- Cindy-Lou (5/5): Pleasant enough, but no value for money. - Position location, view from windows. Wifi couldn’t connect to tv, uncomfortable beds, place didn’t look clean.

Bath is very outdated and very dangerous. Colleague injured his leg badly on the tap that is protruding on the side of the bath. Not good.

Also the checkin wadnt good took me 2hours checkin find were key was located to get into building. No support from the building manager.

Apartment was light & airy & very secure
Car parkin for 2 cars provided which was extremely helpful; even tho the booking and owner did not give us any details The details provided by Owner was very poor. They never answered any email or text, but luckily the Rental Agency was very helpful and solved all our problems of key collection, car parking and building & apartment access.

- Julie (8/5): A great spot and everything close by - Location was great - we could walk or Tram anywhere from the front door. Spacious for the 3 of us. Amazing Pub feed on the corner, 7/11 across the road. Everything at your fingertips. No carpet which is a must for us.

- Susannah (9/5): Perfect location for us - Location was fantastic - tram right outside the door, and only a short stroll to Lygon Street. We were travelling with three adult children so the 4 beds was perfect. Light and airy with plenty of space. The blinds were not block out blinds so hard to sleep in of a morning. Only one set of keys so we had to coordinate different people going in different directions.
- Martin (7/5): - Very good location for attending an event at Melbourne Connect but also well connected to the city centre. Free parking in the garage. Large and comfortable apartment. Quite well equipped. Stuck sink in the bathtub - otherwise the apartment was quite clean, but this was disgusting. Fishy overly secure registration procedure independent of Booking.com where I had to scan my passport, face (!) and provide a credit card again (!) At first they didn't want to provide a second set of keys, but then they did, although it took 2 days to receive it.
- Hunter (8/5): Had a lovely stay, spacious and in a super convenient spot with nice views. - The location was great! Super close to the city and surrounding areas with a nice view from the balcony. Overall had a great stay with my family. The parking situation was quite confusing. We couldn't work out what car park to use in the garage, as we couldn’t find any spot that was reflective of the apartment number, and there wasn’t any information provided regarding what number in the car park we could utilise. We ended up parking just for a few hours in a random one as there was quite a lot of spaces not in use, but unfortunately someone had left a note on our car letting us know we had taken their spot. We didn't park for long there and avoided parking in there again because of that.
- Alaa (5/5): تجربه ليست جيده و مريعه - الموقع الشقه ليست نظيفه المكنسه تنبعث منها رائحة كريهه المبنى ليس فيه ممر لتسهيل دف الحقائب درج فقط في أحد الحمامات هناك غساله ملابس حجمها اكبر من المكان لا يمكن قفل الباب معها وكذالك الموظفين لا يردون .
وصلت رحلتي الساعه 11 مساء توجهت إلى العنوان الذي تم إرساله لي لاستلام المفتاح ولكن للأسف كان الرمز خطا والمفتاح في عنوان آخر تأخرت على استلام المفتاح اكثر من ثلاث ساعات وانا وامتعتي وأطفالي في الخارج في الطقس البارد واضطررت إلى المشي ودف أمتعتي إلى الموقع الآخر لا استلام المفاتيح ومع هذا كله لم أتلاقى أي اعتذر من الموظفين او تعويض

- RME 1968 (8/5): Estadía cómoda. - La ubicación es muy buena. Cercana al CBD o centro y al barrio Carlton en donde está la universidad de Melbourne. Además, está bien conectada con tranvías y cercana a muchos restaurantes y servicios. Varias cosas: 1. El wifi practicamente no funcionaba; y si bien, se nos dio una compensación por este hecho, lo cierto es que resultó incómodo. 2. La ropa de cama de uno de los dormitorios no era adecuada al tamaño de las camas. 3. No pudimos acceder al buzón de correo a donde nos llegaron documentos que esperábamos. La respuesta del dueño no nos pareció adecuada pues se nos señaló que a los huespedes no se les daba acceso por motivos de seguridad seguridad. Lo anterior, nos generó bastantes inconvenientes. 4. La administración del edificio (no del dueño del departamento) es poco amable y completamente ausente. Tuvimos un incidente con una llave del departamento que se cayó en el pozo del ascensor y tuvimos que soportar trato muy poco profesional de quienes respondían las llamadas para atender emergencias de este tipo. Finalmente, el tema lo resolvimos con el dueño del departamento.

Easy access to public transport Out dated tv. Unable to connect to wifi or digital media.

- Marianne (1/5): Terrible experience- do yourself a favour and book elsewhere - Terrible communication from the people running this. I tried to get an invoice from my stay multiple times and got nothing. I called booking.com who were also unable to get into contact with the owners.
I regret booking this accommodation, there are plenty of hotels in the same price range with much better service- I'd recommend avoiding this place.
- Temara (8/5): Very good - Apartment was nicely decorated and welcoming. Good location - 10 minutes walk to top of main cbd area. Easy check-in. More attention to detail with cleaning. Notable dust and rugs could have been cleaner. Hair/dirt noticeable. It felt dirty clean. Expensive - value didn't seem aligned to what you got.

- Dianne (8/5): Lovely unit in a great location, decorated tastefully, making us feel at home straight away. - We were studying at the Melbourne Uni so the location was excellent. Short walks to shopping and restaurants with the trams just outside. Beds were comfortable and the unit charming but cold. We are from Queensland so maybe it would have been cold for us anywhere we stayed. Maybe a few more utensils for cooking. We found that there was only the very bare minimum.

- Claudine (9/5): We thoroughly enjoyed our stay in the apartment. Highly recommend! - The apartment was very spacious for 8pax. Kitchen was fully equipped. Parking available in a gated compound which is a big plus point.
On a separate note, we had an issue with the water tank which was leaking. the staff was very prompt in replying and coming down to check. they were very quick to activate and rectify the issue. i must say Lee, Leong and Seth were very efficient. Highly recommend. We felt the apartment could have been cleaned more thoroughly. We found it to be alittle dusty when we arrived.
- Jd (7/5): Fab location but major problems that need fixing. - The view from the balcony, especially at sunrise, was incredible! The apartment felt very open and airy too. Arrived at the property to a flooded bathroom (which we were unable to use) and brought to owners attention - was surprised the owner didn’t attend straight away and fix the issue. We did not find the property clean, hairs in beds and carpets not hoovered. This property advertises as luxury; however, the lack of cleanliness does not show this.
