• Kev (9/5): Very nice accommodation in an ideal location for our needs. Great communication ahead of stay from host. - Ideal location. Stocked with plenty of pots, pans, kitchen utensils, tea and coffee. Towels etc provided Main bathroom quite small. Ton utilise sofa beds in living room had to move furniture around slightly.
• Aoife (10/5): Perfect central location for a large group - Very good honest. Quick responses and kindly let us have a late check out free of charge. Perfect location. Tv has lots of channels to chose from. Well stocked kitchen with extras like an air fryer. Travel cot was excellent and added bonus that there was a mattress in the cot as often it just comes with the mat in the travel cot. Main beds were comfy. Showers were powerful and hot. Other guests who stayed with me said the sofa beds in the basement were not comfortable and squeaky. Some mould around windows.

• Matteo (8/5): - La struttura è comoda ai mezzi di trasporto che permettono di raggiungere il centro facilmente, in zona sono presenti diversi supermercati e bar. I 2 bagni, anche se piccoli, funzionano molto bene e si riescono a fare 2 docce calde senza nessun problema. Siamo stati in 8 persone (4 adulti e 4 bambini) ma è necessario chiudere i divani letto la mattina e riaprili prima di andare a letto. Le lenzuola sotto dei divani letto una volta aperti erano macchiate ma appena segnalato all’host, anche se dopo cena, prontamente ha risolto. Un po’ di polvere e qualche oggetto rimasto da precedenti ospiti quando abbiamo spostato i divani letto per poterli aprire entrambi. La stanza al piano interrato sarebbe molto utile ma purtroppo, anche lasciando l’aspiratore acceso sa di odore.

The host was amazing and provided a wealth of info prior to our arrival which made the check in process seamless. El anfitrion muy amable y atento a responder pronto nuestras consultas y solicitudes. En nuestro caso, al viajar con niños, tambien nos gusto la amabilidad en proveernos una cuna y tambien tener una escalera con protección para evitar caida de los niños. También está a pocas cuadras del metro y de buses, por lo que está muy bien conectado a los principales atractivos de la ciudad. Todo estuvo excelente

• Ana (9/5): Apartamento limpio y cómodo en buena localización para visitar Londres - Buena ubicación, no muy céntrico, pero en un barrio muy tranquilo y seguro, con una parada de metro (Northen line, con conexión fácil a todos los sitios de interés y con estaciones de trenes al aeropuerto) a 7-8 minutos andando, con supermercados cerca, y por la noche no se escuchaban ruidos. Hay varios ventiladores en la casa, que a nosotros nos vinieron muy bien porque fueron días de calor. Todo estaba muy limpio, las camas eran cómodas y en la cocina y el baño todo funcionaba correctamente. El dueño nos informó en los días previos a nuestra llegada de todas las cosas relacionadas con el apartamento, incluso con vídeos explicativos, lo cual es de agradecer. Es un poco pequeño para alojar a 10 personas, se queda todo muy justo. Se supone que hay dos sofás-camas en el salón, pero no hay espacio para abrir ambos sofás, tuvimos que bajar el colchón de uno de ellos a la habitación del sótano para que cupiéramos todos aceptablemente. Los baños son muy pequeños, aunque funciona todo bien y la ducha es cómoda.

• Katja (8/5): Very good - The location and the neighbourhood. Quick and easy access to central London. The place was very clean and the kitchen was very well equipped. The host was very quick to reply and was very informative. The property accommodates up to 10 people, but it felt quite cramped for that number. With two sofa beds placed in the dining area, there wasn’t much space left to move around comfortably. One of the sofa beds and a single bed were not very comfortable for sleeping. Downstairs room was quite spacious but unfortunately had a noticeable damp or moldy smell.

• Drabek (8/5): Everything has pros and cons, but if you ask me, would you stay there again? I would say yes I would - Fully equipped kitchen, everything was ready to use. The floor was so clean, we walked barefoot there, so that we don't mess it up. A wooden box for your luggage after you check out. If you need an extra bed downstairs, you need to run the dehumidifier there nonstop.

It had everything provided that you need, except for washing up liquid! Anup was very helpful, gave clear guidance on everything with videos and photos. The availability to park was perfect and much needed in this part of London. Nothing really. It's not luxurious as described, but quite basic. However, it's clean and warm and the photos show what to expect so we were very happy.

• Cathy (8/5): Happy South Clapham get together - The house had 3 spacious bedrooms. 2 upstairs and one downstairs which worked very well for having a quiet space away from upstairs. The 3rd room has no window but is well ventilated. The lounge/dinning room/kitchen is adequate and the little courtyard was useful too. The kitchen was very well catered for with everything we needed. Just a small misunderstanding regarding a blind that was poorly installed and required to be repaired. One that was arranged everything was fine.

The kitchen, dinning room/ lounge worked well with coffee, tea, sugar, and most other things you can think of. Very well set up with 3 bedrooms to cater for all the family. A misunderstanding over a blind breaking due to being poorly installed caused a minor problem. Once the owner understood the problem, it was arranged to be repaired. Very prompt responses.

• Yuan (9/5): Great price quality - The self check-in was very convenient and the owner was always very quick in replying us. The apartment was bigger than expected and had a well equipped kitchen (even though we didn't use it). There were also many adaptors which was particularly nice. The shower was not very good in mixing hot and cold water, so sometimes it came out slightly too hot and sometimes slightly colder but overall it wasn't a problem.

Charger leads supplied. Crockery and cutlery and all quality utensils in good condition. Unfortunately the boiler was not working properly so hot water was an issue during our stay- the host was unaware of until we informed them when we left. Mattress and pillow protectors were not provided but the host has said they will now provide them. The host was exceptional in communication so I have confidence that they will do it. They need to supply a kitchen sink plug too.. again host has said they will do this. Would absolutely definitely stay again if looking for accommodation in this area again!

Matress very comfy but wooden bed very creaky and against wall so had to climb over each other to get out to loo in night . Dining area decor but that's just not our personal taste , rather dated , would be better plain and more modern.

Parking was a must for our visit so this was excellent for that as parking in London is so hard to come by. The small touches from the host were very welcomed such as the games, welcome biscuits etc. Location was great for us to get to the tube, with everything we needed close by. The host was easily contactable for anything we needed throughout our stay. We would definitely suggest one room with two single beds as we came with our son and daughter who didn’t want to share a double bed so our son slept on the camp bed which was provided in the second bedroom. This wasn’t an issue but a proper bed would have been better.
