• Juliany (10/5): - A localização é excelente: logo do outro lado da rua fica a entrada do metrô da Luz. Também é possível ir a pé até o Bom Retiro e a 25 de Março, o que facilita bastante. O espaço é confortável e conta com uma vista incrível. Outro ponto que gostei muito foi a praticidade: a geladeira já tinha alguns itens disponíveis, como litros de água. Em outros lugares, normalmente precisamos sair para comprar, mas ali já estava tudo à disposição e só pagávamos pelo que consumíamos. O prédio também possui um mercadinho, que é muito conveniente. O banheiro é bom, porém um pouco pequeno na área do box, o que pode causar certa sensação de desconforto, ainda assim, foi possível utilizá-lo sem problemas. No dia da chegada, o atendimento na recepção foi um pouco ríspido, mas, fora isso, o restante da experiência foi tranquilo, até porque não precisei falar com eles novamente.

• Evangelista Figueiredo (10/5): Studio prático e lindo. - Studio lindo, organizado e confortável. A recepção do anfitrião foi perfeita e extremamente agradável. O studio conta com todas as instalações novas e possui todos os itens necessários para a estadia, sem contar a vista maravilhosa. A piscina do prédio é grande. Amei minha estadia e com certeza voltarei.

• Lucimar Hott (10/5): Studio top! Recepção ruim! - A localização. O Studio é lindo e muito prático. E o anfitrião é atencioso! Recepção, ao chegar num local desconhecido, vc espera que alguém lhe ajude. E a recepção não auxilia. Ao chegar não conseguimos ver ninguém e eles com certeza nos ver de dentro da cabine e fiquei completamente perdida.

• Eva (10/5): Fantastic Value, Location, and Host! I was sad to leave and am eager to return! - First of all, the host is a wonderful person who really cares that his guests enjoy their stay there. The location is absolutely amazing (Google Maps sometimes will send you to metros that are farther away, ignore them! Luz is literally right across the street!) I often came home as late as the middle of the night and because all I had to do was cross the street from the Luz station, & the facial recognition at the door let me right in, I always felt safe. It is nice to not have to worry about keys or codes. The views from the balcony and the 15th floor rooftop are not to be missed! This might have been the cleanest place I stayed in Sao Paulo, and I've been here a lot! Everything was very nice, new, and clean. I work online, and never had issues with the internet. Taking the stairs down is 100% always faster than waiting for the elevator, trust me! The host and apartment are great! The building management itself could be more considerate with their construction & elevator maintenance.
