• Camila (5/5): Passable - The couch was falling apart, the fireplace wasn't working. The bed was a pedestal ... Literally had to climb to get on it. A bit obnoxious. There were damages in the bathroom fixtures. The kitchen was missing some crucial items like paper towels and knives that actually cut. I used to stay here when it was still a resort and the quality has gone down now that it's privately owned.
• Barstad (3/5): Nice area , nice place . With working hot water would have been better - Netflix The bed was to high for wife and way to soft had a bad sleep , no hot water for shower or jacuzzi . Very disappointed in this. The only reason I got this place was for jacuzzi and pool . Wasn’t able to use either . Also the handle in shower was broken and it fell off and took about 25 mins to get it back on to shut the cold water off
• Maria (5/5): No Heated Pool Paradise. Pool was closed. - When I first arrived I had trouble getting the door code to work. I called the host twice, no answer. I left a message, no one called me back. The pool was closed and the pool was the main reason I chose this place. I wish this had been disclosed so I wouldn't had booked this placed.
• Imke (3/5): Meh - wouldn't stay again - When we arrived there were no towels or sheets for half the guests (we were a group of 4) and as a result we had to communicate with the host back and forth for hours before the situation was resolved. Furthermore the aircon didn't work on a really muggy summers evening and there was no fan available even though we contacted the property manager about it and she said she would bring one by. We waited and waited but she just never showed back up. It was hot in there for 4 people as the air circulation was poor and the pull-out was also unfortunately uncomfortable. I really expected more for the price and was quite disappointed overall. Can't say I'd recommend.
• Vedran (7/5): The condo served its purpose, but it was too expensive for the value. - The condo was clean and spacious. The bed was very large and comfortable. The instructions could have used a map or a little more elaborate way of explaining that the Victoria building is all the way at the end of the road. Parking spots were not clear either as there appeared to be multiple apartments allocated for a single parking spot. The Keurig coffee machine didn't work. Didn't bother trying other appliances.

• Alan (5/5): As former timeshare owner at Carriage Holls, not impressed with current conditions. - Location of Valkey Vista us convenient for day trips to Muskoka, Wasaga Beach, Orillia and Barrie. Insufficient towels provided when we arrived, had to wait overnight for towels to be delivered. Central air conditioning not working, a window unit was in place that could not cool the entire unit. Shower handle control was broken and drains were slow. Towel bar in bath broken on wall. Bed was ridiculously high off floor (36”) and difficult to get in and out. Table lamp in bedroom broken.
• Nancy (6/5): Needs some up keep. - The jacuzzi was nice. Water was hot Had to switch over the laundry so I could have towels. Had to clean the jacuzzi tub myself. The bed is 4.5 feet off the floor. It's too tall for me to get on comfortably. The shower handle fell off in the shower. Kuerig coffee maker didn't work. Found out owners didn't have cleaners come in after their own stay. The place was not ready for paying guests.

• Christina (5/5): Quiet and comfortable place for a weekend away. - Nice place. Great for a quiet weekend. Very well-equipped and comfortable. Close to hiking. Would stay again. Living room area could have used a vacuum/sweep. Auto-communication was detailed with easy to follow instruction; however, had sent a quick question to the owner about local groceries and had to follow up a few days later for any response. The plug in one of the bathroom sinks was broken which my partner fixed, and we had to buy vinegar for the kettle which was badly in need of descaling. Advised the owner upon departure, but didn’t get any response in that regard. Minor issues, I suppose, in an otherwise very good property.
