• Tim (9/5): - lovely terrace, good location, well furnished and equiped. there is clearly a door in hall which is to another apartment and it is slightly unnerving as you can hear other tennants. Something that would be good to know. Also bedroom is straight onto front door which can be noisy and not 100% ideal. neither is massive issue and I would book again.

Stort plus att det är nära till tågcentralen också (vi tog tåg till Neapel en dag). Mycket bra kommunikation med värden. Så smidigt! Fick lämna väskorna både innan incheckningen och efter utcheckning. Sköna sängar och rent och snyggt! Det enda lilla minuset var kanske att det var lite dålig täckning på wifi

The place is roomy and comfy, and the host Michelle was easy to deal with and always quick to reply. Would stay again for sure. “Tip: It’s just a 3-minute walk to Santa Maria Maggiore Cathedral and the tomb of Pope Francis.”

• Chiara (9/5): Soluzione ottima per il nostro soggiorno romano di due giorni. - l'appartamento era perfetto per il nostro soggiorno di 3 giorni a Roma, posizione, comfort e dotazioni. Ci siamo trovate molto bene e i letti erano anche molto comodi. I muri dell'appartamento sono molto piccoli e non insonorizzati. si sentivano tutti i rumori provenienti dagli altri appartamenti vicini, cosi' come le finestre da dove si sentivano i passanti che nella notte uscivano dai locali ecc.

• Klara (10/5): Spokojenost - Místo skvělé, všude blízko, od nádraží max 10 min, ke Koloseu taky. Ubytování čisté, voňavé, vybaveno vším, co člověk potřebuje. A prostorné. Jo a dá se přitopit, což pro mě, zmrzlíka, je hodně důležité. Všechno fakt supr. Trochu hluk z ostatních pater, slyšíte jejich televizi, nebo hudbu, dost asi záleží kdo tam zrovna je. Nám hluk nijak nevadí, ale někdo by s tím mohl mít problém. Z ulice je to spíš takový všeobecný šramot, jste prostě ve velkym městě.

• Felix (10/5): - Prima locatie, met genoeg voorzieningen om de hoek. Ruim appartement, voor drie personen. De benodigheden waren aanwezig. Er had een extra stof ronde mogen gedaan worden onder de bedden en in de hoeken. Het was vrij stoffig. Nadeel ook was het enkel glas, kan een bezochte buurt zijn met tot in de late uren mensen die borrelen op straat. Dat kan voor overlast zorgen. Als het dubbel glas zou zijn, was het al opgelost.

• Margaret (10/5): An excellent location with lots of attention to detail, would highly recommend - Liked the location, cleanliness and facilities were all excellent. The bonus was having a beautiful terrace to sit outside. The character of the building was just so historic and beautiful. The host was excellent, always available. Lots of cooking facilities available, if required. The bakery second next door is excellent. Would highly recommend for all of the above. Liked everything

• Bianca (3/5): Desaster!!!  - Sehr hübsch eingerichtet, und im Sommer bestimmt cool mit der Dachterrasse. Wir hatten leider zwei Tage hintereinander eine sehr laute Party und Partygäste, die den Aufenthalt sehr unangenehm gemacht haben. Leider hat der Besitzer der Unterkunft auch ein bisschen merkwürdig reagiert, nachdem wir das erste Mal ihn kontaktiert haben und gefragt haben, was hier los sei. Besonders viel Aktivität und Handlung ist da nicht gekommen. Er hat aber sehr gerne einfach unser Geld genommen mit der Begründung, dass er auch nichts für den Rest im Hause kann beziehungsweise klang es nachher so, als würden wir uns die Dinge einbilden.

• Korinna (10/5): - Igényes, tiszta, kényelmes, jól felszerelt és nagyon jó helyen van. Gyalog 10 perc a Rome Termini állomás, 2 perc a Santa Maria Maggiore Bazilika. Gyakorlatilag a legtöbb látványosság max félóra sétára van innen. Az apartmanban az ágy nagyon kényelmes, simán ki tudtuk magunkat pihenni az egész napos séták után. A konyha ugyan kicsi, de megvan benne minden, ami kell. A fürdőszoba szép, tiszta és kényelmesen el lehet férni. A szállásadóval a kommunikáció tökéletes volt. Kaptam tippeket reggelizőhelyekhez, éttermekhez is. Nem volt ilyen.

• JUAN JOSE (10/5): Lugar cómodo, céntrico y acogedor. Cerca del Coliseo - El alojamiento está perfecto para dos personas, más creo sería incómodo. Está muy cerca de paradas de autobús y tiene sitios para comer alrededor. 12 min caminando al coliseo lo cual queda genial. El lugar es muy limpio y cómodo, me parece también seguro. El host es muy muy atento y siempre responde dudas y te ayuda en lo posible. Muy recomendable En general me gustó todo.

• Emma (7/5): Nice apartment - The owner was very helpful and the room was comfortable, we only stayed one night but the kitchen was well equipped and there was an outside terrace - which we didn't use, but I imagine would be nice We stayed in a few properties in Rome and this was the most expensive, so we had quite high expectations. The communal staircase/entryway was quite run down and dark. The apartment looked much better in the photos!

• Anthi (9/5): Excellent apartment in a perfect location! - Location, the space, cleanliness, the apartment was of a very good standard and very well maintained in a lively historic building. WiFi was also fast and efficient. Very good communication with the owner as well. Good definitely book again! Very very small thing- the only thing I’d upgrade is the TV to be a smart one or at least one you can screencast to as we didn’t want to go out every night.

Огромное спасибо этой доброй и порядочной семье!!!

• Deborah (10/5): Great apartment with a lot of amenities and close to everything! Great location! - The apartment was large and great for 3 travelers. Very clean and comfortable. Our Host, Michele, was easy to communicate with. The location of this apartment is fantastic. So close to everything and walking distance to the prime ancient sites like the Colosseum, Forum and Palentine Hill, Trevi Fountain, etc. There were also so many restaurants very close to the apartment. Although it could get a little noisy in the room, as long as you closed windows and doors to room, it was fine. Would definitely stay at this apartment again when visiting Rome!

• Alex (9/5): Overall we were satisfied - Great place to stay while exploring Roma. Nicely equipped, walking distance to Termini Rail Station and almost everything in Monti and beyond. The owner is easy to communicate. The only thing that needs the owner’s attention is soundproofing of the wall that you’d share with the apartment next door, you can hear literally everything that’s going on on the other side of that wall.
• Norrin (8/5): A spacious apartment in a great location. - The location was amazing, within walking distance of the Colosseum, the Forum, etc. The apartment was spacious and very clean. The owner was very responsive. Overall, a good value. It didn't help that the sofa for my daughter was in a room with a glass door and the hallway in the adjacent area has a motion sensor light, meaning that she was disturbed any time anyone went to the bathroom.

• Rose (8/5): Lovely apartment in a great location - Lovely, well located and secure apartment in a nice quiet neighbourhood, out of the busy tourist area, but within easy walking distance of attractions and the main train terminal. Lots of small bars, cafes and restaurants nearby. Apartment was very spacious and clean with simple kitchen facilities, its own rooftop garden/sitting area, as well as balcony overlooking the street. Good wifi and with aircon. Our host was very helpful and friendly, we had a great stay here Some noise from the neighbouring apartment as the people returned late

Our apartman faced to the street and it was very noisy due to a pub in front of it. We expected a terrace but that belongs to the other apartment. Probably we did not notice this during the booking.

• Gila (8/5): Very good - Spacious apartment, very clean and well equipped. Comfortable bed. The patio is a nice bonus, great for a quiet breakfast. Located within easy walk to Termini, bus and metro stations. We had trouble opening the entrance door (to the building). Michele was available on the phone and tried to help, letting us use different keys and opening the door remotely whenever we needed. In the end we got the hang of it - you have to jiggle the key gently for it to open...
• Aleida (9/5): Recommended for a a short stay in Rome - Spotlessly clean. Great location, walking distance to metro stop and a lot of supermarkets and restaurants around. Host answered almost instantly to anything we asked and went above our needs. Kitchen was very well equipped, plus supplies for washing clothes and dishes It is a bigger apartment split in two by a closed door. So if anyone else is renting the other part, and talk or go to the bathroom, you hear them. And it goes both sides of course. It would be nice to have that door properly insulated to improve the privacy.
• Orsolya (10/5): Well equipped nice apartment in a Great location - Great location: between the train station and the Colosseum. You can reach the Colosseum in 15 minutes on foot. Big apartment, perfect for a family of 4 with two big beds and two bathrooms. Clean and well equipped. Especially the kitchen, you can actually cook here for a week. Great little restaurant just in the other side of the street. Nice and responsive owner.

The small terrace off the kitchen was a lovely place away from the bustle of the city to have breakfast and/or evening drinks. The two single beds in the front room were comfortable, but there was a lot of noise from the street at night. The shower is quite small and the water pressure minimal.

The place is very spacious and immaculately clean, with plenty of room and storage for a family of 4 (two grown-up teenagers). Wifi is fast, no complaints. The kitchen had almost everything you might need including coffee pods Nothing to affect the rating of 10 To have larger cups and glasses would be very useful
