• Liliana (10/5): - We were very satisfied with the apartment. It is very nice, spacious, comfortable, and clean. The kitchen is well equipped with everything needed for cooking. The parking space in front of the building is also very convenient. The apartment is located between Downtown Miami and Little Havana, and many places are within walking distance. The only slightly surprising aspect was the booking process – after completing the payment on Booking, I received a message from the property operator requiring to fill in several forms, provide personal details, and either pay a €35 insurance fee or agree to a deposit.

• Susan (10/5): I would stay here again if in the future I travel to Miami again. - Breakfast was not included, however it had a full kitchen where you could prepare your own meals. You were also within 1 to 2 minutes from downtown Miami. So, the location was great. The mattresses could be a little better but, overall I really enjoyed the Apt and location.

• Robin (7/5): Reasonably okay for non-family stay in Miami - It's relatively cheap to stay here and connectivity wise its right in the center to explore around Miami city - effectively reducing your Uber taxi cost. The bathroom room had a slight smell and the area/building dint have cctv cameras. The furniture is a bit old and not in good shape. But I guess at this price you will have to adjust. Since we were male friends, we went for this. But for families I would recommend to look for better options if possible

• Paula (5/5): Not as expected - The apartment itself was clean. The location is good for getting to the Port of Miami. The property next door was very loud because the music /karaoke played until around 3:00 am. The property is not pictured from the outside. The surrounding area is very run down. The front door has no key but a digital lock. We didn’t feel very safe with the system because the door had light coming in all around it and was not tight. And the TOPPER was the pair of HANCUFFS in the linen closet!!!! We would not stay again.

• Lynus (10/5): Homely apartment. Good for family. - The house is very warm and cozy. It's clean and comfortable. Close to Brickell and downtown Miami. I didn't get to meet the amazing host.
• Suzanne (8/5): Very good - The apartment was comfortable, clean and nice decorated. It was naar Brickle, Little Havana and several supermarkets. And nice Cuban music and people all around. It would be nice if there was more oppertunity to hang (wet) towels or swimming clothes to dry.

The property itself had all the basics and everything needed. There was a Convenient store near by which was a plus The noise next to the building. The neighbor had loud music/radio throughout the day.

• Kim (1/5): Awful- not as advertised- unhelpful/unreasonabl host - Not much. This was an awful experience. The apartment #3 wasn’t as advertised. It was on the second floor, there were no stairs. It was not clear in the listing these facts. When asked, they said we should have looked in the Q&A section. It was a little late to comb thru Q&A for these important details since we travelled with my elderly mom who’s in a wheelchair. Also, It was not a 3 bed and no way could sleep up to 6 people. There was no futon - it was just a sofa. We immediately asked for them to send someone over to show us how the sofa turns into a futon and a woman stopped over in the morning and agreed it was not a futon. I simply wanted either a refund or an adjustment for 2 beds. Also, the door to the bedroom would not close. The toilet would not fully flush. The kitchen sink didn’t drain fully. Neighbors were blaring their music we had to call cops to report noise violation at midnight…the list goes on and on. It was not worth the $300 we paid!
• Wei (9/5): Superb - Awesome hosts - they are very kind and always respond promptly! The unit is located at a good location close to the downtown. Have everything we need! Need to share washing machine with others but it is always available when we need.
• Nieves (9/5): Superb - The whole apartment was wonderful ,the family enjoyed the stay. Unfortunately I think due to the holiday there was alot of loud music outside near the apartment , was a bit difficult to sleep .
