Guest Reviews
- Megan (10/5): The place was warm and perfect for our short break. Close to lots of places to eat, drink and explore. - The location was fantastic, close to everything and convenient to get transport to other areas.
- Darbs (9/5): Great place great location we highly recommend - Position of the property for the easy walking distance to so many things
Great communication from the host/manager before during and after our
stay.
Will be here again next time without doubt I thought there was plenty of space in the car park for us to use but maybe part of ownership doesn’t allow it so we had to park a 10 min walk for free parking

- Routledge (6/5): - Location was great, the kitchen facilities were good had everything you needed. The bed was very uncomfortable on both sides, very lumpy, including the pillows. The fan inside the fridge freezer was very noisy and rattled all night. We found underneath the lounge quite a large bright orange bag we assume from a previous guest which you could see standing back as far from the bathroom door, so don't know how the cleaners would have missed seeing it. Under the lounge we also found a few small chocolate easter eggs, so thinking the cleaners are not doing their job properly in between guests.
- Carolyn (6/5): Adequate but the mattress was great so we slept well, so we’re grateful for that. - Comfortable and pleasant decor. There was a very distasteful smell in the public areas - both the hall and especially the entry area where the chairs are. It may come from cleaning products, if so, it would be worth changing products. It didn’t come from the bins even though they were there in the entry area. We know because we deliberately sniffed the bins. It was so distasteful I would not return in a hurry.
The entry area was also very dirty and awash with dead leaves.
Even though there were 2 milk cartons of a reasonable size, there were only 2 black tea bags for 2 people for a 3 night stay.
We never did work out how to work the shower gel, shampoo and conditioner dispensers, no matter how creatively and assiduously we attempted to discover their secret.
- Michelle (7/5): Great location. - Location was great. No parking was a problem as it’s in a very busy district with very limited parking. No views or fresh air. Tiny windows backed onto other buildings. Very complex way to enter the building. As no staff available it makes it difficult when you can’t get in through the numerous keypads.
- Glenn (10/5): - Location
- Geoffrey (4/5): Ver average - N/a Entry instructions- very confusing
You could hear people talking In unit above
Toilet was dirty- photos were provided
Dark and dingy
- Elizabeth (8/5): We enjoyed our stay at a reasonable price. - Close to wharf area cafes No parking at accom… had to pay $23-$30 a day to park at Sultans long term car park … about 10 minute walk away.., lucky we had good weather. No windows to look out except for 2 that looked at next building wall
- Kate (10/5): Fantastic - The location was fantastic The fan worked intermittently in the bathroom and water went everywhere as there was no shower screen
- Barry (7/5): Good apart from other appartment noise - Location was great The noise from other rooms due to the lack of cieling insulation
- Jennifer (8/5): - The location is fabulous if you're without a car. The apartment is spacious and well equipped, comfortable, quiet and secure. Was aware that natural light wouldn't be in abundance but I think the shortage of this makes the apartment a short, rather than long, stay proposition. Would have liked to be able to open a window.
- Ben (8/5): Excellent location and value for money. - Location was excellent. Cleaning could be better.
- Jennifer (9/5): Hobart Apartment - Kitchen appliances useful No parking at accommodation - but free on road overnight
- Anthony (8/5): - No wi fi

- Josephine (9/5): Very happy with accommodation and would return to this property. - The location was excellent and the room was clean and spacious.
- MIMMA (10/5): We throughly enjoyed our stay and we will stay again if we return to Hobart. - The property was warm, comfortable and clean on arrival. The location was great close to shopping, cafes, restaurants and departure place for tours. The visitor centre is just around the corner. Would highly recommend this place to any looking for accommodation
In Hobart. There was nothing we didn’t like.

- Joe (6/5): - We had an issue with the swipe access card and were locked out. The emergency number did not answer and we did not get a response. We had to change our plans to get the second swipe key. It was very poor and we were inconvenienced. We were luck it was not a serious emergency
- Helen (6/5): - Location was excellent
Large spacious apartment Initially the main lobby door wouldn’t open with the key card, found out later that you just had to pull open rather than turn the lever handle downwards before opening as you would normally do with this type of handle.
No direct phone contact to an operator as no lobby attendant, only message service.
Had to figure out why there was no hot water, discovered the switch was turned off at the electrical board which took several hours to heat up.
- Peter (8/5): -
- Chris (4/5): Great place but the hot water stopped working and no one has responded to my calls or text -
- Christopher (9/5): Great location - Central location, easy walk to Hobart CBD and surrounding areas. Need to pay attention to the public car parking times.
- Jeffrey (9/5): Superb - Location was amazing

- Brad (9/5): Superb -
- Joanne (9/5): Superb -
- Christine (8/5): Fabulous location for a short stay - Fabulous location and plenty of room We were allocated a disability apartment which we did not need. Also not enough toilet paper for a 9 night stay.
- Francis (9/5): great spot and would stay again - Great location and great room Key access on arrival difficult to negotiate, hard to see number on lock boxes. This was noticed by others we met
- Lauren (9/5): Fantastic location - Location Music from hotel next door can be heard Friday and Saturday night.
Able to hear guests in other apartments- unfortunately a young child that cried all night 😓
