- Barwari (1/5): My stay was like a nightmare, losing money and time . I will be sending a formal complaint - I was totally shocked by everything, nothing went as it should be. It was like a nightmare, spend much money to a place didn’t worth 10% av it, couldn’t enjoy my time in a beautiful city like Vienna, because I was thinking how I will back to the uncomfortable dirty place you served, and it was a high season to find another place. As I mentioned before about what I liked, I explained the situation shortly, dessutom , the dirty elevator didn’t work at the last five days, although I informed the people in charge there about it at least twice a day.

- Thea (7/5): Good - The bed was broken on one side so you couldn't really sleep there. Thin walls so you hear the neighbours very loud and clear. The host was very helpful! Had a lightbulb that needed changing and he got someone there the same day! No elevator and the cleaning was not very good

- Otila (8/5): Vienna - Great sized apartment. Having a washing machine was excellent and the cooking facilities. Couch very comfortable and the fan was much appreciated. Full sized fridge as well. 12 minutes from bus line to Vienna. Catch bus 4A and travel to Vienna in 10mins. One side of the bed had a large whole or big gap in it. We flipped the mattress but made no difference. The pillows are too soft but we used the pillows and couch cushions to help make the bed comfortable. The floors were not so clean. Stairs are lovely and wide but if you have heavy bags that's an issue. We also bought new pillows,
- Kirsty (10/5): Pleasant - The location is good, really near to a lovely big park The bed is comfy Big space in the bedroom/lounge There were good utilises such as washing machine and clothes horse There could be a few more utensils in the kitchen since it’s a long-term rental. I think there’s a large divot/hole in the mattress on one side. There was an extra duvet for the sofa bed but no base sheet or pillow case. Very small bathroom but this can be expected for the good price. Check-in instructions could be clearer
