- Tim Bredhauer (9/5): Vielen Dank immer wieder gerne. - Wohnung ist geräumig und sauber. Es wäre schön wenn die Terasse eingezäunt wäre. Auf Grund der Erdgeschosslage war die Wohnung recht feucht. Daher wäre es toll wenn ein Ventilator ergänzt wird der das Lüften erleichtert. Reicht ja ein ganz billiger.
- Mariia (6/5): Pleasant - Clean and comfortable bed, towels, warmth, free parking and pets allowed, cozy and closed yard. The real estate position benefits a lot. Unfortunately, there were no coffee, tea or sugar for the guests. After the long journey we wanted to drink coffee or tea in cozy room and the description sait that everything was there. There were a leftover teas, probably left over from previous guests. There were no slippers, and there were traces of food on the kitchen utensils. Be prepare to clean all your used kitchen utensils after yourself and to throw away the trash at the owner's description. The price is too high for such service. I don't feel care about guests....

- Lewis (10/5): Comfortable, lovely apartment in a great area - The apartment is in a beautiful location and very modern inside. Felt very comfortable from the moment we walked in The only issue was the bathroom was very steamy and wet after showers etc at there is no window, but this is a very minor nit pick
- Marko (10/5): Best value for money! - This place is very very good. Apartment has all that you need even more, so it is also convenient for more days. Mr. Ben-the owner replies very fast, and he is very helpful and thoughtful ( There were 3 of us and since he knew that he left us 3 beers, tnx Ben! ), his messages are with a lot of information so you dont have to think about anything....Heating was very good ( maybe more than I like but you can adjust ), and I want to emphasize this since in a lot of apartments in Germany owners want to save money and keep heating very low, which is one more proof that Mr.Ben is trying to make your staying as comfortable as possible....If I come back some time in Dusseldorf area I will certainly choose this place once more.....
- Agnes (9/5): Lovely home away from home - Both bed and sofa bed sleep well. Everything you might want/need is there, felt like a home away from home very easily. Lovely space outside, easy access and parking. Clean rooms and easy / fast communication with host. Even a nice workspace with screen and keyboard/mouse to get some work in. Very nice setup. Nothing really, there is quite a busy road next to it, but the courtyard protects you well from most noise.
