Tanya (1/5): DO NOT STAY HERE. - Nothing as I was unable to even sleep here due to the bed being broken before we arrived. Broken bed, very very average apartment,dirty hallway,grotty bathroom, located in a rundown area. Sadly, everything. after arriving to the UK jetlagged I was very excited to sleep, only to find the bed was broken at this location and the owners refused to offer an alternative for my two nights stay, only stating that I could book somewhere else and they would refund me via Booking.com. I did book somewhere else, logged a request through Booking.com and now they are refusing to accept responsibility and I'm $500+ out of pocket! They manage their properties terribly, Luca was extremely unhelpful and I never interacted with " Allison" who I don't believe is a real person. I kept receiving messages from "Allison" stating "I hope your stay has been satisfactory and let us know if we can help in any way!" only to receive no assistance whatsoever. on top of the broken bed, the entrance hall was dirty and smelled like pee + you have to lug you luggage up multiple flights of stairs. If anything goes wrong you are on your own. I guarantee there are MUCH better, nicer, fancier locations to stay at for the same price (I would know as I had to book alternatives).
