• Denise (9/5): Beautiful property. Loved falling asleep at night to the sound of the ocean - You can't get any closer to the beach than this property. Ocean glimpses from the top floor main bedroom were a nice surprise. The beach that you can access from walking out of the backyard is more of a walking or paddling beach than swimming as it's not patrolled, but we enjoyed morning & afternoon walks on the beach and drove to swimming/surfing beaches during our stay which are closeby. The property itself is amazing, comfy and roomy and really well maintained. The hosts have added all the extra touches that you don't count on at a resort like quality bedding & towels, beach towels & lovely bathroom supplies plus kitchen stacked with coffee pods, olive oil, cooking spray, salt & pepper, plastic wrap etc which is very much appreciated. It was very rainy for our stay so we couldn't enjoy the outdoor facilities, but there is a BBQ and outdoor setting for outdoor entertaining that we hope to enjoy on our next visit!

• Tony (10/5): Beautiful, exceeded expectations and the Hosts were fantastic, we will be back. - This is a beautiful place to stay, very clean, spacious and airy. It had everything that we needed and a very short walk to the beachfront which was lovely, the kids were really happy too. We loved that it was away from the busy hustle and bustle, very peaceful. The shops are a short drive into Coffs Harbour or Moonee Beach Marketplace. Everything you need is not far away. The hosts are very caring and helpful, they suggested a few places to visit and had tips on where to shop etc. We are definitely coming back. Not much to comment on here.

It is just a couple of minutes away from shops and restaurants, but is so quiet and private. The beach is right out the back door and accessible by a path very close to the house. The hosts are amazing and went above and beyond to make our stay comfortable.

Laura our host greeted us and she was so nice and accommodating. Her home was stocked with everything you need. The extras in the kitchen and bathroom was amazing and this has been the best accommodation we have even stayed in . We will definitely be retuning. Everything was perfect , nothing to fault !

The house itself is absolutely beautiful. Tim and Laura were so lovely and accommodating, they have gone above and beyond. We could not have asked for more and hope to come back in the future. • Mustafizur (10/5): Fantastic! - The place is so spectacular, the pictures don’t do the justice. It has all the amenities you need. More than you think. The host thinks just like a home that you live in. The aircon is a bit low in the living area, but gets better with time.

You can hear the ocean from all the bedrooms and living areas. see the attached photo and you can see that from less than 10 minutes walk from the unit. The ocean is less than 20 metres from the back door!!! little bit expensive how ever the host makes you feel like your walking into your own home.

The house had everything we needed to cook our home cooked meals. The house has plenty of space and my family of 5 did not want to leave.
