- Ray (9/5): Very comfortable and in a great location - The location No external view. The only window was a view to an atrium.
- Michele (9/5): We loved our stay here and will come back again, close to Hobart’s tourism facilities - Location was fantastic for everything we were doing, with an added bonus of Salamanca Markets close by. The apartment was great, had everything we needed. The bed & pillows were comfy, we had a great nights sleep. Maybe a sharper bread knife for sourdough bread, the inner door to the complex closed but did not need the swipe card to open.

Clean and comfortable unit. Suggest some minor improvements.
1. add towel rails for hand towel and bath mat.
2. Replace cracked crockery.

- nick (10/5): Perfect definitely recommended - Location was perfect close enough to walk to market, bars and restaurants. Easy to get too. Apartment was very comfortable. Nothing negative at all

- Ross (4/5): Not happy - The location was great. It was also a reasonably spacious apartment. There are no windows, so you can't get any fresh air. The light switch in the bathroom is faulty and wasn't repaired even though it was reported. The tap in the bathroom was virtually unsecured and wobbled all over the place. We reported this as well but nothing was done to repair it. At 11pm on the first night we discovered that there was no hot water. We finally worked out that the circuit breaker had tripped and we're we're able to rectify the problem by midnight. We tried to communicate with staff but this was very problematic. Many messages are sent by the "people" at Gibsons Mill but these messages appear to be generated by AI. We asked for an 11am checkout given the issues we experienced but this was refused. The latter checkout would have greatly assisted our travel plans but our requests were met with deaf ears. We were quite disappointed overall.

If you have time visiting the “ Casvafes Femal - Convenient location- walkable distance to everywhere - clean apartment and spacious with all utilities provided No parking so needed to juggle where to park - the first night we left parked in Argyle St carpark for safety but it wasn’t necessary as overnight is free & safe in the carpark between the harbour & Salamanca Place b/w 6-8 … then you pay hourly rate of $5.60

Check in was easy and quick. The tv isn’t a smart tv… otherwise everything was great!
