• mavolmaro (8/5): Hermosas vistas - La ubicación es inmejorable. Las vistas del mar son un sueño. En Arraial las playas más paradisíacas son Farol, Atalaia, Forno y Prainha, en ese orden. No hay alojamientos en las primeras tres. Por lo que la mejor ubicación para alojarse en Arraial es Prainha. Este apartamento está justo al frente, a literalmente 1 metro de la playa. Tiene un balcón con vista lateral al mar, y una terraza con una vista increíble de toda la playa. Esta playa es la más tranquila de Arraial, casi sin olas, parece una piscina de agua cristalina, temperatura agradable, fría pero no muy fría. Es la más popular del pueblo. Tienes muchos negocios alrededor, una feria a dos cuadras, varios restaurantes, minimercado, etc. El edificio posee terraza con piscina, sala de juegos, ascensor, estacionamiento y seguridad 24 horas. La atención de Walace, el portero, fue excelente, muy amable. La atención de la inmobiliaria no fue muy buena, bastante desinteresados. Aunque la atención del portero Walace, fue excelente y se encargó de solucionar los problemas.
• John (9/5): Very good apartment apart from the payment problem: a good place to stay. - The location was excellent: across the road from the Prainha beach, which has calm seas and clear blue water, and plenty of facilities for food and drink on the beach etc. It is directly opposite a Pousada which did very good breakfasts from 7.30 to 10am. The apartment was clean and spacious, with a big balcony overlooking the beach, and a nice swimming pool with great views. And a parking space for our rented car. My wife and I stayed for a week there in April 2026: the weather was good and we did a couple of boat trips from Araial port around the crystal clear seas, and also from Buzios. They did not accept Debit or Credit cards for payment when we arrived at the property: only the local Brazil-only Pix system or cash. We were not carrying a large amount of cash but luckily my wife's son lives in Brazil so we were able to call him to pay with the Pix system. But if we were a normal British couple with only our VIsa/Mastercards it could have been very difficult. Maybe the owner will change things soon, because everywhere else we went in the town, and even on the beach , they accepted visa or mastercard without a problem. So if you do book, check if they now accept cards, or take enough cash in the local currency to pay the balance for your stay when you arrive.
