Guest Reviews
- Steve (9/5): a great long weekend away in a beautiful part of SA, great apartment and would come back - Location was perfect, the unit was clean and spacious. secure parking was great main bed was hard and could be upgraded.
- Connie (9/5): Great place, and great location - Location, size, perfect for kids Bit noisy with loud hoons driving up and down on the esplanade, mainly in the weekend
- Vanessa (9/5): Short but relaxing - Perfect location Not the property. We ended up with rain all weekend
- Nardzz (8/5): Little gem on the espy - Great location with stunning views. Everything was walking distance and easy to explore.
Bit noisy at times as located on the esplanade - however also fun to watch the cars and bikes cruising past on a Saturday night. Great spot for people watching too
Plenty of space in the town house and bedrooms nice and spacious with good size wardrobes
Beautiful sunsets and sea breeze to cool the place down. All the bedrooms are upstairs - balcony comes off the main bedroom, so if sharing with friends, you need to be comfortable going through the bedroom to go onto the balcony
A bit basic with the facilities in the kitchen and bathroom (ie no extra garbage bags / fly spray/ extra tea towels / soap for showers etc)
Windows were very dirty but rest of the house was clean
No bbq which would be ideal considering it is a beach / summer location
No top sheets on beds so hope the quilt covers get washed every stay for hygiene reasons
Main couch was very uncomfortable unfortunately and hard to relax in when watching TV.
Would be great to have a retractable fly screen door downstairs to open up the bi-folds but keep the bugs out, or a screen on the front door to let the sea breeze in.
- Malone (5/5): Find something else. - Location Heating not working. - 3 portables delivered a day late. No tea towels. No soap in the showers. No soap in downstairs toilet, nor towel. Dirty dish sponge. Dirty plate in cupboard. Bed too low to floor. List of expectations unreasonable given lack of amenities available. Not guests responsibility to take multiple filthy bins out across a street.
Agent was made aware of these.iddyes.
- Charmaine (9/5): Loved it. Will come again. - Location was amazing with the beach out the front and the playground directly across the road. Short walk to the main street.
Spacious and clean.
Loved the view.
Great family spot. The vent in the shower fell out while my son was showering which caused some tears (but it was light and he was fine)
We loved the accommodation but found the pillows not great in main bedroom.
We did have some slight difficulty figuring out where the lockbox was - a sign with the address at the back where the garages are would be handy.
- Dana (8/5): Fun girls weekend away! - We loved the location & ease of parking, key collection was also straight forward. The property was modern, had a well equipped kitchen & the beds & pillows were comfortable. I was shocked to discover we had to provide our own sheets & the cleanliness of the property was not to standard it definitely lacked in some areas within the property.
- Drew (8/5): Very good -
- Witley (9/5): Great location, communication and views - Location!! Nice view and spacious Bunk beds on the smaller side for adults to sleep in
- Matthew (10/5): Exceptional - Perfect location for my needs. Road traffic at times bit loud.
- Niranjan (7/5): Good -
- Kah (10/5): Nice view of the sea , short walking distance to the beach, cafes & playground, the whole family loved it! - The location is amazing, & very comfortable to stay in, & love the bunk beds with a double bed at the bottom for that extra space! This is more of a suggestion for improvement rather than something we don’t like: we wish there was a cord-free vacuum cleaner or a large broom to deal with residue sand/dirt on the hard floors.
- Adam (10/5): Nice clean big house with excellent view of the beach from the balcony - Nice clean big house with excellent view of the beach from the balcony
- Gianna (9/5): Superb -
- Melinda (9/5): Superb -
- Ross (9/5): Superb -
- Marcus (8/5): Top spot but disappointed with lack of basic supplies - Location near town and beach 1.Threadbare towels
1a. No teatowels
2. Nothing supplied
3. Recycled bin full of household waste.
4. No supplies/toilet paper salt and pepper tea and coffee etc.
For a short stay not good.
- Sinone (8/5): Absolutely loved it here, would stay again. Rental agency easy to deal with. - Great location! Beautiful views in a modern and comfortable home. Hardly used car as everything we needed was a 2 min walk away. Can't fault the place, except for paying nearly $3k for a week stay, you expect to have small things supplied ike spare bin liners, a spare teatowel, tissues and enough toilet paper for a family of 5. A couple of tabs for the dishwasher would of been handy too!
- Jessica (10/5): Exceptional -
