Pablo (3/5): Decepcionante - La ubicación era buena, a 10-15 minutos andando de los principales monumentos de Londres. 1) Ascensor roto, no estaba operativo, no se nos avisó de esto y el apartamento está en un 5º piso. 2)El apartamento estaba sucio, había muchos pelos en el edredón de la cama, las toallas de la cara del baño estaban en una cesta con bolas de pelusa, en la cocina tuvimos que fregar la rejilla del horno para poder usarla porque estaba sucia con restos de comida. Tuvimos que fregar platos, vasos, cubiertos y la mesa donde comer porque todo tenía polvo. 3) Las almohadas eran malas, muy finas. 4) Pasamos frío, solo había un edredón, no había más mantas. 5)Una de las noches unos vecinos se estaban peleando, pegando gritos y golpes en la puerta del piso de al lado, nos asustamos un poco. 6) Los grifos de la ducha son uno de agua caliente y otro fría costaba un montón regularnos para que saliera templada o te quemabas o te salía fría.

• Maria del Mar (8/5): Zona tranquila y cercana a zonas turísticas - Pequeño pero tenía de todo. La calefacción y el agua caliente funcionaban muy bien. El horno, la cocina y el frigorífico muy bien. Relativamente cerca de zonas turísticas y transporte y supermercado Que la caldera de gas estuviera dentro de un armario que estaba dentro de la habitación principal y por seguridad las ventanas estaban abiertas y hemos estado con una sensación térmica de -5º c
• Antonia (8/5): Soggiorno comodo in centro a Londra - Comodo, centrale, ha tutto quello che serve. Noi eravamo in tre e siamo stati benissimo. Oltretutto essendo un appartamento con una camera da letto separata, gli spazi sono molto più ampi di una camera standard in centro a Londra. La pulizia non era accurata, ma per dormire due notti era più che accettabile.

• Youna (9/5): Très bon logement. - Le logement est très bien entretenu. Tout était très propre à notre arrivée. La localisation est parfaite pour visiter Londres en un week-end. Proche de Big-Ben et Westminster. Quartier qui ne craint pas. Le lit est petit et le clic-clac aussi pour des adultes.

• Silvia (8/5): Perfecto apartamento en la zona de Westminster. - El alojamiento estaba muy bien renovado y con todo lo necesario para estar unos días. Ubicado a 15 min caminando del Parlamento. La calefacción se agradeció muchísimo. Está en zona residencial. Limpieza de diez. En el baño había un ruido bastante grande al dar la luz pero cuando no estabas dentro no sonaba. Y el colchón de la cama un poco blando para mí gusto. También intenté solicitar late check out y no fue posible, me facilitaron un locker.
• Katarzyna (8/5): Great location close to Westminster, a nice apartment! - Great location, a short walk from Westminster! It was easy to pick up the keys at the little shop just next to the apartment, very clear instructions on this were sent by the host the day before our arrival. The apartment is clean, well equipped, the heating works well. Overall a very good choice for our short stay! The apartment is rather small, can be quite cramped of you are 4 people staying, but it was perfect for the 3 of us. The elevator didnt work, which was unfortunate as the aparment is on the 5th floor and we had to carry the stroller up and down five flights of stairs. However, the host informed us a few days before that the elevator broke down, so at least we were mentally prepared ;).

• Totyo (10/5): Will miss us! - Perfect location – just a 12-15 minute walk from Victoria Station, in a very quiet area with typical London architecture. The apartment was spotless and very well organized. The host was extremely supportive, helping us with our request for early check-in as much as possible, and providing useful information about luggage storage. Overall, we were very satisfied with our stay and would definitely recommend it!

Communication was great whenever I asked a question there was a prompt reply and instructions for access and for the keys were great. Good value for money. The bed and sofa bed not very comfortable. Also a couple of raised nail heads on the floor boards which caught your feet.
