- Nancy (10/5): A most convenient and comfortable stay in the heart of Florence! - The location of this building is literally in the middle of most sights you want to see in Florence. There are coffee shops, restaurants, wine windows, and Dante's house, all within 1-2 blocks. The room is spacious, quiet, clean, and comfortable. The building is well renovated, and has an elevator.

Starting from the location which is just in the heart of everything and so adorable view to the historic city and Dante museum, to the super new and carefully prepared apartment which was like a luxurious hotel. And the best part - you felt like you’ve been waited: they put a fresh water for me in the fridge for my arrival and added little chocolate on the pillows. Didn’t want to leave! We love Florence and now we feel we have a "second home" to come back to in this property!! The only thing we didn't like is that we weren't staying longer!

Lorenzo was a very attentive and helpful host and the appartement had everything we needed. The location is idéal and you can walk to pretty much anywhere in the tourist area and the city center. There's even an elevator which is super convenient ! The appartement is pristine with all the amenities you could expect and is quiet and cozy. The colors and the choice of materials for the room and bathroom are superb. Everything was perfect. The sink in the bathroom is a piece of art and might end up at the Galleria… One of the reasons I selected Dimora was it’s location,right in the middle of the places I wanted to visit. Most of them are within a 5 minutes walk. Very quite, very confortable bed,very efficient AC. Lots of great restaurants and shops nearby.

They also met us the first day to explain access codes. A little noisy late at night, but I think most places would be like that in the centre of Florence even in the first week of March.

Contact with Niccolo was readily available and helpful for anything we needed from arrival to departure. The ease of access to our suite as we came and went, feeling more like a local then a tourist, made our stay better than imagined. Everything in the room was high quality and luxurious, leaving us wanting for nothing. We could not imagine a better location, one turn and a few steps and all of Florence was in our sights. Our stay here exceeded our expectations and we highly recommend this location. Not a single thing, it was absolutely perfect. The attention to detail (right down to the desk with books and playing cards and wireless charger) with all you might need or want while in your room was exceptional.

Lorenzo met us during out check-in and walked us through building and apartment access. Even though there isn't daily house keeping extra toiletries and clean towels are provided. We really enjoyed our stay and would definitely recommend to anyone visiting Florence. The booking.com description of our room said there was a 'laptop safe' but the safe in the room was too small (a bit bigger than passport size). This wasn't an issue for us but might be helpful for others to know before booking.
