• Sue (7/5): better than other places we stayed in around the area but not great for the money - friendly hosts who tended to answer queries fast, fair sized rooms, allowed dog, parking lots of road noise unless windows closed (in addition to the expected train noise), carpet/s stained, leaking from shower/ bath

Lovely clean and spacious apartment. Highly recommend. Beds bit lumpy and road noise in bedrooms, but to be expected in location. Would not detract us from staying again.

There is no parking at this property BUT we were lucky on the 3 nights to find parking in an adjacent road.

• Ahneez (10/5): Lovely stay. - John and Clara were gracious hosts. Keeping in touch till we checked in, they were accommodating to our requests. They checked on us if we settled in nicely. The property was easy to locate, it was clean, spacious and comfortable. There are two bedrooms which is comfortable. The kitchen was fully equipped, making it an ease to have our morning coffee and tea and also whipping up some meals. Raynes Park convenience store is about 3 mins walk away to get your milk, bread and eggs and also snacks etc. Sainsbury local is about 10mins walk away. There are two fish and chips shops we tried and both were yummy. The train station being less than 5 mins away it was so convenient to get to and fro central London. All in all we enjoyed the stay here and highly recommended. Nothing at all.. :)

• Sinead (10/5): Excellent & convenient - The hosts where so accomodating and arranged for us to check in early. The apartment was so central only a couple fo doors down from the train station and bus stops. Lots of shops and resturants close by.

We had a wee hiccup when we got there but John and Clara had it fixed up in no time. They were very attentive and helpful and are very gracious hosts. I highly recommend this facility and will stay here again when back in London. Nothing :-)

• Sean (8/5): Great apartment for exploring Wimbledon and London - Great apartment, value for money very clean excellent location to explore Wimbledon 20 min walk , 2 minutes to tube or train station 30 mins to centre London, we would 100% book again if the windows were sorted out The windows needs to be repaired or triple glazed as road noise stopped us from having a good nights sleep, Maybe look at a 2nd sofa to accommodate 4 adults
• Kenneth (8/5): Very good - Great location, just a few steps from the train station and a short ride into central London. The flat was spacious and comfortable. The kitchen was well equipped and stocked with plenty of tea, coffee, and sugar, which was greatly appreciated! Even salt & pepper were provided. The TV was mounted too high on the wall, and was uncomfortable to watch. The fridge was wobbly and falls forward when the door is opened.

Great links to train. - Off street parking in driveway, easy access to keys, close proximity in over ground train station at Rayners park and direct train to Waterloo, 2 decent sized bedrooms with double beds, comfy lounge with settee for two and two small seats, table and 4 chairs in lounge for eating. TV on wall which worked the first night but didn’t for the rest of our stay, should of reported it but we was only in the place a few hours heat and there and I forgot, Sorry to the owners. Would definitely look to stay again. Tv needs retuning maybe, fridge is a little unsteady, but everything else was fine.
• Maccal (10/5): Exceptional - The Location to the Metro and Bus is a Big Plus really. The house is lovely and quite clean and sparkling. The hosts are quite responsive and really helpful. Has pretty much everything you'd need. Some coffee and tea in the house was also good. Amongst having other essential amenities. Access to eateries, shops is really close. Quite an amazing place. Definitely coming back. None to mention.
• Matthias (7/5): What a pity! - The communication with our host was really good. The location was 1 minute away from Raynes Park station. The double beds are comfortable. You find enough power plug adapters from UK to EU. There were a lot of small and functional things in the apartment they didn't work. In the bath is only a small mirror, broken toilette paper holder, broken toilette brush. No working ventilation (4 people in one bath with shower and toilette) In the kitchen are corrupt cupboard doors. The small fridge isn't fixed and gets overweight by opening the door. Dirty cutlery, blades, glasses and... A really wobly table in the living room. Sticky room doors- hard to close and really loud. Too many small problems that are not necessary!!!

• Priskilla (6/5): I had higher expectations and with a little effort from the owners, it could be an exceptional place for tourists! - Good location to explore London. Dog friendly and has a small backyard. Smart Tv and fast internet! Bed matras needs to be changed asap. The bedrooms are in the front, so quite noisy next to a busy road. Kitchen not super clean with limited utensils. No extra toilet paper available.
• Pete (9/5): Raynes Park overnight stay - Excellent location just a 1 min walk to Raynes Park station and 1 stop from the underground at Wimbledon. Very spacious and well equipped apartment that had everything we needed as a family for a 1 night trip to london. Beds were very comfortable and good comms with the owners who accommodated our earlier check in request. Minor gripes but the curtains in the large bedroom were in need of some attention but did close. There was only 1 sofa which made it difficult for 4 people to relax comfortably in the evening.
• Teagan (10/5): Perfect stay - The owners were really helpful, they let us check in early and check out late due to a running event we had on. The apartment was spotless, had everything we need, was super cosy and it was such a great location - right next to the train station, bus stop and shops.

• Alex (9/5): Excellent accommodations - The apartment was beautiful, comfy and clean. The beds were really good, I remember specially the sheets were really soft and pleasant. They also have a backyard if you want to chill. The kitchen has everything you need, the internet is great, you also have netflix and youtube on TV. Is close to the train station, so for example if you want to reach Wimbledon from the apartment by train, in 10 minutes you are there. They have shopping stores nearby with everything you need. A big role of a vacation is played by the accommodations, especially if you also have kids like we do, so I can assure you that you can put your trust in this booking for a lovely experience with stress free. The host was helpful and real nice, so thank you Clara & John!
• Hui (8/5): Pleasant - Very good for family. There are supermarkets around, the apartment has everything you need., Hosts are very nice and helpful. The bed in the master room can be more comfortable than the one now.

So much so, that this will be the first place we’ll look to stay in when we visit London in future. - The location is simply outstanding - a minute’s walk from Rayne’s Park station. The rooms are comfortable and of good size. Everything was clean. The communication with the owner was outstanding. We had a small issue with the boiler which was sorted out within an hour. I think it could do with a Nespresso coffee machine. 😊

Plenty of grocery shops in area plus pub. A minor gripe - a small foldable clothes airer would be useful for items that could not go in tumble dryer.
