• Sandee (10/5): Great place to stay as a family - highly recommend. - This apartment was perfect for our family - after 2 weeks of travelling in Vietnam our teenagers loved having their own rooms. The apartment is very comfortable and having laundry was a huge plus. The location is also great - although a bit of a walk to some of the places we wanted to go. But very close to the war museum and excellent cafes etc. The shower over the tub in ensuite bathroom leaked water over the floor a fair bit. This was a common issue with other bathrooms in Vietnam and not a huge deal.
• Paola (1/5): Dirty beds and a total lack of communication to solve the problem - There is a concierge and the apartment in question was large and bright. The apartment was not clean at all: the sheets on all three beds had various hairs on them and for two nights we had to sleep on towels. Thuy, the person who showed us the apartment, was unable to solve the problem: we were flexible and even willing to change the sheets ourselves but clean sheets never arrived. Nothing has done to compensate for this problem other than offering us a basket of fruit, which is quite embarrassing. If you are looking for somewhere clean don’t stay at this accommodation.
• Charlotte (9/5): Great apartment in fabulous location. - The location is great in popular district 3 easily walkable to War Remnants and Independence Palace where you can pick up Hoho bus. The apartment was spacious and very comfortable. Lots of restaurants and coffee shops and restaurants nearby. Very responsive host and helpful security staff in building who stored luggage after check out. The washing machine was a real bonus for travellers. The rooftop pool was lovely. The kitchen could be a bit better equipped - no tea towels, limited glasses - but a small issue in otherwise beautiful apartment. The beds by pool were not very comfortable but suspect this is not down to host.

The bed was comfy, and there was a lot of space for a couple. The owner was very communicative and helpful. The couch was pretty hard, and the bathroom was a bit rustic.

Hosts were wonderful and very helpful, going above and beyond what would be expected. Bed was wonderful and really enjoyed having a washing machine. HIghly recommend this place. The only issue I can see is that the shower is in the tub, and if you had mobility issues it might be difficult to navigate.

• Sharon (3/5): Disappointing - Location. Corner apartment. Could open the windows (lucky, because we needed to because of the smell). The apartment has a bad sewer smell. There were 14 air fresheners in the apartment.Yes, FOURTEEN!! All of which I had to put in the laundry as the toxic smell was overwhelming and worse than the pipes smell. Three people booked in and two coffee cups. One was a free one from a bank. Plugs in kitchen sink need replacing, could not wash up. They are cheap, even in my country. Just replace them, they will help block the smell. The bathroom sink plugs not closing either. Didn't test the bath, scared it would be the only one working and the shower wouldn't drain. Door vents covered with cardboard and tape don't and won't stop the smell either. Washing machine mouldy and laundry dirty, bathroom floors were not clean. Our extended family booked 4 apartments, ours was definitely NOT to the same standard. Booking in was difficult and confusing. Apartments are individually owned. If we had not paid for the whole accommodation day one, I would have left. Let me know when you have fixed the problems and I will remove the review.

• Donna (9/5): Great apartment in a fabulous location in District 3. Highly recommend! - The apartment was in a fabulous area of District 3 with restaurants and cafes all around. Highly recommend booking at Quan An Nha Tu restaurant nearby. Homely restaurant filled with locals and only a few tables that are always filled! The food was fabulous (delicious hot pot!). District 3 is a great place to get a local vibe and get out of the tourist business of District 1. The apartment had 3 bedrooms which was perfect for our family and the rooftop pool was well appreciated. Nothing! The apartment and host was great. The communication from the host was fabulous. There was an issue with the air conditioning in the apartment that needed fixing and we couldn't check in until the second day but it was not their fault (these things happen) and the host went above and beyond to book us another apartment for the first day. While we would have loved to have been in the one place the whole time, it was just an unavoidable issue that was handled very well. We had constant communication and our replacement apartment was great and in District 1, so the upside was that we got to see both districts, so there is always a silver lining.

Quynh organised our laundry with no hassle and was awesome throughout our stay. Highly recommend this place for families to stay at. The pool was also fantastic. Our family loved our stay immensely. We liked everything. There was nothing to dislike.
• Maria-helena (10/5): Home away from home. - We liked everything; the location, the staff, the view from the room, the roof top, the pool, the gym, the bed and Pillows, the space. The location was perfect walking distance to district one and main tourist attractions. In comparison to district 1, we found the area calmer and less touristy. Plenty of options for dining, a really nice spa walking distance. The bed was very comfortable, the pillows and blanket also perfect. The washing machine was a bonus. The staff were helpful and communication was perfect. We originally booked for 3 nights and extended it by two as we loved the apartment and HCMC.

The design of the shower above the Bathtub if you're not careful when you take a shower, the whole bathroom floor can be flooded.

You are just out of the hustle and bustle area of Ho Chi Minh City in a great little area with everything you need around you. The apartment is spacious and homely. The pool area is nice for a place to cool down but could do with a bit of a makeover as well as the gym. I’d stay here again. The pillows were very large but that was about it.

Spacious living area. Good quality bed linen, bed and pillows. Provided water, tea, coffee, washing and laundry detergents, shampoo, body wash, toothpaste and toothbrush, hair combs, and many other things. Full kitchen utilities. No soundproof. Could hear the noise of cars from the road. There was a big noise from the laundry, sound like the washing machine running 24/7. Gym equipments are very old and poor quality.

• Rory (8/5): Very good - Property was extremely spacious, positively palatial for a one bedroom apartment. Air conditioning extremely effective. Property included all the amenities of an apartment. I saw some reviews here saying bottled water and things like soap and shampoo weren't provided, but this was not my experience and I was provided all those things during my stay. The curtains in the bedroom could be a little thicker and block light better. They weren't terrible, but it would be a reasonably cheap improvement they could make. Shower curtain in the bathroom is looking a bit tired and could do with either a thorough wash or replacement.

Our apartment had a nice balcony from which we could watch the hustle and bustle below and was quiet inside. It was very clean and comfortable, with good security, air-conditioning and WiFi. Easy check-in and very responsive host. Lovely pool on the rooftop with a stunning view over the city, along with a gym. We would definitely stay here again!

The apartment was spacious, and clean, and had three bedrooms and two bathrooms just as it appeared in pictures, which is rare in Vietnam. The location was excellent, with everything within walking distance, and the neighborhood was not noisy. Additionally, there was a great pool on the top floor. Communication with the owner was smooth, and they fulfilled all our requests. I would definitely recommend this place!

After whole day in the hot and "chaotic" city walking you can really recharge in it. I liked everything.

Nicely decorated with large kitchen full of useful amenities, 2 bathrooms and comfortable beds. All the linen and towels were fresh and plush. Great location. Felt very safe and very much at home. The rooftop pool and gym had awesome views! There was nothing we didn’t like!
