- Kris 808 (10/5): - 有家的感覺，位置近機場，去市中心都是十多分鐘時間，去好多景點都方便（自駕），房間基本設施都有，房東很快回應事件，後花園每晚都有小動物逗留，如：小袋鼠、沙袋鼠！ 停車位是一個斜坡，要小心駕駛。
- Parker (4/5): Our worst stay in our 12 days in Hobart. A very disappointing end to our holiday. - Location The house was in need of a lot of TLC. The toilet roll holder and the towel rail were falling off. The only stovetop frypans handle fell off. Some of the windows didn’t have fly screens, and I wouldn’t like to have little kids in the house as the window in the dining room which is very high off the ground didn’t have any safety screens on it. There was a cigarette butt under the tv in the lounge. Couldn’t find the remote for the tv in the bedroom. The tall heater in the bedroom was close to toppling over. All in all, very disappointed.
