• anna (9/5): - Appartamento moderno, ben tenuto, pulito con tutto il necessario a disposizione. Buona posizione in zona isola, vicino a fermata metro. Personale gentile, disponibile, inviano link con tutte le informazioni per raggiungere la struttura e gestire eventuali problemi. ATTENZIONE: le chiavi vanno ritirate presso l’ufficio vicino a stazione centrale o concordato un appuntamento presso l’appartamento con sovrapprezzo
• Gisela (9/5): - Lugar descolado e perto do transporte. Facilidade e ambiente super agradável. Instalações de qualidade e muito completa. No dia do nosso checkout ficamos sem luz, problema na unidade e não conseguimos ninguém de suporte. Tivemos que arrumar as coisas e sair tudo no escuro...fazendo tudo com a lanterna do celular. Sem nenhuma assistência. Realmente muito desagradável e um incoveniente muito grande. Não deve ser algo pontual, porque já tem instruções para falta de energia no manual de check in mas não funcionou as indicações oferecidas.

• James (10/5): Exceptional - The location is amazing! It is near a modern section of the city with easy walking access from Milano Centrale (20 minuti) and Eataly Market (12 minuti). The apartment was very quiet and comfortable. It is beautifully renovated. We were kindly greeted by Matteo and gifted a bag with a bar of soap, shampoo, and two coffee pods. These are minor, but important if you want to cook. There are no kitchen linens, so washing and drying dishes required the use of our bathroom linens. There is a dishwasher with no detergent. A basic supply of linens, detergent, and food staples like salt, pepper, and oil would make a big difference. The lack of kitchen amenities was our biggest disappointment.

• Katherine (9/5): Superb - Great apartment with plenty of room. From Malpensa airport get off the train at Garibaldi, exit from platform 20 and it's under 2 mins walk. Good location on thd edge of Isola with plenty of choice of food and a nice walk into the middle of Milan. Warm once we'd got the underfloor heating working properly. Well equipped kitchen. The shower cubicle was cramped despite a good size bathroom. Kitchen could have a bottle of oil to help with cooking, and a tea towel. It cost an extra €20 to arrive after 6pm.

• Anneline (6/5): Beautiful apartment in a great location, but more can be done to improve cleanliness and comfort - Beautiful renovated apartment in a great location. Within walking distance of the metro, supermarkets and restaurants. Very spacious with fully equipped kitchen, small patio and air-conditioning. Check-in was smooth and easy. The bed was incredibly uncomfortable and fitted with only a flat sheet. There was an uncovered duvet stuffed into the cupboard which we tried to use to cover the unsightly urine stains on both sides of the pull-out sofa mattress, only to find that the duvet was also stained on both sides with blood and other bodily fluids.

• María (6/5): It is good for not more that 2 people.. apartment is quiete and in a good location. - It is a new apartment and the location is good and quiet. It is good for 2 people but for 3 or more that have to sleep in the couch is not good because there are not courting to make it darker at night so at 5 am it is very brightly… There were not napkins and scenically things like oil, salt, etc that use to be on this kind of apartment…
• Sheetal (6/5): Pleasant - Neat apartment , nicely located near train station. No view. No proper toiletries provided .Only one toilet paper roll for entire stay. No shower wash or hand wash . It took more than 10 min for Hot water to come in the shower.
