• Giulia S. (9/5): Decisamente approvato! - Soggiorno perfetto. Noi siamo rimasti una notte. Zona Chinatown raggiungibile a piedi in pochi minuti. Struttura molto semplice e alla buona. Situata in una zona molto local, di fronte c'è un bel canale e dal ponticello abbiamo assistito a un tramonto rosa spettacolare. Staff super friendly. Possibilità di lasciare le borse e usufruire del bagno in comune per rinfrescarsi prima e dopo il check-in/check-out. Camera e bagno super ok. Decisamente approvato.

• Adrian (5/5): Well priced, it can be noisy, close to attractions - Big room no. 1 upstairs + long balcony good to dry clothes but can be noisy since the windows are not double glazed facing the road ( motorbikes!! ). The room sliding glass doors to the balcony seemed not to lock properly ( too short ? ). Walking distance to Chinatown ( food options ) or Hua Lamphong main train station. I had no problem travelling cheaper on the back of a motorbike for a few miles towards attractions. Any issue just contact the property, they will try to assist ( the guy who's at the property every day might have a language barrier, he used the translator on the last day ;) ) It can be noisy
• Kiran (6/5): Place is clean and nice but the whole experience was bad mainly due to we thought we are going to get two rooms but end - Place is not bad but as we have been tricked it feels bit sad. Property is advertised as Deluxe Double Room with Balcony and photos of two beds different colour bed sheets (made like two complete separate bed rooms on photo) but when we arrive there staff said it is only one room but double deluxe bed and one sofa mattress on the floor. Also argued as I am wrong. My argument is don’t advertise as double room and don’t put separate bed photos with different bed sheets to make it look like two separate beds. This is scamming. So very unprofessional.

Servizi e letto puliti. Posizione centrale, molto vivace e strategica per le attrazioni main. Host sempre molto disponibile, consigliamo questa struttura assolutamente.

• SANTIAGO JOSE (1/5): A well-located place with some acceptable rooms and one that is totally unacceptable. - I did not like I have been before in this hotel and it was ok, but the room 6 on the ground floor It's the closest thing to a kidnapping room. They shouldn't rent it out unless they renovate it, clean the ceiling, put up real walls, install proper beds, install an adequate ventilation system to prevent bad odours, put up curtains instead of crumpled paper, and install a working drainage system in the bathroom, to mention only the most urgent repairs.

• Jonny (8/5): A good, friendly, convenient and safe place to stay. - The location near to the SRT and MRT station and busy bus stop is excellent. There are plenty of shops and restaurants nearby. The staff are nice and friendly, they definitely try to help. When I first arrived, I didn't like the many stairs up the narrow staircase. I felt they are a bit depressing. However, I think that might be because I was expecting more of a hotel feeling, whereas this is definitely more of a house feeling.
• Mukhtar (9/5): - It is very central and convenient, the owner is a very friendly and helpful guy. Right across that little river you have a little night market. I didn't like that we only stayed one night there, the feeling that the owner gave us was very welcoming and cosy. Btw i think that luggage elevator took way too long time to arrive on 4th floor 😆 it would have taken us 1 min to carry the bags on our own, it's charming but very slow.

• Rahul (3/5): A frustrating stay with poor communication, unnecessary extra charges, and an unsafe lift - The only positive was that they kindly agreed to store our luggage at the reception until check-in; everything else was lacking. I reserved a room for the day and requested an early check-in from 1 PM, as I had a flight later that evening. Despite the place being empty, the host tried to charge extra for early check-in, even though I was checking out the same day. When I arrived, I had to wait 30 minutes at the entrance as no one was there to let me in, and no one answered the phone numbers provided. The property has rooms up to the 6th floor, but the lift is barely usable, a safety hazard, and too small to fit our luggage.

• Amanda (1/5): Dreadful place to stay - The location for what we needed The room was old and the building was unstaffed and felt unsafe. The lock on our door was broken. The bedding was dark brown not a light colour so couldn’t tell if it was clean or not, although it smelt clean. The balcony had like these strange blue sponge tiles on the floor. When you walked on it the blue came onto the soles of your feet. No lift, only a goods lift which I most definitely would never recommend after using it once.Very dark stairways. If I had been a lone female I would have left. Felt very unsafe there.
• Wong (3/5): The hosts were great and answered all questions, arranged pick up etc. - The owners answered all questions by text promptly and were so helpful. Getting into the place late at night was very smooth and they called a driver for us which was amazingly helpful. Aircon was good! Room was barebones but it was only 20$ I think it was to include breakfast and it didn’t so wrong advertising Windowless room on ground floor with very rudimentary locking system But it was safe!

Hotel felt empty and dark, only one staff member who's barley around and speaks no English. The elevator is useless, all rooms are on floor five and up.

Friendly and kind staff who is always there to help when I have questions. Good location, not too busy area. We will definitely go back to this hotel for the next time we are in Bangkok The room is in the four floor. For us no problem but with someone have big luggages, it can be an issue to consider. However, the hotel has a lift. Besides this, everything is great.

The receptionist is also friendly and accommodating. You just have to walk but it is a part of exersize. So overall rating is excellent. If given a chance we will book again on this place.

For me, it is worthy and i'm willing to book this place if I go to Thailand again The location is quite hard to call Grab or Bolt, but there is a MRT nearby so it's still ok. • Cristina (7/5): Pleasant - Good location, just across the Hualampong train station (with the cheap trains- ordinary trains connecting BKK to Ayutaya/Lop Buri) and 10 min to Chinatown. Good AC, hot water, small kitchen with fridge; clean; online check in; free water refill; good and stable WIFI. Room 6 is on the ground floor and you can hear all the noise from the lobby/ kitchen. No coffee. Bed not very comfortable; no balcony and no windows.

The aircon was really nice and the room was equipped with everything we needed. The bed sheets were a bit fuzzy. Sheets and towels were 100% polyester which we really didn’t like. The neighbourhood is a little bit sketchy next to the old central station.

I misunderstood the room description; the kitchen was communal on the ground floor and I was also expecting a terrace.

• Norsalina (9/5): Really enjoy and satisfied with the room - The whole family of six fit in one big room with a balcony, attached bathroom, and pantry. We had our own privacy as a family. The owner is very helpful and friendly. The room faces the river view. The location was a bit unknown by the tuk-tuk or taxi driver. Narrow stairs are not suitable for the elderly or families with small children.

• Flor (5/5): Passable - The young host was very kind and easy going. Unfortunately the property was extremely dirty. The bathroom was covered with mold. The room was smelly and looked dirty. We felt unwell because of the hygiene. I think they should clean it up properly especially after the covid era.
