• Darryl (1/5): Very disappointing, just book somewhere else - The Unit could have been clean and had Air conditioning. We moved my mum into this unit while my dad was dying in ICU. It was over 30 degrees in the unit with no Air conditioning, so we had to buy a portable air conditioner, which still didn't cool it enough. In the end, we had to move Mum into another unit. We asked for a refund, and they gave $200. We didn't need the extra stress

• Vanessa (8/5): Great Convenient Southside Apartment - The unit was in a great central position on the South Side, with easy access on and off the freeway. We also had Buranda Village directly opposite us with Woolworths, Target, Chemist, etc. and a variety of food outlets. The unit itself is quiet and fully self-contained, with lots of crockery and cutlery. The beds were comfortable, and there was abundant hanging space. Having two bathrooms was a bonus! The furnishings were also comfortable. Overall, it was a great choice for our 3 night stay. Just remember to grab milk on your way there for coffees! 😊 There was ducted A/C throughout, but I had to set it to 24+ to warm the large area. Wouldn't be a problem in warmer weather though. The hard floors were a little dirty, but I let the owner know. She was very receptive to feedback. Beyond the control of the owner, one of the two lifts was out of order. This caused delays sometimes when the workers conducting building works in the penthouse took equipment/supplies up and down. They left the floor of the lift in a bit of a state at times! Again, the owner took this on board to speak with building management.

• Katrina_Ryan (8/5): - Well appointed and spacious. Leak in the main shower caused minor flooding in the bathroom. I notified the owner who replied gratefully, so hopefully this has been resolved 🙏
• Melissa (10/5): We had a lovely and comfortable stay - Very comfortable apartment, with all the amenities we needed. Very decent size, easy to park, and good location. Some noise from neighbours and nearby construction, but wasn’t too much trouble!
• Sharon (4/5): Very disappointed. I think it is wrong not to be told this building was not finished. - I was disappointed with this property. We were not told it was still undergoing construction and the banging all day everyday was so loud. I have attached photos of the mouse poop on the window sill in the main bedroom and the open holes in the room and ensuite. 2 tiles on the balcony moved when you stood on them. It is right opposite a hospital so sirens all day and night. Also helicopters and also on a flight path. Obviously glitches still with the building as we were evacuated at 4.15am for a fire alarm and the fire brigade didn’t come for half an hour. Then the next morning alarms again at 4.45. The beds were awful and small. Plaster dust was everywhere and only one lift was working.
