- Diego alejandro (1/5): Mal servicio y experiencia - Nada Desde que llegas es una experiencia desagradable. El señor Evelio muy intenso te explica cómo funciona el edificio. Hasta el momento eso es normal. El edificio tiene normas que no se cumplen, el ruido es mucho. Escuchas lo de los otros apartamentos hasta el amanecer y es difícil dormir. El señor Evelio dice que el apartamento está en buena condición y realmente todo está deteriorado y dañado. El cumplimiento de lo que pagas no es justo. En mi caso pedí 3 camas doble y sin importarles me dijeron que durmiera en el sofá faltando una cama. El agua caliente funciona por 1 minuto luego agua fría. La experiencia es mala. Al finalizar mi experiencia en este lugar intenté hablar con Evelio y explicarle cómo había estado es su propiedad. Al decirle lo inconforme que estaba por su hospitalidad no me dejaba hablar para no escuchar todas las falencias y mentiras que nos dijeron a nosotros cómo clientes. Si quieren quedarse en Medellín… eviten quedarse en este lugart.

- Edgar (5/5): DON’T PAY CASH - Property was great. Be careful with making payments cash. They will charge you extra for a “international card fee”, however, he will charge you in cash. I tried multiple times asking for any type of payment receipt and I haven’t received it yet. This is an illegal practice.

Mejorar la actitud del anfitrión y acordar los temas previamente. - Tiene buena ubicación, facilitando el traslado a los sitios de interes La forma en que el anfitrión nos saco el día lunes, primero no se acordó la hora de checkout y quería que saliéramos a las 10 am, cuando todavía nos estábamos arreglando. Se acordó a las 12 la salida y llegó unos minutos antes con otra persona a iniciar el aseo del apto. Se le informo sobre el daño de la llave de la regadera que no permitió su uso.
