• Paula (3/5): - We booked a two-bedroom apartment but were given a small studio instead. When we contacted the host to ask what happened, he told us we could leave if we didn’t like it — no apology, no explanation, no effort to resolve the issue. Just plain disrespect. The room wasn’t clean. We noticed hair in several places, which made us feel uncomfortable. We asked for blankets, but the host gave us an overlay with holes in it — not even a proper blanket. Totally unacceptable. The building itself was unpleasant. The neighbors sat on the stairs all day, smoking and talking loudly right outside our door. The neighborhood didn’t feel safe — dirty streets, trash everywhere, and a generally uncomfortable atmosphere. And the worst part — we saw cockroaches. One in the kitchen and another near the bed. Completely unhygienic and disgusting. Conclusion: The host is dishonest, the apartment doesn’t match the listing, and the conditions are terrible. I absolutely do not recommend staying here.

• Alexandra (3/5): The owner is a scammer and should be banned from using Booking.com. • I do not recommend staying here. - I was satisfied at least with the fact that it had a roof and lockable doors. Yes, standard, but even that is not a given in this case. Let’s go point by point: • The environment was a disaster — dirty streets, terrible neighborhood. • The apartment building was awful. The neighbors spent the whole day sitting on the stairs, their kids were screaming and smoking right in front of our door, so the smell got inside even with the door closed. • The accommodation? The host scammed us. We originally booked a two-bedroom apartment, but he gave us a studio. When we reached out to him, he replied that if we didn’t like it, we could leave. Absolute disgrace. • Poor cleaning. There were long dark hairs everywhere — even in the bed, which was dirty. The bedsheets had shoe prints on them. Conclusion: • The owner is a scammer and should be banned from using Booking.com. • I do not recommend staying here.
• Delena (7/5): Value for location - Location was close to central Athens. The apartment was nice inside, security door great and easy communication with owner. Shops close by to purchase food items. The neighbourhood was unsettling. The television remote did not work. Hair in the shower drain from previous guests. No milk available for tea or coffee. Requires a shower screen.

• Creis (5/5): Appartment well located, reactiv hostess. The apartment equipment could be reviewed - 5 min from victoria metro station. 2 stops from iner city center. easy access. Sunny balconny for lunctime. Hostess very reactiv to all my calls kitchenette with no micro wave. No kitchen towel or broom. No handling instructions for ceramic hob. Shower door not easy to handle. Main room's manual blind not operationnal. needs to be repaired. Water leak from central heating. Very unstable and weak Wifi. Needs to be improved seriously. Two sets of appartement keys for a couple would be appeciated.
• Karolin (10/5): Beautiful apartment close to the city center. - Very nice and clean place, good communication with the landlord. Extremely good value for the money you pay. Walking distance to the center is about 15-20min, which is perfect, otherwise you have the bus stop in front of the door. The location was a little bit sketchy at first, especially for a women traveling alone. Need to get used to it. But everyone was friendly.
• Gemma (9/5): Great apartment, everything you need and great location - Loved it, great, comfortable apartment. Nothing to do with the property, the road was a little noisy but that was all part of the experience

• Zamaiya (8/5): Great stay - Host was great and helped with anything i needed. Clean comfortable place with everything you need. I was a single female traveling and the area felt safe, I walked around anytime of the day i wanted. Needs a microwave
