• Sanju (7/5): Overall good. - Great location! The apartment is conveniently located near the monorail as well as LRT/MRT stations, making it very easy to travel around the city. There are also shopping malls and food courts nearby, which is very convenient. One of the best things about this place is the beautiful view of Kuala Lumpur city from the top of the apartment. The facilities are also good, including a swimming pool, exercise room (gym), meeting room, and a workspace area. Overall, it is a comfortable place to stay, especially because of its excellent location and useful facilities. I had a very disappointing experience with this apartment(Home Brickz). Housekeeping service is extremely poor. No one comes to clean the room unless you stay for more than a week. At the very least, basic cleaning should be provided once a week. The staff are also very difficult to contact if you need any extra service or assistance. Communication from the management is very poor. Another issue is that they require a security deposit before providing the room, even if you have already paid the room rent. They also do not accept cash payments and only allow online payment. I vacated the room on 22 February, but the owner has still not refunded my security deposit as of today. Overall, my experience was overall. This apartment might only be suitable for very short stays, but based on my experience, I would recommend for short stay.(Home Brickz but nope other one). I suggest that the HomeBrickz owner/company keep one or two staff members on standby to support the guests will be great.
• kumar (1/5): - We booked the hotel through booking.com, both me and my wife traveled after 12 hours flight reached here on time of check in 3pm. The receptionist rudely told us contact agent not our problem, they had 25 agents involved in between and ours was homebrickz We called the agent no answer We were sitting there for one hour with bags no answer The other agent said give me 200 ringat I will get you the room but I already paid for my room. Finally we decided to walk with our 4 big bags and get another hotel Very pathetic experience, please be careful, the hotel security told us many people have returned back like you. These people charge money online and than there are agents involved by hotel They are just money making business and have no regard for customers time and money at all
• Jay (1/5): - Terrible experience. After a long flight from Canada, I had to wait over 3 hours just to pay a deposit because their payment system didn’t work and they refused cash. No reception, poor communication, very slow lift. It’s been over 4 days since checkout and I still haven’t received my deposit back. Feels like a scam — avoid this place.
