• sabrina (6/5): - Central location, however, on a hill and on the second floor with no lift.600 m from the garage ($35) which with the luggage is not ideal. Giulia was helpful and responsive. Some adjustments should br done to make the apartment more comfortable:having a fly screen at the windows, better bed and pillows,a light in the kitchen,little details such as a shower mat, enough Toiletries and a toothbrush holders. The bedroom is very small so the luggage occupied the whole leaving room/kitchen with no chance to store them.
• Nemes Bence (6/5): - It was OK for a 1-night stay, relatively close to Ponte Vecchio, Palazzo Pitti, and other central sights. Host very friendly, open to giving recommendations (e.g. parking in nearby parking houses), communication and check-in quite smooth. The room is dark (1 window), old, and had an unpleasant smell (as if someone smoked there before us). The stairway leading to the 2nd floor is super steep and tight, not comfortable for carrying luggage or baby stroller. The street leading to the apartment is also relatively steep. Overall, not good value for money, despite being affordable in Florence terms.

• John (10/5): Amazing flat to explore Florence - Really nice little flat in Oltrarno! Just a few minutes up hill from Ponte Vecchio - such a great location so close to the historic centre. Plus, loads of cafes and restaurants nearby. We really enjoyed the flat. Good use of the space with everything you need. Giulia provided all the information we needed and even historical details on the city. Wish we could have stayed longer.

• Joanne (8/5): Very good - Location was great close to ponte vecchio bridge. Comfortable bed. Whilst appreciating the age of the building and the history, Property was very dark. Towels in need of replacement. Stairs up to 3 rd floor difficult with cases
