• Lionel (4/5): lit pleins de poils et insonorisation des chambre inexistante - Chambre équipée avec machine a café, fer à repasser. Arrivé avec un lit pleins de poils et de cheveux et une mauvaise odeur dans la chambre. Quand je me suis plains à l'hôte il m'à répondu d'un ton hautain que bien sur que les draps avaient été changé et que bien sur que les draps revenaient de la blanchisserie avec des poils et des cheveux dessus.... Chambre absolument pas insonorisée. J'entendais le voisin appuyer sur l'interrupteur de la lumière. pas de table de nuit. pas de lampe de chevet.
• Cathy (7/5): Overall, it’s an okay experience. The staff is helpful thru WhatsApp. - The location is perfect, it’s very close to the tram station. I hope there’s shower curtain, like when you shower the whole bathroom floor is wet.

• Melanie (9/5): Nice place to stay, convenient - Nice place to stay. Perfect kitchen for small dishes and breakfast. We had what we needed to cook (maybe a small colander would be convenient for next customers). Walk to the center of Zurich is about 35min by foot, pretty easily. It wasn’t a problem for us but we noted that if you keep your window open, you’ll have pizza smell from the pizzeria just downstairs (and one time smoke from a neighbour who threw his cigaret next to our window…)

• Ahmad (10/5): Good Location and property - Building, location, facilities were sufficient. Cleaning was not sufficient, under bed there js a lot of dust and many stuffs from previous guests, wardrobe was not clean, there were hair inside from previous guests and dust on shelves . Tissue papers were short in WC.

• Rohan (9/5): Great value. - Cozy and well set small studio. Was clean and equipment decent. Stayed for 6 nights but we were comfortable. Washing facility was a big help. Coffee pods and dustbin liner were only for maybe 2 uses regardless of number of days stay. It these messages were well communicated by their team. It’s not a complaint. Staff is really professional.

• Bernhard (6/5): Pleasant - Good location I came to accommodation at 9 pm. According to booking confirmationroom was available from 4pm. The pin for door didnt work. Emergency hotline explained me i have to wait for another 15 minutes because apparently i had selected estimated arrival at 10 pm.....
• Harem (10/5): Exceptional - Very good location. The kitchen was reslly helpful. 2 minutes from the main traing station and lots of big supermarkets and restaurants around

• Mihailov (10/5): Overall the conditions were good - The location and the facilities There were noise, because of the reparation that were done to the room next to mine. Because of this I couldn’t work.
