- Marcelo (8/5): Muy bien! - La atención de todo el personal fue excelente, para destacar los mozos/as del restaurante muy amables y gentiles, con un trato respetuoso y atento al mismo tiempo, es un equilibro difícil de percibir a excepción de este caso donde se nota una preparación del personal muy profesional. Las instalaciones, el balcón de la habitación, la vista, las piletas exteriores y el parque que cuenta el hotel es muy bueno. La piscina interior el agua estaba bastante turbia y en el desayuno no había palta, entiendo para el precio que tiene la noche en el hotel debería contar con esa posibilidad.

Siento que desaprovechan la oportunidad de tener productos locales en la gastronomía por ej mermeladas, pan etc

Extremadamente ruidoso: se oyen las conversaciones de las habitaciones más cercanas, los huéspedes meten demasiada bulla en los alrededores de las habitaciones y hay máquinas que generan ruido tipo motores las 24 horas. No tenía wifi más que en algunas zonas. Impuntualidad en el inicio del desayuno. La comida no muy buena y hasta los sandwiches eran desabridos

- Ben (9/5): A lovely hotel in the Chilean lakes district - Beautiful hotel with immaculate grounds and great views over the lake. Plenty of secure parking, super friendly and helpful staff, decent restaurant on site. Good size room with good bathroom. Wifi only available in public areas. A bit poor for a 4-star hotel in 2023! Wifi was also slow and somewhere unstable. My room had a door which allowed it to be connected to the room next door. This was locked, which was fine, but not very sound proof. The people in the room next door were very noisy when they came in at midnight and didn't shut up for several hours. Better thought needs to be used by the hotel when booking people who are unrelated into these rooms.
